Goddex: Our media is so biased. Fashola bought those two bulletproof tinted range rover SUV's for 300m naira each.

Our South West media refused to report it but instead concentrated solely on Oduah and expected her kinsmen in South East to keep quiet. Tribalism is our biggest problem.
that's a fucking lie and u know it no range is worth 100 mill even if it has gold rims.. a 2013 range is around 30m so this right here is bull.. moreover no american car is worth that amount if u said a german(mercedes benz, bmw, etc) or italian (Ferrari) then maybe this your lie would av carried weight..

Just as sm ppl frustrated GEJ's tenure as president that's how we re gonna frustrate him if he ventures into aso rock,
Instead of one region to gain at the detriment of another, instead everybody wud loose, I hope he starts planting groundnut in the north.
Let Buhari become president, d same president that after he overthrew shehu shagari, he put him on house arrest, while his vice that doesn't have much power as the president got thrown into prison just because he is from the east.
The same Buhari that during is tenure as military leader, built so many roads in the north, but didn't build ONE single one in the east nor the place the money is coming from(NIGER DELTA).
Let's wait now enter ASO rock 1st and u go know.
yah yah he put the president under house arrest because that president at that time was as much a thief as GEJ and OBJ. You said he did construct any road in the south only in the north but at least he constructed something, tell me has jona done any of these he couldn't sack a woman wu stole from under he's nose, he can't even account for how many barrels of oil we produce per day and yet he's a president he can't even fix the road 90% of Nigerians used to travel. It's not to remodel airports it's to make sure they r functioning in the right condition. We cant purchase brand new planes for national carries. Abeg everyone should leave Buhari alone I know he's not a saint or an angel but the one pretending to be one is going to ruin this country..

Luckily, they got a boy. But the sisters complained of embarrassment from their parents.

Family B
They had 7 children, all girls. The hubby is looking outside for the missing male child from his scrotum! From another woman of course.

Family C
Wife's family advised her to protect herself diabolically to prevent her man from seeking a new wife after she gave birth to their third girl.

What is so special about the male child?
female children don't continue legacies and bloodlines male children do.. And forgot this equaltiy shit everyone one is Tryna put up now female children have never been recognized and will never be. Even the bible says so..
Music/RadioRe: Is Eminem Really The Rap God? by OrangeHokage(m): 3:51pm On Dec 04, 2013
coogar: eminem is an enigma, something of a shape shifter, a constructor of elaborately self-referential personas whose penchant for self-exploration can often take the form of snide, self-consciously juvenile lyrical play, bracingly bitter tirades or ice grilled hip-hop classicism.

when he dropped this single "Rap God" off his new album(MMLP-2) some few weeks ago, he finally confirmed his status as the modern shakespeare of hip-hop. the incisive lyricism, delivery & the technique displayed throughout hasn't been seen yet in the entire hip-hop industry. is he really the rap god?

If Government has met a pre-condition for the calling off of the strike, it is rather funny that ASUU will only know about it through a t.v programme involving Doyin Okupe who does not have much credibility. Why did the Minister for Education not make this known all along? When was the account deposited and money deposited? Who are the signatories? Why did the Government not disclose this while threatening the lecturers with sack? Something is fishy undecided undecided undecided undecided huh

TV/MoviesFast & Furious Actor Paul Walker Dies In California Car Crash by OrangeHokage(op): 8:53am On Dec 01, 2013
Paul Walker was one of Hollywood's leading men"
US actor Paul Walker, who starred in the Fast & Furious series of action films, has been killed in a car crash in California.

Walker, 40, was a passenger in a Porsche sports car driven by a friend - who also died - when it crashed north of Los Angeles.

Walker was said to be attending a charity event at the time.

He starred in all but one of the films in the Fast & Furious franchise, the sixth of which opened in May.

Walker also starred in the suspense drama Hours, a movie that is set for release this month.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department said the crash happened in the community of Valencia.

