I don't think these cases were a result of the EndSARs campaign because there might be some cases and complaints from the VIP in the state that the lagos state government have to come in.....but not as a result of police brutality leach on common masses...
Because there was any case of extortion whereby a policeman took a common man to an ATM to withdraw money....or transfer money into his account...

1)The statement by IG of Police was released after the meeting with the Vice President. As a matter of fact, the VP insisted that the IG release the statement that Sunday as opposed to the IG who wanted to release it the next day, Monday.

2)The same 4th of October, VP met with the press and reiterated the need for SARS to be off the streets and also insisted on the need for police reforms.

3) Then on Friday, the 9th of October, VP took the IG of Police to meet with the President and brief him on the situation. Below is the picture of the meeting. Afterwards, the President released his thread.

4) Again on the 11th of October, the VP met with the IG of Police and insisted on completely scrapping SARS when the protests didn't stop. VP also insisted that a statement be released that same Sunday:

5) During the same week of the 11th, VP met with DG DSS, IG of Police, Minister of Police Affairs.

6) On the 12th of October, VP spoke with the press again and emphasised the government's commitment to the reform process of the police force. He also called for the prosecution of erring officers.

7) 15th October, through NEC, he met with State Governors and decided that the best way to deal with the situation was the establishment of Judicial Panels in all states headed by the Governors with different stakeholders including youth representatives.

Then on the 16th of October, he released a statement apologising for responding late to the agitations of the protestors. He also reiterated the government's commitment to resolving the issues.

All these yeyebrities are not current about happenings in the country and they jump on to things they know nothing of.

The management of Loatsad Promomedia Limited has reacted to reports making the rounds that the billboard at the Lekki Toll gate where the Tuesday massacre took place was deliberately put out by the agency.

A statement by the advertising agency owned by Seyi Tinubu, one of the sons of the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday said the billboard was switched off due to the curfew imposed by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and that it had no idea of what was going to happen to the harmless #EndSARS protesters.

It reiterated that the agency had been lending its support to the #EndSARS movement since the peaceful demonstrations began across the state.

It read, “When we started in 2014, we had a plan to change the perception of African start-ups in the global space. We believed as Africans, we could create something great and we set out with a N4m loan from a bank and we started trading, going from door to door begging for work and relentlessly grew the business employing and empowering over 200 Nigerians today directly or indirectly.  We have supported many upcoming businesses, artists, people in need as giving back to our community has always been our passion (all this can be verified).

“All of our achievements thus far have come the from hard work, sweat and determination of our work force and everything Loatsad has been doing has been open, all taxes are remitted and payments to agencies and regulatory bodies have been timely, so we can be proud to say we are contributing the growth of the industry and Nation.

“When the “EndSars” and “say no to police brutality” protests started from day one we wholly supported the movement and used all our platforms to promote the messages (I believe the promoters can verify this information) as we believed in the cause.

It will take a higher authority to execute that plan...the dastardly plan was well planned with evil intention....

Hoodlums cannot do such plans with the backing of power that be...it will take some bloodsucking politicians to execute such plans....and this can't be swept under the carpet....i had Sanwoolu saying none was killed....and the eyes witness according gave a true figure of the lives that were lost in that incident.....

Al-Bashir Oman of Sudan did this by killing the peaceful protesters in Sudan and was paid dearly for it...
Buhari will also face the same thing...because he is the commander in charge of the armed forces...

ICC must intervene....this is beyond setting up an internal panel of inquiry to do a lopesided investigation of the killing of innocent citizens who are not feeling good about this present administration....at all levels...

Those ladies interviewing Tinubu could have allowed him to speak instead of monopolizing the conversation....
