Politics › Re: President Goodluck Jonathan Is Doing What On CNN? by otokx(m): 10:42pm On Jun 30, 2014
Orikinla: The copywriter of the CNN public relations advert promoting President Gloodluck Jonathan must be re-tarded, because President Goodluck Jonathan has nothing in common with the names he dropped from Martin Luther King, Jr. to Nelson Mandela.
If the great Madiba Nelson Mandela could see his name dropped in comparing President Jonathan to him, he would not be pleased.
The best time to rate a politician is after he has left office to see if his projects are still standing or have been completed. That advert is nauseating and an insult of epic proportions.

In a few houra doctors all over Nigeria will be on strike and its not the first or second or third time in this administration. They will soon say APC has bribed them to go on strike. There is still no electricity in UNIPORT and ALUU.

iamdsam: Unpaid match bonus by our corrupt NFF caused us this match. Put yourself in their shoes. Imagine you work for someone and he doesn't pay you for all your efforts you put. Would you still put in your best? Keshi is the best coach to coach the Nigerian team. No other coach would succeed. Corruption has crippled all sectors of this country including sports.
They were paid upfront by GEJ so what are you talking?

Cheny: Many nigerians on this forum happen to be kids. The kinds of comments and analysis displayed whenever things dont go their way is baffling.Must players/coaches be unnecessarily blamed whenever we lose a game.Even when we blame, must we insult the players? The players gave a good fight and the game could have gone either way. Most comments here are crude, insultive and shameful.
The game could not have gone either way, it was a no contest and the worst in the round of 16 so far.

Moses that cleared a goal bound shot that had beaten Enyeama.

dabossman: Don't mind those blaming Yobo. his performance in this tournament since we lost Oboabona impressed me greatly. The ball deflected of him, but yes, Osaze caused the needless corner kick from a ball that was going out for a throw-in.
In the first goal, Yobo was ball watching instead of marking Pogba. Where was Yobo when Moses cleared that goal bound shot from Benzema off the line? We should learn to stop deceiving ourselves as a people.

Acidosis: lol see intimidation. Heaven knows I will never had sacrificed my ego for hospital jobs if I had studied Pharmacy, lol (I dislike hospitals anyway). I would rather open a mega pharmacy store, get loan for a pharmaceutical firm, or settle with academics, research or NAFDAC.

I pity JOHESU

A non academic staff cannot be a Vice Chancellor, there are senior staffs who have PhD, even some lab technologists but they cannot by possession of PhD be Vice Chancellor.

People should learn to accept and enjoy the roles they either have chosen or they find themselves.

Meanwhile, the bolded is a du. mb reasoning smiley The post of a Vice Chancellor is opened for experienced Profs (Appointment in some cases) even if you studied Fine & Applied Arts, your discipline is irrelevant.

Chidonc: wetin doctors dey feel like self abi na dem alone dey incharge of health sector, no probs, if dem come, we pharmacist, biochemist, labscientist, nurses and d rest go take our own strike leave make we c weda doctors go fit do awa wrk
The best you dudes can do is to lock up the labs and the stores because you know that doctors can do the labs and also the stores. The doctors on the other hand have encouraged their patients to resist being discharged by you dudes so that you can "treat" them but we all know you dudes will take the lazy way out which is to discharge them and say doctors are on strike. In effect collecting money as salary for doing nothing.

Consultant drivers, consultant cleaners, in fact consultant patients. As the Man is head in his house so is the Doctor head in the medical profession. If you they do not like it they can go and buy JAMB form and read medicine. No matter how successful a woman she cannot be head in her home.