The red Porsche sports car crashed into a lamp post in Valencia, north of Los Angeles

The car burst into flames after the crash
It said deputies found a car engulfed in flames when they responded to a report of a collision. Two people found in the car were pronounced dead at the scene.

Images showed the burned-out wreckage of a red Porsche by the side of the road.

"It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organisation Reach Out Worldwide," the statement on the actor's Facebook page said.

"He was a passenger in a friend's car, in which both lost their lives. We... are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news.''

Universal Pictures also issued a statement, saying studio staff were "heartbroken" by Walker's death.

"Paul was truly one of the most beloved and respected members of our studio family for 14 years, and this loss is devastating to us, to everyone involved with the Fast & Furious films, and to countless fans.

"We send our deepest and most sincere condolences to Paul's family."

Walker played undercover agent Brian O'Conner in the Fast & Furious movies.

The first film of the franchise was released in 2001 and the seventh is in development.

Walker was one of the leading protagonists, along with Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez.

Diesel said in a post on Instagram: "Brother I will miss you very much. I am absolutely speechless. Heaven has gained a new Angel. Rest in Peace." "Paul Walker was one of Hollywood's leading men"

PoliticsRe: Why The South East, Must ShunThe APC For Now! by OrangeHokage(m): 7:49pm On Nov 13, 2013
noblezone: In 1999, these three parties held the sway, AD, ANPP and PDP.

Out of the three, the PDP was more of a national party, AD was a party of the South West while the ANPP was a party of the Northerners.

South East just like at other times, (when we say we are more detribalized than the others, they won't agree) embraced the national party and the PDP won all the South Eastern states.

While the PDP made inroads into the North and the West, their regional parties gave them the platform to get better bargains at the national level. The South East had no bargain at all even as OBJ hijacked the party (PDP) for his selfish interests.

When the PDP was hijacked, the South West retained certain control because of their regional party, same thing in the North.

Chekwas Okorie understanding the Nigerian politics, entered with his APGA to balance the equation and OBJ played the devils advocate by working hard to destroy the regional parties. He undid AD, but the South West quickly recovered and formed AC (later became ACN). The ANPP was almost dead and they quickly came up with the CPC. APGA was destroyed courtesy of Victor Ume and since it was only Chekwas that understood the Nigerian politics, there was no replacement for APGA.

Orji Uzo Kalu was very selfish, instead of building a regional party, he formed PPA (Personal Party Alliance?). Today, the South East is without a regional party like the others. This is not good for us!

Now, let no one be deceived, the ACN, ANPP and CPC only came together for one singular purpose:

To wrestle power from Jonathan who "should not have been President" in the first place. Jonathan does not belong to the "ruling class"!

APC has "shared" Nigeria according to the quota of the regional parties that formed it.
Rochas sold himself so cheap thinking he was smart! Of recent, we heard that he is not even a member of the APC yet. He had ran ahead to sell APGA to the APC without negotiating anything. Please, does Rochas really have any brains?

I am not saying that the South East cannot join the APC, but the time is not right! Negotiations have since ended. a look at the national leadership of the APC will prove my point.

We cannot join the "opposition yet"! We must maintain the status quo and then get it right!

This is partly why the APC must not win the Anambra guber poll on Saturday.
Also, the APC stood against the State of Emergency as declared by Mr. President in the North while we in the South East support it.
Two cannot work together except they agree.

