CelebritiesRe: Linda Ikeji Reveals The Secret Of Her Success (PRAYER & PRAISES) by ovanny15(f): 7:11pm On Aug 27, 2018
Amagite3:
Millionaire blogger, Linda Ikeji who is in American to welcome her baby boy, has finally revealed the secret of her success.

According to her, she is not a church goer, but hardwork and a lot of prayer and praises are her secrets.

The soon-to-be-mum wrote on Instagram;

"Every other minute, someone somewhere, in Nigeria, in the world, is subscribing to lindaikeji.tv. Everytime I get an alert of a payment, I mouth 'Thank You God'. This is a venture many had doubts would work, but God has a way of proving people wrong.
.
Now, I'll like to share with you guys the secret of my success; Hardwork and a lot of PRAYER & PRAISES. Listen, I'm not a church goer; if I told you how many times I've been to church in the last 5 years, you would call me a sinner. But here's what I do every day I wake up; I pray to God and then I praise Him. I never fail. Even if it's just for a minute, I praise Him. You know what I've learnt by constantly praising God? I learnt that the more I praise Him, the more He steps into my matter; the more I praise Him, the more He Gives me reasons & testimonies to praise Him.

I didn't come from riches; I've seen the kind of poverty I hope many of you never see; there were days that I didn't have food to eat; days I would walk for miles because I didn't have transport fare; days I couldn't sleep from so much sadness & worry, so much pain and despair; days that I would worry about how I would return the N5k I borrowed from my mum's meager teacher's salary; days I wondered how to go on; when my life would turn around. I turned 30 and I was still struggling. But you see, in all of this, there was one thing I never failed to do, work hard & then PRAISE Him. And for that, God faced me one day and has since never departed from me.

Now listen to me pls. When you want to give up, when it looks like the world has turned it's back on you, in the midst of pain & sorrow, please never ever fail to praise God. The praises and prayers that come out of your mouth will cause God to step in; to fight on your behalf. Tell Him constantly, please don't pass me by, don't turn your eyes against me and then lift your hands and start to praise Him. He's the only one who can show His power through your storm. The only one greater than any calamity. So keep praising Him. And keep working hard.

My prayer for you today is; may the praises of God never depart from your mouth and may He bless the works of your hands. Have an amazing week ahead.

correctbae:
It is another birthday celebration for triplets boys, it is really a joyous celebration as they mark their day today. One of the triplets @jamietriplets, took to his instagram page to share pictures and recounts the journey so far.

He wrote:
A couple of years ago we were born.
MY STORY:
My parents already had 6kids, but then my immediate elder sister wanted a baby boy (she already was cool. So then, she disturbed both mumsy and pupsy, and they both disturbed each other at night . After we were born, we brought a lot of blessings to my dad and family.
First I wanna say thank you to my late parents (especially my mum), her death wasn't natural . Secondly, my other siblings, they've been there for us through it all, made us not miss my mum too much.
Then of course to the love of my life (Peter and John), my lookalikes, my best friends, my gist partners, business partners, I love you two more than life itself.
I have more stories to share but I would stop here for now.
I just want to say Happy birthday to me and my brothers.
Wish us well, sow a seed if you want triplets , but do it with faith.
May God continue to bless us, keep us and everybody around us. May he use us to bless our family and friends everybody I know. AMENNNNN
happy birthday 3pooh!!!!

HealthRe: HELP! Bad Breath Is Ruining My Social Life! by ovanny15(f): 7:37am On Jul 02, 2018
Freshbreathneed:
Hello Nairalanders.

I am a bit of a regular here... but had to create an alt account for anonymity sake.

Like the title of my thread says, i've been suffering from this situation for years now and it's totally reducing my social life to shambles. ANd you may want to ask what I have done about this. I have done alot. I have been to quite a number of dentists. Some say it's a case of scaling and polishing, a procedure I allow them to carry on with, to no avail.

I have tried various mouth washes, various mixtures, various gums and I am getting fed up. I am having difficulties relating well with people outside because I want to always close my mouth. People are beginning to tag me a snub and proud person.

Please, that's why I have turned to you my e-pals. Do you know any powerful solution that has worked for someone you knew with chronic bad breath before? Are you a dentist on this forum and have an idea of how I can get rid of this social killer for good? Please your contributions will be very much appreciated.
Google it like: home remedies to stop bad breath.
Or you go straight and be taking more of cucumbers and be washing your mouth with baking soda.
And also be taking more water. Early morning water before eating will help you more
HealthRe: Help! Dark Layers/spots On My Skin. What's The Cause / Cure ? by ovanny15(f): 9:12pm On Jun 20, 2018
Mychive:
For months now, I have been having these dark coloured stuffs/layers on my skin of which I had to consult a medical doctor who in turn told me it's an "Allergy" after explaining to him that these dark layers doesn't scratch, itch or pain me except for the blemish it's causing on my skin.
NOT SCRATCHING
NO PAIN
NO ITCHING
Just the colour blemish.

He gave me some drugs prescription which I used for three weeks but no improvement. I went back to complain to him and he directed me to some Gynaecologists in the state hospital.

The Gynaecologist I met in the first week wrote several tests which I should do for me after explaining everything to her which I proceeded to the Lab to do.
Microfilaria test, Stool, Urine and see kinds of blood tests were carried out of which all tested NEGATIVE to whatever they have tested each specimen / sample for.

Took the results to the state hospital weeks after but I met another Gynaecologist (Rotation) who later asked me to go for HIV test after showing her all the results and this blemish on my skin.

She told me the drugs and cream I used for the treatment in the first place won't work, but she reaffirmed that it's AN ALLERGY like the Medical Doctor told me in the first place.
She prescribed another cream of which I have used for weeks, yet, no changes!

Doctors, Gynaecologists in the house, please your help is needed.
Use original coconut oil.
If possible prepare it yourself to be sure of it.
RomanceRe: Is It Safe To Marry A Lady I Slept With On The First Date? I’m Confused by ovanny15(f): 9:36am On Jun 20, 2018
dammy13:
I met a young lady on Twitter about seven months ago. An issue was trending on twitter back then and we had opposing opinions, we kept attacking each other to the point that she insulted me and called me a novice.

I finally entered her DM with the aim of advising her…but she was waiting with an apology which I accepted and we became pals.

After thirty days of chatting non stop we decided to meet! She lives in Port Harcourt while I’m based in Lagos, she arranged my flight, booked my hotel, without asking for money. She told me to give her when we see. I was touched.

So I met Dara, 29, she is not drop dead gorgeous, not beautiful by the standard of many but the most unusually beautiful girl I have seen. Chatty, funny and charming.

She took me to the hotel and long story short, we had sex. She didn’t spend the night with me but returned the next day to see me.

I returned to Lagos with nothing in my heart but the accomplishment of ‘catching’ another girl. I told my friends everything about her, and they laughed at how easily I laid her.

I stopped chatting with her, avoided her calls for two weeks until I realized I was hooked, not infatuation, not the sex, I was in love. I talked to my friends and they thought I was a fool. They called her ‘cheap’ ‘slut’ and all that, they said she’d sleep with everyone like that.

The thing is I don’t think Dara is like that, I think I seduced her and gave her no room to really resist. I called her and apologized for being MIA. We’ve been good since then, but my greatest regret is talking to my friends about her.

They don’t treat her well, they are convinced she is bad. “No one marries the girl they slept with on the first date” they keep telling me.

I love her, I want to marry her, she has given me no cause to worry… I want to believe my friends are wrong on this! Is there a guy here who married a lady he slept with on the first date? Am I safe? I haven’t proposed but I know I want to marry her…
