I blame the guy in this situation. From the narration, they were probably all having fun and maybe this lady was dared or bold enough to grab guys dicks.... I guess most guys will just laugh about it but this guy obviously does not like it and it is unwelcomed, which is very ok. Now, from the narration, this guy must have seen this girl do it to other guys and he should have removed himself from that situation. You see a girl grabbing dicks and folks are laughing and you know you have a dick and you still stood there? What do you think is gonna happen? Then next thing she grabbed your dick and you slapped her, habaaa, you could have easily removed yourself from the situation period. Now, you are writing statements and taking oral statements and witnesses upandown like IPOB member reporting Buhari to United nations, while your mates are enjoying camp. Look at this compound fool here. Mumu, you do not wait for the Government to do everything for you. In Nigeria, its the religious organisations that is taking up these social responsibilities. That is why, in so many discussions, you will hear, let me ask my pastor etc. In marriages, naming ceremonies, death and burials, the religious institutions dictates the rites. In traditional African cultures it is the community, the cultural norms, but now, it's the Churches and Mosques, but again in Nigeria, they are more interested in collecting money and tithe, most especially the churches.

This is how you know the Churches and Mosques are not helping in anyway. There is no avenue for checking up on each other, no family ties and no value anymore, its all focused on money, money, tithe and tithe. Imagine, this went on for eight whole years, since the man's wife died. Was there a Church member or pastor to check up on this man and see how he and his family are doing after his wife died? Were there Youth fellowships and young adult whatever, that keeps taps on the welfare of the youth most especially the girl child to ensure this girl has protection? Nope, there is no tithe to be received from that.
