please i need your candid advice please lead a Brother to a right path.

I found out that am lost, and am Weak spiritually .

I don't read my bible i find it so boring, even flipping throw the pages of the bible is something i hate doing.

I can't remember when last i step my foot in church, maybe 4years ago.

I hardly pray, even when am about to sleep, or wake up i find it so irritating in fact when the family is up to prayer the don't bother to call me, because the the know i won't come.

Okay , this morning i heard my parent and siblings singing song , the were about to pray, i force myself to attend the morning prayer, when i got there, my mum and dad were happy, even without being told, i saw it in their face. my dad asked me to lead the family in short prayer. I was shocked that i couldn't pray , i was stammering when praying, i didn't know the exactly words to use. This really touch me, i really want to change , i love God, i believe in His existence. please i will appreciate every piece of advice thanks.

Are there any extraordinary things happening to the rest of the family more than myself? If there isn't anything spectacular happening to them, why then do you consider joining them and then getting bored over time again? Well... IT'S A CHOICE. Nature allows philosophy, then science comes next.
It happened to Israel, those days when they have critical arguments: the Pharisees, saducees, Essenes, Atheists and the New age religion of those days aka Christianity.
Those arguments allow for critical use of the brains. And in the process of critical brain usage, there occurs individual bangs in the brains. Impossibilities get lifted and then the individuals can do anything deemed impossible earlier.

Anyone who thinks along the line of making weapons will start receiving ideas to do so. Whoever thinks along the line of making religion would find it very possible. Medical thoughts would materialise and become real. Everything becomes possible after philosophy.

Israel experienced it earlier, in the days of Talmud, Torah and co, but Egypt experienced it even earlier. Greek experienced it too as well as Romans: socrates, Plato and Aristotle; Americans have gone past that time as well as China/Japan(reminds me of Confucious and co.). Now we see what they are achieving technologically.

Now it is happening to Nigerians. We now challenge the gods and ridicule them freely unlike 30 years before. We use our brains better than in the days of our grandparents. We challenge everything before settling to believe something. We don't take sh.its and threats from Mr yahweh and ogagun allah anymore. We dump them in the waste bin where they belong and our brains get rewarded with glints of intelligence. We touch the anointed as we want, to correct them of their uncountable errors. We make every mountain appear little. We display a higher intelligence than all gods of religion combined. We release ourselves from the colonization of the minds and many of us end up worshipping no god anymore, doing more good to humanity and the environment and then using our brains.

Now the good news is that after such occurrences, we can now start real science here and it would definitely work. We can make discoveries here too. All we need to do is pick a line of interest and work towards it. Keep looking at one aspect of nature and you will discover something in the end.

I commend the efforts of both theists, atheists, agnostics, gnostic, deist, unbelievers(myself inclusive), believers (sheep and goats) and the free thinkers. Let's keep making NL RELIGIOUS SECTION SWEET. Let it not also end here on NL. Let's take it to the outside world. Let's challenge those who disturbs our peace in the commercial buses, those who makes noise with their speakers facing our Windows, etc. But let's not do it violently.
Challenging faiths is not bad if such faith is practised against our own conveniences. Fighting physically and violently is what is not good.

It has also been brought to my notice that some people get depressed because they dropped their former belief. I have many on my mail now sharing how they are being depressed for knowing that what they believed on was not true. I told them that it is not compulsory to believe in anything. I implore them to follow science which is known rather than religion which people have to believe in.

The problem you have is that you aren't conscious of the fact that majority of people in the world right now are Christians, therefore you'll have higher percentages of so-called research sites favouring Christianity and telling apologetic lies to keep you sheep being sheepish. He Found A Big Cat In His Room At Midnight. Is It A Spiritual Attack?

I’ve been having rough nights for some days now because I keep the windows to my room shut, which makes me sleep under intense heat. I keep the windows shut because of a strong fowl smell, like a dead animal, that I’m trying to prevent from getting into my room. I’ve tried searching the whole compound to see if I will find the carcass of a dead rat but to no avail. So I decided to traced the smell which led me to the fence close to my window. That was how I discovered that something had died inside the brick holes of the fence. I couldn’t check to see what it is cos the closer I got, the stronger and unbearable the smell became.

Last Saturday, while we were holding community meeting on solving PHCN issues, I met Emeka (not real name) who lives 2 blocks away from mine. During our discussion on how heat makes it difficult sleeping at night due to lack of power supply, he narrated a terrible ordeal he had few days back. He said he was sleeping inside his room but was getting disturbed by a screeching sound, like something was scratching against wood. He passed it off as a rat trying to bore a hole in his door, cos every time he hits his leg on the bed, the sound stops.

By midnight, he got up to go ease himself. He picked up hIs rechargeable lamp, put it on and the next thing he saw frightened him almost to death. Lo and behold, there was a very big cat by the door with its eyes shining back at him. His head became swollen and out of shock he stumbled backwards. He managed to pick his construction boot and threw it hard on the cat. The next thing was a loud cry from the cat which dashed towards his face to fight. He said it was difficult for him cos the lamp had dropped and pointed towards the door, while he was in the dark part struggling with the creature. He had to quickly dash towards the door which was now free for him to open cos the cat was no more there but battling with him. He ran out of the room, to the living room and out of the house to wake up his neighbor. After narrating his ordeal, his neighbor allowed him to sleep in his house.

When it was morning, he called 2 guys to help him search his house to see if the cat was still there. The cat was no more there cos he left his doors open while he was dashing out. Surprisingly, there was no crack that would have made the cat to gain access into house. This made him scared the more. So, while I’m thinking maybe the construction boot he slammed on the cat must have injured it to death and is probably the cause of the offensive odour in my backyard, he is scared that it was a spiritual attack. Now, he’s avoiding the room.
