I wonder the type of people that comment on Nairaland. Some are so ignorant. When investigating a crime against a person. the investigating officer may stumble on other crimes committed by the accused which may not even be related to the rape case. This article is not professional at all. Is it Abuja politicians and fellow Governors that are going to vote in Lagos or myself and fellow Lagosians?
