Why should they cry sir? Niggas lost means of livelihood men, fear & uncertainties.
Mr. Rabbi, have you been able to pull this off personally? Among the factors that you need to pull this off is time & stable income source. You need time to build other stable sources of income that will sufficiently meet your needs . Add being a family man to the equation, the financials go up. You need money & time to build a sustainable, profitable business. If your business fails, you need funds from you salary to jump-start it again, & correct your mistakes. The returns on real estate versus what you invested is small. ''Save up, reduce expenses, invest wisely'', realistically it is difficult. Are your expenses the same when you were a bachelor versus being a new dad? Folks here are trying to invests wisely, yet some are losing good sums. You need a good source of income, to enable build up other sources over time. Did Pa Emma, or Oga Wanaj0 build-up their net-worth in a short while? I believe to do it legitimately, it must be done over time, with a good income flow.
RabbiDoracle:
Why should they cry sir?

Before you joined the company, you lived. Now that they have been laid off, they will still live.

I always advise people never to rely on the firm they work for. Save up, reduce expenses, invest wisely because a day will come when they will tell you to go.

Those who got pay off and also have their own houses, yet they feel the pinch shows that are not prepared.

From day 1, your target should not elude you. Save and spend less.

Guy, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I work @ a multi-national. Colleagues who are friends, were downsized. Folks BPs were at an all-time high. Niggas cried. Senior managers who handed out letters, also got letters. It was a blood-bath. ''Eni ori yo, o di 'le''.Sourcing for raw materials using expensive dollars was crazy, we couldn't manufacture, consumers can't afford the higher prices. Those who ask for war, or other evils, have never experienced one. Seeing friends suffer with their families was not nice. These are guys who got payoffs, & also own their own homes. Imagine those who don't even have those.Sometimes, when you are relatively well-paid for so long, you find it hard to survive after the job loss, even if you think you're well-prepared. Now, I don't ever pray for anyone to suffer a job loss, not even my enemy. I pray 9ja doesn't break-up, the economic implications on the average folks will be crazy.

Its like you are a saddist in real life or someone that derives joy from chaos and badluck situations.

I remember how you were shouting last year about grandpapa bear bear etc. You used all available data including biafra and Nigeria's break up to justify your views.

Unfortunately, the bull continued until people made hundreds of millions. Then you disappeared only to surface again.

You will be busy again shouting bear, dollar, etc. Bull will creep in, enrich people again and leave you behind again.

Please learn to be a positive person. Badluck has a way of following people who are always negative.

Gracias

I recommended this thread to 2 colleagues and my boss when they expressed interest in trading. I strongly dissuaded them from JIJO, which is what they were naturally & greedily interested in. I recommended ONLY 5 monikers on this thread as those who should be taken seriously. Convincing them not to buy into Japaul/Milost deal was a tough one. To convince my boss, I had to bring up charts of historical prices of 2 stocks, and compare them with the dates of Wanaj0's analysis, which he made in the past. He saw a correlation. Cause & effect. Also the fact that the Wanaj worked at PWC. Thanks to those who really know their onions on this thread. cool

Folks, please I need a tokunbo volkswagen transporter T4. It must be a 4-cylinder petrol engine with long frame. It must originally be a left-hand-drive (no conversions please). I don't need seats at the back, and would prefer that there are no rear side glasses.I've been very busy to go to Apapa for about a month now, and my friend who is hands-on cars and repair freak also has a busy schedule. Hopefully this thread will narrow down the options. Please state your price as well, and if it's got duty papers. My flexible budget is about 1 million naira.

Nepotism at it's peak.

So this guy was caught because he killed a relative to someone in power?

I am so disappointed at Barrister Okoi Obono-Obla. He is not fit to be a Special Adviser to the President.
As a lawyer he should know better than calling a suspect a murderer and terrorist. Only a court can pronounce such judgement on the accused.

Nonsense....he should tell us why his nephew joined a cult.
It's the streets man; no price, no pay.
When the story of his nephew's death broke, the special adviser (if I recall) wrote that his late nephew was invited for a family meeting where he was advised to renounce membership of the group. Moreover he couldn't have known why the guy wanted to ''belong.''
Police will only work when someone who is ''mouthed'' is involved. All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.''

