Awesomefred32: accidental discharge Ke? I witnessed it the task force wanted to shoot the man and he dulged it and the bullet hit the police woman.. So sad.......according the the police woman sister she said that her sister never wanted to go out that yesterday that she was complaining or been tired but death kept calling..she also said her sister(policewoman) left home around 3pm and this happened around 5pm.. Nigerians have a phrase for this ~ some call it body talk, you will just not feel like going anywhere and or to a particular place that day and will not be able to explain it. |

The government official is not being truthful, in this corona period, most of the medical experts practice in the teaching hospital and lecture in the university.
Scenario A For instance Professor A is paid an Honorarium by LUTH where he does research and practices he drops his BVN there
Scenario B Professor A is also a lecturer in UNILAG where he lectures and does research in the college of medicine and you have with held his salary for months and is now asking for BVN.
Let us assume he now gives his BVN to the VC of UNILAG, how will the government reconcile this scenario?
That is just a tip of the ice berg that ASUU is fighting against. |

Some prepaid customers have done bypass, some weeks ago PHED staff on routine check caught somebody in the area who had not recharged his prepaid meter for more than a year. The accused could not say anything meaningful to defend the revelation and if you check well he goes to church on Sunday. |

Sirnioking: The cult issues is not as common as you think my guy!!! Out of 23 local Government Areas! Only Emohua, Gokana and Khana are experiencing a lesser extent of the unfortunate security concerns!!! The fact that some small businesses struggle to survive was not due to the disturbance of bad boys or so!! Naturally you pay tax to the LGAs and State Government revenue collectors! that's just the truth my brother!! Willbrose was purchased and paralysed by Ibori!!! I come from this State, I do a lot of travelling as well! I've gone to Lagos to buy cars 5times I never bastardized their efforts even though I know what I saw!!! Since the police are unstable the government have engaged the OSPAC to assist! After this corona I wish we could visit ourselves to understand some of these things!!! Let's promote our States but not to the detriment of others!! I love Nigeria (Southern Nigeria). Thanks as I hope you change your views on our beloved State!!! Please add Ahoada East and West, Ikwerre, Etche (it's like an abandoned evil forest with so much potential), Andoni, the list can go on and on. |

As a Port Harcourt resident, reports like this make me sad. The government needs to look into the issue of security, a lot of this criminal activity is due to absence of government in those areas. The soot in Rivers State is also a bye product of the criminality that exists in many areas. Some times the criminality becomes so organized that one begins to wonder. There are many lovely Port Harcourt residents and indeed there are fun places with beautiful weather and nature wonders but more needs to be done with regards to organized crime and cultism. |

Izigha: Channel should not cause unnecessary public panic. the $11 a barrel price is for US west Texas Intermediate. Nigeria oil is the world bench mark called Brent Crude is trading at $26 now. It very worrying even at $26, Nigeria is in for a long and ugly ride used to think like this then BOOM it hit me, if there is no demand for a product then the price whether it be $0 or $1000 would be meaningless, the only thing saving Nigeria may be demand for oil in Nigeria and very few other countries probably in Africa and Asia. |
