Call a good dog a bad name so that you can hang it.
The politicians and government officials who pillage the nation's treasury are not to blame at all.
It is the average Nigerian who has to generate his own light and water and move on bad roads while he is at the mercy if ransome demanding kidnappers, body part collecting ritiualists , vicious killer herdsmen and trigger happy policemen that is at fault.
Mikel99: Trust me , I have a good skin. I bath everyday and the skin care i use is Nivea. If you want to see for yourself, you can check my profile. In fact, girls prefer to talk to dirty looking people than to talk to me. Somebody said maybe I frown that's why. No, I don't. I am a type of guy that keeps a cool or smily face everyday.
You just dey hype yourself unnecessarily.
From your picture, you need to iron your clothes as they are crumpled.
Also your shirt is faded. I'll never be caught wearing faded clothes. Na social taboo.
The way your sleeves are rolled up gives the impression that you are not organized.
I can also see at least six "larger than life" pimples on your face and jaw.
Even for a guy, your display picture is a turn off for me.
You have plenty of work to do on your appearance. The first impression it portrays gives you a very low rating and I can understand why the girls are frowning at you.
You don't have to buy expensive clothes but learn masculine colours and how to combine them.
iLoveYouToo: Although I’ve seen guys that can go hours without cuming, I think It’s foolish for a man to argue stamina with a woman. The weakest woman will outlast the weakest man and vise versa
I totally agree. One you begin to make real money sef, how long you last will not be your priority.
In fact your concern will be that the girl has the skills to please you and make you feel good.
I once raided once by Police while on May way from work in late in the evening. I saw their bus parked at the bus stop and saw about five of them .
If it was in the past when i was an undergradute or in high school, past, l would have just detoured and found another route.
However because I was a banking staff and had my identification on me, I proceeded and reasoned that even if they stopped me, I would just present my ID card and I would be allowed to proceed.
Na that ID card gan gan wan destroy my life that day. I watched mouth open as the Police man told me that I had better settle them or else they would frame me that I was the inside bank staff providing information to armed robbers that were robbing banks.
My blood froze as I realized the gravity of what the man said.
Ultimately, I was allowed to go home that night as I combined calm words with app action.
DeLaRue: Of everything I have read about this man's issue, I still have not seen any tangible offence he committed.
Unless any of the participants in the sexual activities are under the US age of consent, or they were forced, manipulated, or deceived into participating, it is difficult to see why 2 or more adults consenting freely to engage in sexual activities in private should be a problem.
Not that I am particularly interested in this or any other American palaver (we have too many of our own problems in this country), however, I will maintain a slight interest in seeing what evidence the prosecution finally presents.
Na money wahala. They need to discredit him in order not to pay him a certain amount he is due.
Na powerful people dey fight am. No be sey him too na good person . So I no care really.
AntiZikist: That's how they were genociding the people of the SS whom they dragged into their Biafra in the name of liberating them from hausa fulani.
If they can kill their own in the name of fighting liberation from Nigeria what do you think they did to SS people dragged into their Biafra.
It's interesting. I try to be really open minded about tribes and races but the little experience I have had with them in the last ten years has been an eye opener.
We have this football club, where we vote for a manager and also a coach who runthe team for two years. When one of them is the manager or coach of the club, they support him. If another tribe become the manager, they become less active and some totally inactive.
It's been disheartening to see and I think after this year I will just let the club disintegrate. The mob mentality is bad.
All the current top Ipob leaders have been picked like Ugu
Nkonso died for nothing. He must be regretting in hell by now
That is good news.
I don't understand how you can claim to be fighting for justice by killing your own kindred and sabotaging your own economy...meanwhile those you claim.to be fighting against, you can't walk up to them and face them.
vikgreen01: Thank you so much for this. I hope I could get a solution in repairing the meter. Applying for a new meter is not visible for me at the moment.
The correct word and spelling is " feasible ". Or you could use another word called " viable "
amazingspiderma: Indications that trouble might be lurking in the corner for Obasa started to manifest when some of the leaders of the Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC), met with President Bola Tinubu in December last year and upbraided the speaker for alleged insubordination to the authorities in the state.
What is GAC?
Unconstitutional bodies exercising rights over constitutional bodies.
Met with the President, not even the sitting Governor.
Na the seniors for their imule be that. Na. From that setting dem dey fix themselves for political office.
So that one supersede . Na dem dey give you power na dem dey collect am.
Konquest: Professor Wande Abimbola (who was the two-term Vice Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife) is also an internationally respected Ifa Priest (or Babalawo). If he said all that in the interview which I haven't heard yet, then this is credible enough for the new King (Abimbola Owoade) to take charge.
It's really unkind that court cases get to determine who becomes the Oba among the ruling houses in some Yoruba kingdoms. The ratification of the kingmakers after Ifa divination must be standard procedure and not otherwise.
Focusmind: I so much love this. If you are still in corporate Nigeria, please listen to this "law of power" that has been expounded by fuckjones. I keyed into this particular "law of power", "never outshine your master", early in my career and I wasn't disappointed with the outcome. I am no more in a paid employment. But if you are in a paid employment or under the tutelage of a politician, a "money-miss-road" millionaire or a money bag, please follow this principle
I can't live like that. That is why I don't engage in politics. It is is sickening to see in operation.
7lives: Yoruba just dodge a bullet, the man could probably be the reincarnation of Alafin Aole. Back to finish what he started, Alafin Aole was like this before he became an Alafin and Oyo paid dearly for it. Oyomesi were aware of this man's character yet want to enthrone him, so that history can repeat itself, greedy lots. God bless governor Makinde for saving us from another impending catastrophy.
According to an interview of Prof Wande Abimbola the kingmakers had been compromised with bribes. Their Head gave the other four a tiny fraction of the hefty bribes he was given to share with them. This cheating made two of them backout and renege on their support and alert the governor.
The governor now implored Prof Wande to consult the Ifa oracle on their behalf as per original ancient tradition and this Prince was chosen. The governor ratified his selection and promptly gave him the staff of office.
Zico5: Seyi Makinde is truly a bad leader. The guy appears as if he is a man of integrity but he is just opposite of that. If truly he picked the wrong man not endorsed by Oyomesi then he has ruined himself cos history will never forget him and what he stood for.
That other man is a very wrong choice. A man that can scam someone of 64 million and refuse to refund and even threaten the person with death and only start repaying when a petition was written against him to the IGP deserves to lose any claim to the throne.
kingthreat: Someday you will be a parent and you will change this your view. I have seen children from disciplined homes become cultists and drug addicts. I have seen children from very poor untrained backgrounds become responsible in the society. Yes training a child right is important. But just pray for the right children.
I guess you think i am a teenager wey you dey advise. I learn from experience of people before me and I read and learn wide and sieve.
A friend who has 4 sons abd a daughter told me the best time to instill discipline in your kids is before they are five. When you correct them then you explain why to them and pet them afterwards.
Let them know early and clearly who is in charge and then it becomes easier to instruct them as they go older as those lines have been clearly drawn in their hearts.
More importantly don't be an absent father. Be there to catch bad behaviour early and correct and replace with better behaviors. You will travel in peace when they grow older.
My nest is full and so far my approach is working. I let them play , I let them jump, i let them be themselves and scatter the house as children but they already know what is acceptable and not acceptable.
My kids dey win most well behaved kids for school...because I am there to adjust their behaviour.
