kingvincenteze:Did you really think paying 10k was sufficient as proof of you having done the traditional marriage rites? Be honest with yourself. |

sexybbstar:ok, thanks |
sexybbstar:Is this still available please? |
Congrats! This just gave me hope ![]() |
Our cat is addicted to TV! She never leaves the living room once the tv is on. Even when she is hungry, she will refuse to go eat her food and will instead want you to bring it to her in the living room. If she goes into hiding and you need to fish her out, you just need to turn on the tv. |
Most men commenting on this post are quick to blame the wife, but I'll tell you that the op is at fault. I've had experience with your type before- Mommy's boy who just can't wean themselves of their Mommy's breast milk . Why should she have to pay for your wedding? Why should your mum be paying the balance for the photographer and not you? Why should your mom be handing over foodstuff to your family? Why do you have to force her to visit your parents regularly when she knows she is still trying to wean you off your comfort living off your parents as well as prevent them from meddling in your family affair? Have you thought about her upbringing? Does she call her own family as often as you want her to call yours? Why at all should you even think of discussing your arguments in your home with your mom? Please be a man and take charge of your home and restrict the access your parents have to your home. If you have to receive assistance from your mom, do it covertly and not in a way which would make your wife a ridicule in front of your family. Be a real man not some Mommy's boy relaxing in his mother's laps! |
lilliesboy:Oh, Yes! some people got admission letter before paying acceptance fee. It should be no surprise since that is the normal protocol, there was just a misunderstanding about this year's admission process. You can't expect anyone to go pay 20k and then realise that he/she wasn't offered admission. |
lilliesboy:"Anyone yet to get a mail at this point in time is entirely on her/his own. For those who "prefer" sitting for the test on a particular day of their choice other than what the University had already scheduled, I encourage them to keep"preferring." Sit at home and "prefer," you must be the President or Governors' children." Do you know how scared I was when you said this and I hadn't received email for EPT yet? I got the mail for EPT after you made this comment. Please try to be empathetic when things aren't going well for others. I won't exchange words with you. |
san316:Lol, see the way this person completed the story for op! |
Ma sha Allah! I love these stories. Op, please come and continue o! |
tolanee:Don't lose hope yet, you should go to your department and ask the programme coordinator why you were assigned a supervisor. It may be that you are on a merit list or something of sort |
lilliesboy:I remember that you were the same person creating fear in the minds of people who didn't get the mail about EPT on time. You said that it meant there weren't going to be called for the test anymore. You also said that those who want to apply for resit can seat in their houses. Do you have friends at all? Why do you always have to be so insensitive? Please change your ways! |
medube:I understand your grievances but to be honest with you, Pears didn't use the picture illegally and neither did they change the name voluntarily. The mistake they made was not confirming the identity of the parents and for that, you have the right to request that they: - take down the picture - pay you the price awarded to the impostor. - provide information about the so called impostor so that you can proceed to file a litigation against her ( If they refuse to do this, then you can assume that the impostor story is a lie, you can then sue Pears directly and they would in turn sue the advertising agency) By the way, your baby girl is so cute. It's no wonder that her picture won the contest. |
jidoex66:That was a correction to your reference to me as brother* |
Why should anyone insult the victim? She was desperate- so what? I believe she wasn't charmed, she was dangerously deep in love with him. She made a mistake, but she isn't the fool. The lazy, cruel, dependent, gold-digging man is the fool. I'm sure many of you here have had the same experience with women, but no one called you desperate. Only a woman who has been in this same situation, where her support for her man has been met with cruel intentions, will know how this feels. |
I think the woman who lifted the picture from your wife's page is the one who is at fault. Pears is offering that compensation in place of the original price awarded to the woman who used your baby's picture. I don't really see a case here. |
Hmm, may Allah take our souls in the state of fitrah. Last night, I laid on my bed viewing facebook pages of people whom I know who are dead. It seemed so unreal; I saw pictures which they took last and they looked so full of life. It's hard to imagine that the same person is rotting in the ground. I get scared of what lies after death; not the actual act of dying. Sometimes, I get this feeling that I may die young or otherwise, really old. We all have a private connection with God shaped with patterns. Some people pray to God for something and they get it almost immediately. For me, I know most definitely that I won't get what I want at the time I want it. It often comes to me as a surprise when I'm on the edge of hopelessness. Sometimes, the bad whisperer uses this against me, I get scared of making istikharah over people because I know that the outcome will most likely be negative. As a result of this, I sometimes get tempted to want to avoid making istikharah or praying over things since I know that I won't get them at first request. Then it occurs in a way that the things which I don't pray for are the ones which comes easily but will almost always turn sour ultimately. So, again, I go back to the option I've been avoiding- praying. I get scared of death, I get confused. One moment I'm being a good muslim and the next, I'm mouthing some dope lyrics. I keep going on and off with some acts of religion. I'm scared, I have dreams and goals and some of them aren't complacent with Allah's command- or maybe just not in this environment. I like it when I see others being committed as much as I admire from afar and wish to be, but I have aspirations. May Allah help... |

1. Door 2, lions that haven't been fed in years would have been dead. 2. The car door. 3. People don't knock on their own room doors. 4. She made a call to her home phone? I don't know ![]() |
luminouz:No, thanks. |
luminouz:Hihi, I don't roll with aliens! ![]() |
kingreign:I've used inner light, torch light, even x-ray and I still haven't found them. Maybe it's a punishment on me for turning down one such good guy previously. So, serves me right too! ![]() |
Hmm, where are these sets of good guys at while I'm here getting riffraffs? Well, they are always deceived by the physical attraction of the bad girls and ignore the good ones, so serves them right ![]() |
Who else experienced these tragical moments in secondary school? - When you have a 'fine' handwriting and seniors all 'use' you in copying their notes while you have uncompleted notes. - When you are tall and have a legible handwriting and teachers make you copy all their notes and still fail you at the end of the term. - When you have a pitched voice and teachers make you dictate till your throat gets sore and still expect you to have copied the notes for that particular class - When you plait hair beautifully and seniors make you transform them into Alicia keys while you go about with 'Bang da dang' hairstyle. - When you know all the dancing styles and seniors make you dance away your grades while others are preparing for exams. |
Mynd44:Hihi, this guy is seriously searching for wife ![]() |
