This is a good gesture no doubt. But the way Wike dole out huge monies these days is a cause for concern. Just a few weeks ago, he announced a whooping N640m for leads on some named criminals in the state. I don't think this man is frugal with resources. He's a spendthrift. I think he would take a part of the monies while it's officially recorded that they were given out.
