Exercise patience we're in same shoes, you should be concerned if your DLI is in the list and you don't have any update.
If your DLI isn't there then you have to be patient.

Just hope, we all make it on 17th November

IRCC just using readiness plan to control the inflow of students to Canada. So IRCC will pend some decisions for another 14days.

That's just the logic.

Readiness Plan Update from My School Today

The University of Windsor is currently awaiting final approval of our COVID-19 readiness plan. We have been in contact with the Government of Canada (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)) and they anticipate that our students may start planning their travels on or around November 17, 2020.

kindly advice, am considering sending a web form to china and nairobi for an update on my application but don't know if my application has exceeded normal processing time.

Applied august 19th with upfront medical
biometric request august 20th
biometric done and updated august 24th
medical passed sept 4th
Approval in principle sept 7th
started online classes (fall 2020)

but no update till this moment and the wait hasn't being easy on me nor my studies.

I sent a webform as someone advised here to Beijing and Nairobi at 12 midnight yesterday and by 3am this morning, BVL dropped.

I don't know if the bvl came because of the webform, but it's worth trying for anyone who is still waiting for the bvl.

This journey has been a long wait!

Yours is May, I applied since March 8. I received my BVL in July and since then nothing. I agree with you that the wait is killing. But we just have to keep waiting, not like we have a choice at this point. Don’t worry it will come.

Paper route applicant will not receive a request to submit their passport. You will be informed via MyCIC account that your application has been approved and your processed passport is ready to be dispatched.

There is an assumption out there that, some applicants are semi-approved through AIP but to get fully approved and to receive PPR , the DLI must be on the list, I suppose since all the ones who got the PPR's are on the list, I might be wrong.