I am calling on all stake holders in Anambra and the entire South East, to shun the APC for now!
oh shut up and stop being overly biased

EducationFG Must End The ASUU Strike Now, By Femi Falana by OrangeHokage(op): 7:10pm On Oct 07, 2013
As the President of Nigeria and the Visitor to all the federal universities in Nigeria Dr Goodluck Jonathan should be worried over the prolonged industrial action of the Academic Staff Union of Universities. However, in his media chat last Sunday the President stunned Nigerians when he did state that “President John Rawlings of Ghana shut tertiary institutions for one year and nothing happened”. Does that mean the public universities may be closed for one year?
While blaming the ASUU for engaging in politics in prosecuting the strike the President claimed that the Federal Government could not afford the money being demanded by ASUU. As Counsel to the ASUU I do recall that Dr, Jonathan as Vice President contributed to the resolution of the strike embarked upon by the ASUU in 2009 which culminated in the signing of the 2009 FG/ASUU Agreement. At that time the ASUU was not accused of playing politics! Regrettably, the Federal Government has, for some inexplicable reasons, refused to implement the terms of the Agreement with reference to the improvement of the working conditions of academic staff and the provision of intervention fund to revamp university education in all the federal universities.
Since ASUU has repeatedly embarked on strike for over two decades to draw public attention to the refusal of successive governments to fund university education in the country the the university teachers cannot be accused of plotting with disgruntled politicians to embarrass the Federal Government. In fact, it is the Federal Government which has recently politicised university education by establishing 12 new universities in one fell swoop. Up till now there is no law in place to back the establishment of any of those institutions.
As there is no fund to run the new universities the President Jonathan recently coordinated the extortion of over N5 billion from government contractors for the take off of the federal university at Otuoke, the President,s hometown.. The President’s mother was also reported to have donated a hostel to the Otuoke undergraduates. It is hoped that such gestures would soon be extended to the remaining 11 universities by the President. Otherwise he stands the charge of being accused of discrimination!
Having regard to the increasing wave of official corruption in the country the official claim that the federal government is not in a position to fund the federal universities cannot be taken seriously by Nigerians. In fact, it is public knowledge that the federal government funded corruption in the fuel importation sector to the tune of over I trillion in 2011. The huge fund did not include the $7 billion worth of crude stolen yearly by oil thieves operating on the high seas. Yet, President Jonathan has continued to insist that the allegation of official corruption in Nigeria is over exaggerated!
In the last three years the Jonathan Administration has drawn down the savings of more than $20 billion to less than $4 billion while it is piling up huge foreign loans. Through the AMCON the sum of N5 trillion ($30 billion) was released by the CBN to bail out the banks that were run down by the agbero bourgeoisie. Two weeks ago the Central Bank of Nigeria disclosed that $7 billion loan had been made available to the same set of banks.
Apart from engaging in the illegal business of changing dollars in the Federation Account to naira the CBN could not have earned $7bn from any other business. The CBN has also set aside intervention funds for agriculture, aviation, industry, etc running into several trillions of naira at the disposal of the pampered members of the ruling class.
From time to time, the CBN governor, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi donates billions of naira to institutions and victims of terrorist attacks. The sum of N10 billion was donated to the Othmanfodio University on August 19, 2013 by the CBN Governor. Since there is equality before the law the CBN should donated N10 billion to each of the other federal universities within the next SEVEN DAYs or face a legal action.
in view of the foregoing it is submitted that given the political will the federal government cannot complain of inadequate funds for revamping the universities. The Minister of Finance and the coordinator of the country’s economy, Mrs Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has made President Jonathan to believe that the economy would collapse if the federal government implements the 2009 FG/ASUU Agreement.
Did Mrs Okonjo-Iweala and Mr. Sanusi not say that the economy would collapse if the illegal price of N141 per litre of petrol was not sustained? When the Nigerian people forced the federal government to reduce the price to N97 did both voodoo economists resign like their counterparts would have done in the Brettonwood institutions?
Since those who are destroying the Nigerian economy have not deemed it honourable to call it quits President Jonathan should pluck up the courage to sack them without any further delay. The impression should not be created that the ASUU strike has been allowed to drag on because top government officials have their children and wards in private schools at home and abroad.
The plan to invite former President Olusegun Obasanjo to intervene in the crisis should be discarded. There was a time the universities were shut down for 6 months under President Obasanjo. Instead of providing funds to run the universities President Obasanjo and his Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar illegally awarded licences to themselves to establish “private” universities and proceeded to fund them with public money looted from the Petroleum Trust Development Fund.
The federal government should urgently reorder its priority and provide adequate funds to restore the lost glory of our universities to enable ASUU to call off the strike.
Mr. Falana, a member of the senior Bar, is a legal adviser to ASUU

