Firstly, the number of southerners in the army is very small relative to the number of northerners so it's impossible for Ihejiirka to deploy only southern soldiers to Borno.

As for southerners celebrating,I don't think so.what southerners are saying is that they can not be crying more than the bereaved.you can't be supporting terrorists because they are of the same faith and religion with you and expect southerners to be mourning with you when disaster strikes.
