I can understand where you are coming from in your point of view when you say Nigeria has a problem by allowing corruption to thrive, and people who are supposed to fight corruption are not doing so. i understand when you say things have gone wrong because of nepotism in Nigeria. You may not understand what Rev Funke Adejumo said, but she was not scamming anybody. Yes, i admit that she may have added that it is not by force, so that everyone can fully understand, especially people who were not physically there in the church where she was preaching, but at the same time, she is a human being and we all make mistakes, including genuine pastors and men of God. If it is about the principle of sowing that she was trying to get the people to practice, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Even God expects christians to sow seeds and give to church and the needy. Any christian who tells you that it is wrong to sow seeds is a hypocrite or a false christian, e.g Daddy Freeze!

I did not learn to give generously today and be in a position to always help people around me every month by being born that way naturally. I learnt giving by practicing the kind of message that Rev Funke Preached. I used to be one of those people who believed that i didn't have enough to give, and that if i give you what i have now, then i will not have enough for myself, but then i heard preachings on sowing seeds and giving to the poor, and i decided to practice what i was hearing, and that is how i got to where i am today. It is that kind os message Rev Funke preached that made me see that it is possible to give what i have and help another person that needs it, and i will not end up poorer after giving out what i had because God always has a way of blessing me in return. If i did not practice what Rev Funke was talking about, maybe i wouldn't have known by now that i can actually afford to not be greedy with whatever i have. Maybe all the people i have helped this year alone may still have been suffering because their needs had not been met.

You may not understand the biblical principle of sowing and receiving, because it is a spiritual principle that can only be fully revealed to you by the Spirit of God, but what i have experienced as a christian is the fact that it is a principle that works. Besides, it helps people destroy the habit of greed in their lives, because you come to a point where you understand that money cannot be your master, instead money should be something we should be willing to give out at anytime to solve problems both in church and in society.

You, now that i am talking to, is either a bribe giver or taker in Nigeria, you also, will most probably see some folks as enemies of progress, or witches, that you have to pray against, why is that? I have friends lots of friends in Redeemed Churches, some of them pastors and some of them deaconess as well as muslim alfas, most of the things they do, i cannot do, even amongst themselves in their day to day lives. I will give you two examples here right now. 1. Go to your Church on Sunday, stand outside and watch people going into the Church, for most people, you can tell, those that are couples and their kids and the ones that are househelps, clear distinction (same at the Mosques anyways). 2. I'm not sure if its still like that, almost all Banks in Nigeria, except some few ones they will hire you as a marketer (female) and you CANNOT get married in your first two years..... go bring money for the bank. So, my broda, those people to me are all scammers and are all looking for prosperity and materialistic things. Now i will conclude with this - I went for a Black American Muslim Conference in Los Angeles in March, they were talking about Islam in America and how it shaped the lives of blacks etc with the sincerity of Malcolm X etc. Now, this is a Muslim conference, they talked about Martin Luther King and how during the civil rights movement, he opposed the war vehemently and was outspoken about it. That affected his movement and a lot of people did not support him for that because he was opposing the Govt and a dominant war, but you know what Martin Luther king said, that brought tears to my eyes? He said i dont care if i dont get support I cannot support the war because "I am a Christian"..... My broda, that is a true Christian. That has meaning for me even as a muslim. This was an example given to us, muslims at a muslim conference, i repeat, Martin luther king said, i cannot support or be silent about a war where you go and kill women and children because "I am a Christian".... Our problem in Nigeria is lack of education and Stupidity. Now, law enforcement is telling him to stop and move and he is saying do not touch me and arguing with them. Can he try that in the USA where he is based? if you refuse to obey, you are arrested period. In this case. Sowore is wrong. We ourselves are always causing wahala, this guy tells you to move and that you cannot video here and all you have to do is ask to speak with a superior officer or something to ask permission.

Two young men were paraded for allegedly stealing goats in Eziagulu village, Ekwulobia, area of Anambra state. The suspects, one Mr Ifedichukwu Iloduba from Eziagulu village, Ekwulobia and Chika Umeakunne from Umudim Nnewi, allegedly stole a pregnant goat from one woman and came back on a second mission to steal again.

This time they allegedly stole two small goats on Tuesday and went to the market to sell it, before they were caught by the woman, who raised alarm that attracted the village's vigilante.

The two thieves were paraded early this morning in Ekwulobia.

One of the suspects reportedly fainted along the way.

Speaking after the parade, the Chief security officer of Eziagulu village, Comrade Zikora Eze , warned criminal elements to stay away from the village, or suffer the kind of disgrace meted out to the two goat thieves today.

Now, for how "Guests" should be treated, its your opinion against mine, so to each his own. Maybe you were raised in a culture where you feel you are doing a guest a favor by hosting them and providing for them while i was raised in a culture that is welcoming and goes above and beyond to make a guest feel comfortable and sees it as honour for a guest to visit. In the example you gave about the Northerners eating more than 1 egg per day, we are basically saying the same thing so we at least agree on that. I will not apologise, i will tone it down a bit.
