go to the school you saw on your admission letter you don't wish to accept then ask for the rejection form @ admin office ot it equivalent, thereafter , fill the form under the reason of rejecting: write candidate prefers uni admission , then fill the form a part to be completed by the school you are rejecting and there stamp it and sign,

mow bring the form to Eksu also for same procedure to sign the uni willing to accept candidate and also stamp itthen the issue of who to take it to Abuja is now the problem my yunger bro had the same problem but the school collect 2k from us as transport fare even though, there going would be on official assignment but the price might have change or they may no longer collect again(money). Just sort how the form will get to Abuja that is what I'm pointing @.
