We need more people like this writer to wake the Yorubas up. We have been sleeping for too long now. Out of 5 Eastern states, 2 are among Nigeria 5 least porest States. Yet some people believe they are doing the East a favour because the Igbos come to Lagos for business.

What this report is saying is that Abia, Edo and Anambra are as comfortable as Lagos in term of standard of living.

During the last governorship debate, that was when the people finally saw a sound minded leader but alas it was already late because the people have been confused that Soludo was the brightest mind amongst the contestants.

I told my friend from Anambra state that they will get tire of Soludo, when eventually become governor of the state, he was arguing with me, it has started happening and very soon he will see the other side of him.

I went out sometimes last week to buy fuel for my generator and discovered that some filling stations were already closing the stations without selling. I knew it was because of the muted removal of subsidy when Tinubu takes office, and I quickly arranged for 50 litres.

I’m hoping to manage that until there’s a little bit of sense of direction about the whole subsidy stuff.

I don’t blame Tinubu for removing subsidy. Subsidy should have been gone since 2012. He just needs to provide a sense of direction right now as against everyone doing what they like which is what is happening now.

But same Tinubu kicked against it removal in 2012, during president jonathan's administration.
