In our days in boarding house,I no fit talk wetin my eyes bin dey see till I managed to become senior student b4 I have rest of mind.

In the middle of the night like 2-3am,senior students will point at some juniors....you...you....you,etc jump down from your bunk and move out of the hostel.As you are moving out you will go and meet other juniors already hanging on pillars and being wipe with rough koboko and atimes they used matchets to flog your back as if they want to initiate you into something something.
I thank God I survived.

Then as per the Asst. H/Boy issue still being punished,yes, it's a tradition where I was schooling for instance,that when a post is handed over to the SS 2,you are still expected to give maximum respect to the SS 3 till they finish their exams and leave.
Though they will not order you to do stupid job for them again,but if you cross their track anyhow, you will collect anyhow irrespective of the post you are holding.

Except they want to start that their nonsense when you are in the midst of your guys,then you can resist them and it will result into a very fierce fight between the entire SS 2 and SS 3 students.
But if you are alone in the same room with plenty SS 3 students expecially in the night,then sorry is your name no matter your post as SS 2 student.

So brutality in the boarding house has to be checked if not so,it will breed monsters in the name of human beings in the future into the wider society.

Though,I noticed the menace has reduced drastically nowadays expecially with the advent of private schools unlike our time in the mid 2000s.

I support this bill with my full chest.

The single term will promote good governance and a better performance.
Unlike the present two terms arrangements that the governor/president will used the last two years of their first term for campaign and fighting opponents for second term re-election.While the second term is always used for looting of Treasury.So they hardly have time to sit down and work.But with single term, performance will increase, looting will be reduced and political fighting and heating up the polity will minimize.


And for the rotation based on geopolitical zone, it's also a welcome development cos it will give equal opportunities to all the zones to produce the president.
This will reduce political tension and engender peace in the country.
But I will add that the geopolitical zoning should be done on South and North basis.For instance,if the law takes effect this year,the S/W should be allowed to go for the next 6 years after Tinubu's 4 yearsto complete this present first term.
Then after that,it should go to the north probably,the N/E or N/C.After 6 years,it come back to the south and probably to the S/E.After that back to another geopolitical zone in the north.
By so doing,peace will rein.

Then concerning the position of the 2nd Vice president,I will disagree with that.
I suggest it should still be one Vice President to cut cost of governance and reduce duplication of duties.
