Health › Re: Think You've Got Adhd!? Let's Discuss by oxypressPlus: 12:40am On Aug 16, 2020 |
ADDer: Hey,
If you clicked on this topic, then you must've been fully convinced that there's a reason why you're impulsive(for some) and can hardly sit still for a required length of time. Or why it is that your mind is always whisked away to some daydream or fantasy and you just can't seem to concentrate on what's in front of you.
I'm sure you've gotten tired of the often well intentioned but ill informed advice of others who simply say "try HARDER", not knowing that you've tried EVERYTHING".
If you're like me, then you must also have a hard time keeping to schedules, and always running late. Always chasing the clock but can barely keep up. People probably think you're a slacker or you're just not bothered, been accused of that on may occasions, but they don't know that we perceive time differently.
Ever wandered into a room sure that you were in there for a reason, but can't seem to remember what it was? Well this happens to me very often. I also tend to quickly forget which way i arrived once i get to a new place. This is because our poor short-term memory retention. And that's why we may have intended to send an important text but suddenly find ourselves playing candy crush or doing something else. Surfing the web for a particular thing only to find out in the end that you've opened dozen tabs. And the list goes on...
Truth is all these may sound not so serious to many people around us, most times they go unnoticed or under-noticed if could say. But you know how impairing they could be to living a quality life. Believe me, I've felt the full brunt of it and I still do. I've been knocked on my ass by these "faults" (or so i thought) one too many times to remember. And my life has always felt like a perpetual chore to put things in order for as long as i could remember. Ironically I'm in this stage again
I've struggled to be "normal" but always ended up learning the hard way. Truth is I'm not, my mind works differently and I've got to learn ways that i can cope. But i can't do this on my own. I need the experience and knowledge of like minds. I need to know I'm not alone. Reaching out to others like me isn't something i can pass on, it is of urgent necessity. I want this thread to be a place were we could unburden ourselves, and seek advice without fear of judgment or condemnation. We're all in this together! Let's help ourselves grow Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (hbot) can help patients with ADHD. Google the words 'hbot for adhd' and you can find interesting information that you need. We are HBOT PROVIDERS and we can always help. |

Health › Re: The Agonies Of A Sickle Cell Patient by oxypressPlus: 11:30am On Aug 02, 2020 |
Clementz0: I used to think that my dad was the strongest man in the world when it comes to being emotional because I have never seen tears in his eyes ever since I was born, but for the first time in "20th December 2019" I saw him she'd tears helplessly as he watched my younger sister groan bitterly in pains. My sis a 20year old pretty lady you can hardly tell by her physical appearance whether she's a Sickle Cell Patient or not, she was just discharged from the hospital a week earlier, after several treatment which she claimed she was alright but getting home the second day she started complaining of severe bone pains and whenever we try to touch her she groans bitterly that we shouldn't that it hurts, we then took her to a private hospital at Mushin Lagos, where several test and special treatment were conducted on her for 3 days after which she was discharged from the hospital. All these incidents happened a week earlier prior to the 20th of Dec and on that very day the health crisis started again at this point it was too much for my dad to handle my mum had almost lost hope as I came back from church the atmosphere at home was so distabilized , so I moved closer to her and prayed for her she was then taken back to the hospital where she spent a week receiving treatment she's now back healthier and stronger on her feet. Although at some point it looked like a spiritual matter to me and at the same time I acknowledge the fact that she needs medical/herbal treatment... Your comments are highly welcomed. God bless you Sorry for that bros. Doing the same thing the same way all the time will always yield the same results. Some have never read my articles here for the past several years. The best thing you can do to a SSD patient is the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy -hbot. HBOT has an important role to play in sickle cell disease. With HBOT this is what you get: - in SSD crises the tissues lose supply of oxygen and severe pain sets in. HBOT quickly reoxygenates the tissues by lymphatic and collateral blood flow to compensate for oxygen loss. With this instead of patients being in pains for days they are relieved in hours. No other treatment can do this except hard drugs. Hard drugs relieve pain but does no reoxygenate and the patients continues with the drugs until the proper thing is done. When you search hbot for SSD you will see more of the benefits. Take care bros. We are HBOT PROVIDERS. |

There are many things to believe concerning the power of snakes. This story I heard several years ago when hunters were hunters. Two snakes were fighting in the bush. One of them died from the fight. The other snake left and went into the bush away from sight, came back and gave the dead snake a bite. The dead snake woke up and both of them left the scene. Many questions unanswered. |

Gee64: Please, as a matter of urgency, my 22 years old daughter who had seizure since birth is seeking for permanent cure to this problem.
I am greatly upset because it is affecting her social life greatly.
She has been on 800mg daily dose of carbamazepin for a pretty long time as prescribed by the doctors but the problem is getting worse.
I am imploring any concerned medical practitioner to kindly help to save her from this embarrassment as she is greatly depressed.
Please don't recommend supplements because she has tried many including cannabis oil. All had proved ineffective.
SHE IS ASKING IF THERE IS A PERMANENT CURE TO THIS AILMENT.

mandmis007: Good day, Nairalanders! I have cause to believe that coming onto this platform, my challenge (s) will be addressed and solution(s) proffered. This is because, as an ardent follower of this platform I have seen where fellow nairalanders' problems were squarely handled and far-reaching solutions were found.
I have this back pain that started some 6-7 weeks ago, it started in the night and i taught it will subside by the morning. But alas, the next morning through the day i kept experiencing sharp pains around my waist region. This went on for about 7 days (a week). Suddenly, i noticed that the pain has started coming down to my legs. This makes it so painful that i could not walk, stand straight or walk briskly. Please, note that at the 2nd week i resorted to taking pain relieves ( ibruprofein etc) but without relieves at all.
Now the pain has not only increased, i have noticed that sometimes i feel a little numbness at my feet a little just under the ankle and it get swollen too. Honourable Nairalanders, I believe, like I said, that i may find a solution here. So please anybody with an idea, opinion or solution should please help. Thank you so very much indeed! This is schiatica, HBOT is very effective for it. Check my other writeups. |
