@ Tobermom, hope your bags are packed, each weighing 23kg to avoid going to the airport and transferring items from one bag to the other angry

even your hand luggage shouldn't be overweight cos these airline peeps eyes dey red o. Dey weigh hand luggages too. Leave for the airport at least 3hrs to your flight, make sure you don't stand on that long checking in line, follow the wheel chair/ disabled pple line lol. The American drama/ dream Hv been achieved. Safest trip to you and baby as you make it back home. grin

For Birth certificate, you just walk in and pick up the birth certificate with $23, your ID and the paper given to you in the hospital for collection. Then for passport agency, call 18774872778 and book appointment. It's an automated machine so follow instructions and pick appointment date and time.

Since it's up to one week, I think it should be ready. I applied online with vital statistics during my last missionary journey when I was still a JJC, and it cost me $53 with shipping. I don't think it worth it. Plus stress of faxing your plenty means of ID to them.
Just go to the county office at 8000 N stadium Dr, Houston TX, dey open from 8am. The county office is quite close to the passport agency from Google map. You can book your appointment with passport agency say 10-11am, go to County office early, pick up birth certificate, head to passport agency asap, apply for passport. By so doing, you v achieved the two same day instead of going for that far journey twice. Abeg no stress yourself too much, and hope you are feeling better now.

Just search "fort bend County birth certificate" scroll down and click on " search" den select birth certificate and key in your child's name. This is for fortbend County.

my former teamie, It's well with you and your baby. Next week Wednesday is still a long time. During my last preggy, I was scheduled for induction the next day and b4 time for the induction, my baby decides to port on her own without being induced. Infact I ve been threatened to be induced in all my preggy except this last one as I always pass due date even dou non of the induction threat never came to pass. All this baby scan weight tin ain't always correct, I also got 4.1 kg as baby's scan weight even dou she came weighing less. You are supposed to be taking long walk as often a possible, you can still start now as it's not late yet. Lastly, talk to your GOD as he will never ever fail you. My prayers are with you.

I guess you are talking about Elpaso. Sorry I didn't have my baby in Elpaso but in Houston. BC was ready the next day after I applied.

This new dr E, I identified her and planned to use her immediately I heard Zimmerman wasn't taking patients even before she became the rave of the thread, did my research on her and found out that she had a malpractice / negligence suit against her recently, but I decided not to comment until I have used her. Our words can make or mar people, let's exercise caution pls especially for situations u dint experience first hand

I heard dat too but still went ahead to use her and had good review abt her.

Ok thanks, she went to vital records yesterday & they said it wasn't registered yet. So she called the hospital & they told her it should take like 4wks. She will check the hospital tomorrow.

She should just keep checking the vital record website to know if it's been registered. When registered, dats when she can go and pick it up.

Lol, I guess the security deposit before arrival is a form of commitment to be sure you are serious about using the accommodation and to secure a space for you. Cos some pple will ask to reserve a space for them even when they ain't serious or haven't finalize their plans yet or even still looking for other accommodation options. The money will be refunded before you leave. I didn't pay before arrival dou, guess this is a recent development due to inflow of pple.

Count in weeks not months.
Your wife can travel up until she's 36weeks since dats what most airline deadline is for carrying preggys. Forget dat counting in month thing unless you want to count and reach 10 months lol

, you have to learn how to manage it. I believe if you put a little on the sponge, it should go round, no be dat small body u dey baf? Even her hair shouldn't consume much. I must use my own reach two months o if not more sef. Let m just watch and see grin

We were blessed with the most precious gift ever in form of a little boy about 12:30pm local time yesterday at Oakbend Medical Center. Dr Fagbohun was on hand. Baby, mom and dad are all doing okay

You should contact Tanko, his address it's the same with the Naija embassy address. Or Eddy.
I think pple applying for naija visa themselves should have enough time atleast 2-3 weeks before travel date to avoid stories or delay. If I had time, I would have loved to apply myself.

I wish i could leave at 35wks like some of you guys, but i always suffer preterm contractions n i had a weak cervix in my last preg. I was 3cm dialated from 6mnths n it had to be managed, taking steroid shots et al. Well it is inly wise i go early again.

You and your baby are blessed already. Just try and travel as soon as you can, then if baby comes early, you can always change your return ticket and come back asap. It's well

Lol, I spent exactly 7weeks too. My babies can like to bake very well before coming out. 10 weeks is more than enough to give birth, gather baby's documents and port. Even if baby wants to stay 42weeks of which most US doctors don't allow, she still got 3weeks left.

I didn't state epidural cos I didn't use epidural. Epidural is a different bill on its own. I attended antenatal clinic in my doctors office at old oakbend dat is the oakbend on Jackson Street not the William way campus oakbend where I had my baby.