PhonesThings To Do Before Upgrading To Ios 7 (iphone Users) by OrangeHokage(op): 6:51pm On Sep 18, 2013
Wednesday September 18th is the day that iOS 7 starts rolling out to the public so now is the time to start making sure your device is ready. Before you go ahead and update follow these guidelines first:

iOS 7 Compatibility :

Make sure your current device is on the list of supported devices:

iPhone 4
iPhone 4S
iPhone 5
iPod Touch 5
iPad 2
iPad 3
iPad 4
iPad Mini
All new devices will ship with iOS 7 , which includes iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C

Clear the Beta :

If you have a beta version of iOS 7 on your device, you need to either update to the GM version or restore back to iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4. The GM version of iOS 7 can only be downloaded via the Development center so, if you are not a developer you need to get your UDID activated first.

Delete Unused Apps :

Not really necessary but this isn’t a bad idea either. Go through your apps and get rid of any that you haven’t used in ages. You can download them again later on, if you decide you need them.

A Bit of Maintenance and Cleaning :

If you need to free up space do a bit of maintenance:

Clear out your temporary files and device cache there are apps to help you do this, such as PhoneClean
Delete large message threads, duplicate images or audio/video files.
Open Settings > General > Usage on your device and look to see what is using the most space up. Focus on deleting those that you don’t need.
Open Safari from Settings and tap on Clear Cookies and Data and on Clear History.
Move Image and Movie Files

If you store a lot of images or movie files on your device, move them off onto your PC. You can also use Dropbox or a Cloud storage service to back up your files to as well just to make sure.

Back Your Device up – Twice

One backup is good, two is better. Back up your device using both of these methods and do it on a regular basis:

iTunes - Connect your device and PC and open iTunes. Select your device and choose the Back up Now option
iCloud – Open up Settings > iCloud > Storage and Backup and choose Back up Now.
Once you have done all of the above you are ready to update to iOS 7.

oluafolabi: This is what I think;

I don't think it is a wise decision for students to support ASUU's decision to continue to waste our time at home. 1) Why should ASUU pull out of negotiations with the federal government accusing them of being dishonest? Why pull out of a means of finding solution to a lingering problem?
2) Do you think ASUU won't collect their salaries immediately they resume back to work? ASUU is not losing anything!! We are the ones losing.
3) The decadence in the educational sector is not something that started during this regime. It was a gradual decay leading to the almost total collapse (In which the consistent strikes by the lecturers is a factor too) , do you think that decay is something that can be rectified within the twinkle of an eye?
4) I want ASUU to know that the federal government is not losing anything either through the ongoing strike, they(the rulers) have most of their wards/children in private schools and universities abroad. Should the strike continue, it won't hurt the FG in anyway in the long process.
5) According to an article I read this morning, ASUU should look for other alternatives to incessant strikes rather than punishing Nigerian students all the time for offences we do not even know about.

By the way, I think we keep on forgetting that FG has implemented most of ASUU's demands ; Retirement age,Bonuses and gave reasonable reasons for some demands that they couldn't meet e.g the transfer of those landed properties, earned allowance.
FG has also signed 400 billion to be disbursed for infrastructures over a period of 4 years. I'm not saying FG has done enough, but FG has shifted ground a little and I would expect same from ASUU. Y'all should look back which parastatal in Nigeria has ever gone on strike and got their 100 % demands from the FG? Even the famous subsidy protest that crippled the whole nation couldn't restore the price of PMS back to 70 naira,. So why should ASUU continue to suffer us(the students) when the strike isn't even directly affecting the FG in any way??
sad sad sad
so because the decay didn't start now, we should now let it continue, typical Nigerian
