Your judgement is too mild...how about throwing them in a cage full of lions?

It's you who think it's mild... It's not.

If they work, they generate income for the family of d deceased.... It's of no use killing them...

If you put them in Prison, we are wasting our resources on them... Naija is broke.

Wicked Souls

My judgement: Engage them in hard paid labour, and after deduction feeding expenses from their wages, the remnant should be sent to the family of the deceased. They should do this continuously for 20 years...

my hp laptop is not bringing out sound when am playing music or vidoes, how can rectify this?
cc deji2009

Try to check the sound settings, and make sure it's not on mute. Also make sure the Laptop Speaker is selected as default. If everything is okay, you can try reinstalling/updating your audio driver. Also check if you can use hesdsets, so as to know if it's a hardware problem.

done that over a hundred times now, even remove my hard disk, still nothing

So far the lights and fan are on, and the hard disk is running, there is a possibility it's a software issue.

When you power on your system, press F8 just when it's about to boot, then enter safe mode and see of it'll come on. If it does, just shut down normally and power it on again.

I just hope your hard disk is not affected sha..

Your system crashed... Try removing and replacing the battery, then power it on again.

It is well. Let's take some solace in the fact that she lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation.

I can tell you I know you feel. I've passed that bridge on a few occasions.

I feel so sad I couldn't join in the encouragement and prayers while she was alive.

God bless her soul.

Amen... Thanks

softysparky:
Eyaaah I feel so sorry for them.

Softy

Goodnight Candy... We'll see on the other side

Strong, Courageous, Inspiring, Fun, Interesting... That's what you are...yes, I won't use the word "were" because you still live on in our memories. I've only known you for a short time now, and my only regret is that you are leaving so soon and without meeting you in person, and i must say, it's very hard to come to terms with your demise, and while I'm at it, the simple truth is that you've left this world of struggles and battles to a far better place where you can actually experience peace.

Sleep on Candygosh, you'll forever live on in our memories.

Overall, Windows 10 is set to be a success, subject to a few improvements here and there.

BTW, I've noticed a lot of improvements in 8.1 after recent updates.

1. You can now define your default save location.

2. Weather - slight design compared with 8.1

3. Market

cc: Lalasticlala

1. Date and Time

2. Project Spartan (New Default Browser) though IE is still available.

3. Settings Panel

4. You can now download and use maps offline

1. Connection Panel

2. The all new notification panel

3. Search results

These Snapshots are taken from the latest Windows Insider Preview Build 10170, which is much more fluid and faster compared to previous builds

NB: This is not the Final Build, so there might be some slight changes come July 29.

1. Windows 10 lock screen - only difference btw this and Win8.1 is that the battery and network icon are now moved to the right

2. Start Menu - Yaay! Nothing sweeter than having the start Menu back.

3. The new battery Panel.

4. The new volume panel.

softysparky:

Wow! Actually good old days when we had men with good morals, I prefer visiting them at home. No money will be wasted and it helps me know exactly the kind of person I am dealing with.

So when are you visiting?

Andy04:
plz what is/are the implication(s)?

That means no more updates.

fruitygarage:
LOL what is this? OP is too late.

PS: What build of insider program are you running? is it smooth? I'm running 10074 and it's very laggy

That is Windows 8.1, Build 9600...

Win 95 good
Win 98 great

Win vista...epic fail
Win 7....Second best
Win 8....epic fail
Win 10...
Install win 7 twice u get win 14

I agree with you that the Win 7 is just great. Tho I use 8.1, I still prefer Win 7

Teedeechian:
re u on window 8 or 7

Windows 8.1

Andy04:
Absolutely correct!. windows XP remains d best so far...I wish it's still in place.

It's still widely used, only that support for XP has been discontinued. SP3 is the last for XP

millionaireman:
say that again, tell it to the birds of the air.

I see no birds

Hope you know some people don't know what it looks like and will be glad to know

anigold:
who is after microsoft... Lol
am still using windows 7 and they are about releasing windows 10

Windows 8 is not as widely accepted as Windows 7 (It is actually not as good as Windows 7), hence, the need to quickly release another version
