Jombojombo:If this is all you can come up with, then I'm sorry for you. I don't just know what's wrong with some of you. You sleep here in the politics section and you don't even understand the basics of politics. And what if you don't need a Lagos-Calabar rail, must you support the removal of the project from the budget just because you hate Buhari? Have you calculated the cost of cutting the budget for some on going projects or you're just too blind? Try and be reasonable next time or better still, refrain from commenting. |

philipobiz:Porting allows you to be on another network and still retain your number. Visit any network provider's office you wish to port to and you're there. |
I just ported back to MTN for network reasons. I now have an MTN account manager and I don't have to go through all the stress to get things done. If you port twice in a year, you might get an account manager too. ![]() |
Whose interest is NUPENG representing? |
illmatic101:...and that you're expecting, you'll get in ten folds, in the name of whichever God you pray to. As for me and well meaning Nigerians, we have chosen the path of peace and prosperity. |
sunnyb0b0:Who else is suffering from BH menace? Most of us are just showing human feelings and concerns, because human lives are involved. |
oloriooko:No one is trading any blame. It's called setting the record straight before the younger ones start believing that the bolded part of your post started after Buhari was sworn in. PDP complaints about inability of APC/Buhari to fix a dilapidated Nigeria they handed-over to them within 6 months is nothing but malicious. Like I said, Buhari is on course and distractions from supporters of status quo will not be tolerated. This is not about blind support, it's about being real. You don't expect the Naira not to be in trouble when our only viable means of foreign exchange is in short demand. Oil was in steady demand and sold at above $100/barrel for a greater part of Jonathan's tenure. Where are the savings that's is supposed to cushion the effects of what you're complaining of? Remind me of Ngozi's oil price benchmark for this year and the actual price today? Even in the face of all this, the APC is proposing a huge budget for next year-with a reasonable percentage meant for capital expenditure- but you want Nigerians to crucify APC for failing to revive the age-long dead refineries and stabilize the Naira in 6 months. Funny it's same people complaining about the killings by boko haram insurgents now, who sees the detention of potential terrorists and those who spent the monies meant to buy arms to fight the insurgents for private purposes (while we lost thousands of innocent lives and properties worth hundreds of millions) as unlawful. You have to make up your mind. The achievements of this government in the next 4 years won't let PDP present a presidential candidate in 2019. |
oloriooko:As if things were any better in PDP's era than now. What exactly are the things that got worse under APC, I want to know? I never liked GEJ, but I only gave up on him in 2013. I voted for Buhari, but I'm not expecting all the problems we've been facing for decades, up till May this year to just go away. I take decisions and solve problems...you can not fix what you destroy within 30 secs, in less than 10 minutes. That is, if it won't take you years to fix. I wonder why it's those who do not want a change in the first place, that are so in hurry to enjoy it. Buhari is building a new Nigeria on a strong and completely new foundation. He's still on the path. Patience for a moment, comfort for ten years. Anyone who's too impatient and only interested in a quick fix and PDP legacy of stomach infrastructure should leave this country for us. |
ceecee0703:Witness number 1 |
Elevating Faleke and finding a Deputy for him is the right thing to do. Replacing Audu with his son in a democracy is unacceptable. This is a test of APC/Buhari's integrity and their success or otherwise will determine how I view them going forward. |
Any attempt to demonize and blackmail this government with the aim of distracting it from achieving its goals will not work. Nothing has really changed, but for the corrupt who are now crying, because it's no more business as usual. |
Xfemt:You alleged, it's up to you to prove or remain forever silent. |
Xfemt:Show us the one with B3 in Igbo and I'll post Buhari's result here for you to see. Failure to do that, na thunder go fire your flat head |
Yorubas are known for colonizing people culturally. If you want to know why, just ask yourself why our culture is still enduring in diaspora till this moment, despite not being the only set of Africans taken into slavery. If for hundreds of years, you can still see the "Yorubanness" of our people taken into slavery outside the shore of Africa, I wonder why some parents born on the home soil wouldn't want their children to understand this sweet tongue. The ability to read, write and understand Yoruba is part of the basic needs of your children. |
donTbone:And some idiiots liked and shared this rubbish? Nigeria is finished! |
I don't think those in INEC think otherwise. If they do, then they have no business being in INEC |
I'm expecting a different result. Afterall, Wada himself didn't think he can win this election. |
EternalTruths:Tell me how he would have achieved that and I'll tell you how he wouldn't have lived to see the next day. If we're still standing here after 1993 annullment, I wonder why you think a Jonathan- who is always drunk- would do shiit. I wonder how the refusal of Jona to concede defeat and the rants of a deranged Orubebe would've hurt a fly. You do not think our patriotic Armed Forces would carry out the orders of a drunken man, do you? Yeye dey smell! |
Xfemt:The burden of prove is on you! May amadioha strike you dead if you don't post Buhari's SSCE result that shows he got B3 in Ibo. Olori buruku! |
vexing:Only Jonathan and his goons would have ended up six feet below, if he hadn't conceeded defeat. If nobody became a refugee in 1993, what makes you think a common thief from a minority Ijaw clan can make Nigeria burn, hmmm? I wished he had any rubbish, so we could find an excuse to smoke his as§. |
...coming from a worthless man. My children will not hear anything good about Jonathan and PDP...except if taught the names of our past Leaders in School and I don't see how that would different a Jonathan from Abacha and the evil genius, IBB. I'll do that and Jonathan is not getting a good mark from me |
Xfemt:I definitely do not know the result you're talking about because, the one I've do not have Ibo on it. This is why I've been telling you to go to court with the copy of Buhari's result you have with you instead of crying online. Go to court with it and sue him and let's see who will pay damages at the end. |
Nice write-up. It's either Dino, Fayose and other minions are ignorant or just being mischievous. Now they ended up exposing themselves as some of the most useless idiots to ever graced the corridor of power in NIGERIA |
Why some people defend criminals is beyond me. Any means to to get justice for those who lost their lives, livelihood, homes, and happiness to insurgency and insecurity, should be employed. Dasuki must face justice- him and partners in crime. Criminals like this should not be given the privilege to exploit the weakness of democracy to evade justice. |
Xfemt:You're the silly one here. How did you authenticate the certificate to conclude that it's fake hmmmm? Can you defend that in court if Buhari decides to sue you for this accusation? |
Xfemt:You're not in the position to say if it's fake or authentic. |
No, 40% of next year budget should go to capital expenditure....then it should increase to nothing less than 60% before 2019. That's the change we expect and I'm certain, with what I've seen so far, that's what we'll get. |
Xfemt:No he won't. He doesn't have to do that again since you agreed you've seen one already. |
The government needs to look into the agreement with these DisCo. We can not continue with PDP arrangement, as it's bound to be fraudulent. As a starter, the FG should revoke the licence of IBEDC and AEDC with immediate effect. The unwarranted hiking of tariff should be curbed and fixed charge stopped at once. Make the provision of prepaid meter mandatory. Otherwise, no one should pay beyond N750 on direct connection. The number of houses on each Transformer should not exceed the maximum of 150. Any neighborhood that purchase their own Transformers should be refunded within a month or no payment for 6 months. ![]() |
Xfemt:Nobody is a saint and I don't think Buhari ever claimed to be. One thing about him is that, he has an acceptable level of sincerity in him and that's ok by me....and yes, he has SSCE certificate. |
Xfemt:Only hopeless people like you would wish a government fails. If truly you have a booming business, you won't be here mentioning Nigeria and recession in the same sentence. Don't tell me people that matters in this country have your kind of mentality |
