Dangote even got to build his refinery because he can get loans for it. Loans that the banks wlingly gave him because if he loses money , they will just take over his lucrative assets and pay themselves

What happens to people that have modular refinenaries eg Bovas , AP, Matrix and are still selling at 165 and are still making profit.

It costs over 200 naira to refine a liter of fuel. We want to buy it at N162 per liter or lower. With that in mind who wants to refine fuel at home? And lose money?
