Nairaland Worth: Data Backed Facts Nairaland Now Worth Millions Of Dollars => https://www.nairaland.com/5076551/nairaland-worth-data-backed-facts

Nairaland worth is far more than the most analysis you see online and this is one of the best near actual value based on verifiable data, not just mouth say or imagination.

Let me remind you some threads here on NL stated that as far back as 2012-2014 NL got an offer of $1Million to acquire it and was denied according to history and at the end will unveil the approximate value of Nairaland worth presently. So keep that in mind while we explore data backed proves even deeper below for those that have interest in Nairaland worth.

That aside as an SEO Expert, I could give you some data backed pointers to consider in Nairaland valuation.

(1) Nairaland Domain
The domain name alone worth the $2million having one of the highest domain authority in Nigeria around DA81 and PA80. That means its has potential to rank anything you post within seconds on Search engine page one like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc. I have tested it before

(2) Nairaland As A Forum
It means it is not Niche specific which makes it a huge money spinner for any buyer to push for any Niche of choice compared to if its a blog or niche website

(3) Nairaland SEO
Although Nairaland team does not pay attention to SEO intentionally as an analysis I did on FoskaaySEOT (click to read details to rank your business website no1 page on Google free) revealed, yet it was there first and Google and other search engines already passed votes of confidence on it so it ranks high for almost any keywords you search for in Nigeria. If you do not believe, next time you search Google for anything, scan through the first page and I can assure you at least 3 out of your 10 keywords search will pop out Nairaland somewhere on Google page 1.

(4) Nairaland Backlinks
Don't even dare this you will break with over 7million backlinks from unique websites and most are quality, not just quantity as they are not begged or paid or optimized but naturally earned.....and that seems like a small pull to you? ask bloggers struggling to build huge backlinks to understand what it worth.

(5) Nairaland Indexed Pages on Google
NL now has over 4million pages indexed on Google. Am sure you know what that means. Its no child's play.

Yeah, let's continue....... guuuush, I will appreciate if you can register and login to access the complete details below. Registration is FREE. After login, if not redirected here just search for "Nairaland worth" using the "search forum" search box or following the link that brought you here initially.

I have discussed 7 more salient data backed points including how much NL currently makes per month from ads and other factors well considered below.

Nairaland Worth: Top 12 Data-Backed Facts Nairaland Worth Over $25Million

IamaNigerianGuy:
First of all, Linda Ikeji is not worth anywhere near 3 billion naira.

The amount nairaland is worth is a direct function of how much a buyer is willing to pay: and that is standardized at:

5 to 10 times ARR (annual recurring revenue)

So assume Seun makes between 2.5 and 5 million a month in gross revenues, he can ask for:

(2.5 x 12) x 10 or (5 x 12) x 10

= 300 to 600 million naira

~= 2million dollars

Nairaland worth is far more than the above analysis. Let me remind you that as far back as 2012-2014 NL got an offer of $1Million to acquire it and was denied according to history.

That aside as an SEO Expert, I could give you some pointers to consider in Nairaland valuation.

$57k daily? that'sa huge lie unless you have data to prove that.

Indeed a lie but that shows if Nairaland is well monetized, it has the capacity to earn that much especially if it gets more CPC paying countries to skyrocket Nairaland worth.
