It’s time to claim the love you deserve, ladies! Without a doubt, we must be intentional about seeking and finding a partner in this life. In my 12+ years writing about love and marriage, I’ve heard (and shared) thousands of love stories. And, you want to know a secret? Some of my favorites began with a simple prayer for the right partner. Not a dating app. Not a hookup. Not a chance encounter. A simple prayer of intention. As we begin a new year, it’s important to remember the power of prayer and what it can do to enrich and better your quality of life. If you’re single and looking for the love of your life in 2018, have you considered being more intentional with your prayers? To help you get started, I asked renowned certified life coach, Girlfriends Pray Inc. founder and author of new book Dear Black Man, We Love You: 5 Things You Need to Know and Do To Win Dee C. Marshall to create a special prayer just for you. But first, be sure to get your mind right. “To position yourself for the man you’ve been waiting for stay positive, speak as if he’s already here and get ready,” Marshall advises. “Jealousy and envy will block your blessing. Pray for the relationship you admire from afar.” Amen. Are you ready to claim the love you crave? Add this prayer into your rotation in 2018. Dear God,....Read More www.livelystones.com.ng |
Dear Lively Stones, I have a serious problem and I need your help. My name is Angela and I am 33 years old. I work in an Insurance company and I am doing very well for myself. The problem I have is that there is this guy in my office that I like but I am too shy to tell him. His name is Redo (not real name please). Redo is my junior in the office but he is very resourceful on the job and friendly too. The problem really is that he is too friendly with ladies in the office. He is jokingly called the ladies man and that is why I am shy to tell him that I am attracted to him. In November,he asked me out and I turned him down. I know, yikes, what was I thinking right? I thought saying yes immediately was going to make me look too cheap and easy.....Read More http://livelystones.com.ng/3394-2/ |

Jzhane 28/12/2017 Marriage No Comments Dear Admin, Please i need your help. Am newly married to a guy i love so much. Our marriage is less than one year. My husband loves his family but has a lot of respect for his elder brother. In-shut the way he talks about and carry this his matter was a major concern when we were courting. Its as though his elder brother is everything. I thought that was no big deal. So, i didn’t have to worry so much, believing everything will fall into their right places once we get married. But, it like am in a dream world now, as things keep deteriorating right in my eyes. The major one now that is making me cry out for help, which i cannot no longer tolerate is my husband elder brother’s first visit. He has spent just two days with us, but is fond of always dashing into our matrimonial bed room without knocking, whenever he has just anything to say or ask his brother, not caring if we are Unclad or even making love. He has done this three times now. I held myself out of respect for my husband the first two times he did it. But on the third time i had to raise my voice after he left the bedroom, so that he could hear me saying that this is our bedroom for God sake and i demand some privacy....Read More www.livelystones.com. |

Jzhane 27/12/2017 Marriage No Comments Considering how important s*x seems to be for marriage; it is amazing how afraid people are to engage in honest adult conversations about s*x. But for a component that’s such a major part of marriage, it’s foolish to not discuss it. There are three very distinct s*x conversations that need to be had regardless; and all three need to be discussed before crossing that bridge. Consider these discussions a part of getting to know each other and communicating...Read More www.livelystones.com.ng |

Dear Lively Stones, I am a divorcee of 48 years old. I have been divorced for almost five years now and I am thinking of moving on to finally settle down with another woman. I have been dating a few ladies but non of them catch my fancy. There is a lady however, whom I have been very friendly with. Her name is Constance and she is married to a man that treats her very badly. The man beats her, sleeps with other women and does not sleep with her. She has moved out of the man’s house but they are yet to start the divorce proceedings. Constance is a very beautiful lady whom I find very attractive. Shes been responding to me since we met and we have actually made love once but I said we wont do that again until shes divorced properly. Now,every time I ask her what is delaying her divorce, her response is not always satisfactory. She will say things like,I am praying to God to direct me on the right decision. I have asked her if she wants the man again and she denies that every time. She keeps asking me to be patient with her. That if I want s*x,she is ready anytime. I know she loves me,we spend quite a lot of time together. She is my idea of a perfect wife but this her indecisiveness to finalize her divorce is giving me cause for worry. I would like to get married soon, should I wait for her or move on?Secondly,is it okay to keep smashing her after all......Read More http://livelystones.com.ng/am-in-lovehow-do-i-convince-her-to-get-a-divorce/ |

Jzhane 24/12/2017 Ask Jzhane, Dating 1 Comment Dear Lively Stones. I decided to ask this question as I perceive your platform is a no judgement zone.I am a thirty eight year old single mother. I have a four year old son. His father has moved on.For almost two years,I haven’t dated anyone. Recently,my neighbor’s younger brother finished NYSC and moved to Lagos for greener pastures. Casper is a nice looking young man who is always willing to assist me with stuff like putting on my generator or lifting heavy stuff from my car to my apartment. We hung out in my apartment one day,he stayed with me all day,It was a public holiday if I remember. The gist got to girls who can knock out guys with s*x. He boasted that no girl could do that to him. Well,we dared each other and we slept with each other. Since that day,we have been sleeping with each other as we both find it hard to resist the attraction. I wanted to put a stop to this but Casper would not hear of it. He says he loves me and would want to marry me. He is 26 years old. He has said he would get his apartment once he gets his first job so we can be together. But when that will be,I dont know. He is fresh from school with no job and he is almost 12 years younger. My greatest fear is if his....Read More www.livelystones.com.ng |
