Politics / Re: Nigeria's GDP Grew By 1.87% in Q1 2020 Amid Global Challenges by Opperwezen(m): 12:15pm On May 25, 2020
The main quarter we should be concerned about is Q2 as it runs from april up until june ending which is the period we all felt the REAL HEAT during the total lockdown!!! during Q1 the lockdown wasnt in full swing and businesses were still "thriving" so this kind of growth is to be expected. All in all the nation didnt disappoint as we were plagued with both low oil prices and volatile exchange rates na Q2 we dey wait so make we know as the nation dey be, that one go be the bomb.

That scar ain't going nowhere I suggest you go buy make-up in preparation for your new ordeal sad

The perfection you sought for that area has been hijacked by your village people.

I learnt the very very hard way not to trust all YouTube tutorials or online forums on very delicate things like trying to fix damaged things, be it animate or inanimate. Never ever try to fix stuffs you know you have limited knowledge of, this OP is just a scape goat lol.
Programming / Re: Why Cant Nigerian Universities Include Java Programming Language Into Curriculum by Opperwezen(m): 11:03pm On May 19, 2020
i think you should speak for your university and not Nigerian universities in general. Moreover the world is moving away from java in my opinion, probably your school is following the trend.
If i may ask what university do you attend? If java is being replaced by languages like c++ or python in your school then i think that is fine.

with this statement you made, I don't think anyone should take you serious. A simple check through bigrovar's profile and activities would give you a hint but then, I guess you know only the big stuffs.
hahaha on your quest to discredit me you went after the non trivial issue in my post and ignored the main koko lol. Do you know what it means to be a certified IT professional or specialist? In your opinion because he deals in electronics that makes him an IT professional? I absolutely respect your opinion, doesnt change the fact that im quite sure that individual is no IT professional Dear sir dont bother mentioning me because ill be forced to reply and we would only succeed in derailing this thread sire.

Ignorance is a disease. https://twitter.com/0x/status/1259217971265896450 That account belong to one of the most skilled software engineer in Nigeria. His twitter account was owned and some other personal account all through cloning his cell number and owning it via social engineered hack. This is why sms 2FA is often discouraged. Again, no need to wax lyrical.. open yourself to the world, display all of every. to each his own.
This is quite unfortunate, i can bet my entire life savings youre no IT professional and you come across as someone who has very limited understanding of the discipline. The argument was based on phone cloning and not sim swapping like you posted as the latter is an impossibility on Nigerian networks. Do your research on sim swapping or sim 2fa attacks. If it were so easy to clone phones why do hungry thieves bother calling victims requesting for otp? Have you taken a second to think about what can happen if phones could be cloned that easily? PLEASE I BEG OF YOU DO NOT MENTION ME, this is not the purpose of this thread. I NEVER EVER GET INVOLVED IN ARGUMENTS I HAVE LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF.

Even the tracking websites how many of them are truly secure or encrypted?

Post your tracking numbers without fear, but make sure to leave very sensitive details out

All those saying it can't happen obviously know nothing about identity theft or social media engineering, you don't even need to know how to use a computer to use that, now talk of some one that has core IT skills.
Someone gave a hint and everyone suddenly knows how hacking can't be done, yet money is stolen from majority of people's accounts by roadside crawlers.
It isn't up for debate, if you don't know how it can happen just pass. Leave your tracking number open, the item may be a N1 item but it can be what would lead a trail to you in future.

Google is your friend sir smiley

You know how many tracking codes I Don see for Reddit alone? How many of them have been stolen?

Tracking number only = Can never be stolen
Tracking number + phone number= Nothing do you
Tracking number + phone number + location= looking for trouble
Tracking num + phn number + loc. + package details and pick up point = Still not a walk in d park for any hacker

A thief can only work with the info you give him, moreover this is a faceless forum if you choose to provide private information on your profile you're only risking yourself

My brother no be fight. With due respect, I am not a mumu rather I am a IT security professional. Things like tracking numbers are very sensitive and can be used by anyone to hijack your item. It is not even hard.. considering most people post so much information about themselves that it is not hard to piece things together about them and form a profile. You live in warri, and your name can be revealed from your phone number using true caller. If I track your online footprint I will get your location and it is easy to triangulate the nearest post office to it. You picture is in your profile, easy to make an ID from it. Phone number is in display.. easy to clone it and intercept all your calls and sms.

It won't take me long to even know what u are shipping if it is something of value and I am a bad actor (and it is worth my time and effort) I can easily hijack your identity and go claim the item. of cause you can always choose to ignore this advise that came from a good place smiley.. just know I come in peace.

To the uninitiated, this post wey our chief hacker write would make a lot of sense hahaha.

1. Intercept phone calls and sms in this generation?with all the encryptions? when no be say na our fore fathers landline wey dey use wire wey pesin fit tap? AbI ma MI6 this bros dey work for?

If you can't access the victims phone which is very crucial to your plans and also very unlikely, then you have a higher chance of successfully robbing a bank to stealing someones package
This bros even say it's very easy!!! I fear who no fear you

Since when I get sense I never see where dem steal person package because he revealed his tracking number

As this pandemic is due to a virus it's very unlikely that a cure or vaccine would be ready in the next 5 years to say the least, I need to make some very important orders on aliexpress, but I can't because the situation is very volatile. We are all waiting for a potentially non existent cure or vaccine before returning to our normal lives sad

Please if you made any orders during the lockdown which got shipped using ASS and you have gotten it kindly mention me, i need to order some things that just cant be delayed anymore, i would love to try my luck.

Why are you people so ignorant and hypocritical on this thread!!! Na wa o!!!
No one is indispensable.

So far things aren't moving or to be more specific goods do arrive in Nigeria, but nipost isn't moving the packages.
youre right sir but my line of thought is that the post officies must get back to releasing packages very soon as its unreasonable to holdout for too long.

Ghana has done 113,000 tests so far for a country of 29 million people with 2,000 cases and 17 deaths whilst Nigeria has done 12,000 tests for 200 million population with 1,900 cases and 58 deaths. These are not new results buh is a backlog catalogue of 18,000 additional test results taken laat week. All 2,000 patients have been isolated nationwide so there's very little community spread because the government organized a massive rigorous testing nationwide with the use of drones to transport results in less than an hour.So Ghana is faring far better than Nigeria. Don't compare the two.