Good evening to the house. I really appreciate this thread. Thanks to Stockbull, Bullbear, DeruggedProf, Ihedi, etc. You'll are doing a great work on NL. This thread is well coordinated by the frequent contributors, and it is arguably the best thread on NL. Peoples sorting out their ''beefs'' in a relatively matured manner, and the focus remains the same. Cool. wink
Bullbear, DeRuggedProf, etc, please I need your help on a question.
My question is simple, what is the source of the new money inflow(s) into the market?
Is it from the pension fund administrators, foreign investors, or any other? Kindly share a web link so one could read it up.
I ask humbly.
RomanceRe: Do Men Find Breast Sucking A Tax Or Burden? by owoblow77: 10:21am On Dec 23, 2016
The first question I wanted to ask was ''are you lactating?'', but I saw on your other thread that you became a mum recently. That been said, even for boobs lovers, lactation can sometimes be a turn off, except if you are into breast milk fetish. Let him suck your breast after breastfeeding the baby (less milk in there). Make him suck your boobs, with a peppermint sweet in his mouth, or you can pour a little yogurt or ice cream on your boobs at intervals, while he licks them. Tell him verbally (jokingly) that if he sucks your boobs well, you'll reward him (could be a Mouth Gig, a good meal, or a singlet). With time, he'll be doing your bidding willingly. Something we sometimes forget, is that great sex takes learning, researching, creativity and a lot of practice.
FamilyRe: My Guy Has Lost Interest In Sex Since Our Baby's Birth. What Should I Do? by owoblow77: 10:07am On Dec 23, 2016
@ airminem, you just had a baby, so don't try to lose any weight yet. i expect your boobs to be bigger from suckling the baby, so i advise you get bras that push up the big boobs aggressively (for now, don't take them off during sex). give him more blowjobs say like 4 times a day(in sexy attires or not), but always stop before he cums, and just walk away and go do other chores, this will start getting to him, and he'll start wanting to Bleep your brains out. Before giving him the Mouth Gig, buy him a relaxant he likes like beer or cigar, and suck him while he drinks or smokes, it'll boost his ego, and remind him of the great sex you've had together. He'll get desperate, and when he wants to Bleep, make him take you from behind while you're standing. Soon he'll be taking you from behind in the kitchen, bathroom, while you're dressing, etc (the behind position also prevents breast milk spraying on his body, if he doesn't like milk). Bottom line, he'll start to see you as a Hot, sexy mom. Also let him take you from behind in front of a mirror (trust me, you want that image etched in his brain). All in all, it takes two to tango, he should man up as well, sexual satisfaction to his wife is his job as well.
CrimeRe: Woman Killed By Her Steward At Her Lekki Home In Lagos. Photos by owoblow77: 9:28am On Dec 22, 2016
I tire o, see people forming ''civil'' and preaching non-violence, yet insulting others on this thread. How ironic. I thought the first step is being civil in language. You don't respond (talk or write) when you are angry, just let it go. Self-control can and should be learnt. What ''civil'' people on this thread should understand is that people come from different backgrounds. In Mushin for instance, weed smoking, stabbing someone, or beating-up another person (conflict-resolution) is seen as ''normal'', we grew up in that - I don't live there anymore though. Physical violence is seen by some as a normal way of life, to unlearn this takes time (sometimes, they'll still revert to that default mode). Again when you are dealing with people, particularly someone who has ''nothing'' to lose, please be careful. For both parties in this case, self-control would have prevented this. sad
CrimeRe: Woman Killed By Her Steward At Her Lekki Home In Lagos. Photos by owoblow77: 1:03am On Dec 22, 2016
A lot of people are depressed, I guess that steward is one. When some people are angry, they'll lose it and create havoc. RIP to the dead, you've been judged by your steward, your afterlife judgement lies with your maker. We must learn to treat people with respect, big or small.I laugh when people form ''tough'' or ''street'', when human life is so fragile. While growing up in Mushin, I was once owed a month salary by a school principal, it wasn't a nice feeling asking for my due. As a hot-blooded lad then, in retrospect, I thank God that I didn't cross that line with an elderly, but I tongue-lashed the guy, kia he arrange. Please let's treat one another with respect, it goes a long way. Human flesh is so soft. Someone said you don't Bleep with the suya seller. As Lil Wayne said '' N_ggas think they he-man. Pow! pow!! the end.'' undecided

@clubkonnect: Thanks again. It is my 2nd transaction with you. The 1st was a N500 data, to ''test'' if you guys were real. I got the data for that, which prompted this 2nd transaction. I initiated a 3rd transaction (worth N500) when I was looking for your contact. I didn't pay for that, so you don't owe me any additional N500. I think I'm beginning to understand how to navigate your website. I just initiated another data purchase using the amount you credited my wallet with(see details below).
