Did PDP conduct primaries for Saraki,Kwankwanso and david mark? How come the PDP submitted these name without conducting primaries.?

there is a provision for substitution of names after the primaries have been conducted.in the cases you mentioned,all PDP need to do is substitute the names of those who stood for the primaries(based on agreements)but in the case of Zamfara,APC did not conduct primaries before the deadline and that is the difference.

In 2015,a lot of SE didn't come out to vote compared to 2011.
