OK do this first... unplug the ps4 and remove the power cable from behind. then hold the power button until it beeps once and goes off again. then plug it back in and try turning it on.

did so , but he returned it , had to collect cos he's a friend, said it was 35k to fix d problem, guess that scared him off

before u start downloading or rebuild ps4 library I suggest u try these easy steps first and it should work cos I've fixe some like this before.
1. go to safe mode by Turning off your console and then hold down the Power button until you hear 2 beeps (7-8 seconds). Connect controller using the provided USB cable and then press the PS button to access Safe Mode.
2. while in safe mode, select the 2nd option which is change resolution. select it an wait until the system restarts. just leave it to do its thing so be patient is should take between 30 to 60 seconds
3. ur TV will display "select a video output reolution, change it from automatic to 1080p.
4. accept it and all should be back to normal. please do this first before downloading any softwares or tinkering with unfamiliar things. let me know if it works.

I'll advice before using a software u should try and bypass it safely first. go to Google and type bypass FRP for * name of your phone* you'll be amazed how easy it is to do without using a software. if you try that and it fails then u can try using CM2

depends on the phone you're using. if it's an mtk phone it's easy. just use CM2 software and you're done in seconds.

connect your laptop to a TV through hdmi cable or connect it to a ddesktop monitor. see if it boots up properly on an external display. if it does, then your laptop screen has a hardware problem. and din u recently install any drivers?
