EDUECO: These are even company(NB,MTN and Cadbury) that declared loss for a full financial year.
None of the above has paid dividends consistently in the last 10 years.
Access Bank is an international financial behemoth. The intrinsic value of ACCESSCORP is above ₦50. How did you arrive at an intrinsic value of 50 Naira. Chief |

vacanci: When NB and MTN and Cadbury were in bad shape due to poor results. Smart guys bought into those companies and did over 200%.
Most people are waiting for Access to get to their entry level but the stocks market has a way of disappointing people.
Access intrinsic value is up to N45. Book value is above N70. Fair value around N50. Worst price it can get to should be N20 but smart enteries won't allow it get there. Understanding what figures got you 45naira intrinsic value.. Just being curious. |

nosa2: You are spot on. Now between now and then do you really think there won't be an opportunity to buy at a discount to book value?
Book value is just one metric. From an earnings perspective Ellah still has a long way to go. I like the company, I'll most likely still get in, but I will work at my own pace and not FOMO into any investment. Comment of the day! At my pace at my calculations at my own time |

yMcy56: Yes. Will be slashed into two after bonus + dividend markdown (slashed into two because bonus is 1:1)
Let's say APR closed @35 before markdown...
After markdown (also called Ex-Div/bonus date) will be: A. N35 minus 0.60k = N34.40k B. (N34.40 x 2bn) ÷ 2bn + 2bn = N17.20k
** Note however that: If markdown price appreciates more from that point 17.20, then your holdings will be in advantageous position once the bonus is added.
** Concerning the dumping you mentioned, it might not be dumped as envisaged, it may appreciate instead....... If it's going to follow UCAP pattern, then it may appreciate faster than we think. Hello @yMcy56 Please can you recommend a site where or a whatsapp or telegram group where i can get Technical Analytics breakdown (PAid or FREE) i would really appreciate this |

Dsalvo: Bro, the part in bold addresses that more than anything can. You don't need big speech long on rhetoric and short on solutions.
Tinubu has always favored decentralized States and nation. This is why he shaped Lagos to move away from been a federal allocation begger as virtually all Nigerian States are.
It is the reason many, including our President, are vehemently opposed to Tinubu.
Some, to include very powerful players, cannot ever imagine Nigeria becoming a decentralized and productively competitive democracy as some of us insist it must be if Nigeria is to be prevented from collapsing very shortly to become a totally failed State.
They cannot imagine a centre weakened to the detriment of the federal politicians and their millions of jobbers/affiliates yet massively liberating for ordinary Nigerians.
Tinubu has always realized that "one Nigeria" must not be allowed to be an excuses that continues to regresses us all, after 60 years of independence, with how visionaries continue to be forced to live according to the dictates of gradualist, conserrvative, centrist and reform-resistant elements.
That is why he said he did not believe in one Nigeria. He knows it is an oppressive Albatross around the neck of Nigeria.
We don't need Tinubu giving us rhetoric. He has gone to the heart of the matter without fear to propose precisely the solution Nigeria needs to heal and thrive.
Yet our politicial elite, who reject restructuring, state policing, fiscal fedefalism, regionalism etal, will always reject a decentralized democracy vehemently even when they know it is the way out for Nigeria and her ordinary citizens.
Tinubu's work in Lagos and unique socio-economic committment to the State, that has gained him worldwide commendations, mirrors what Asiwaju is saying about a decentralized democracy. This why many of us support him passionately. Well structured.. Buh deep down I really hoped it was coming from the part of sincerity and not a pot of porridge.. Tinubu is a very smart man yet highly desperate to be at the topmost sit of this nation.. Not because of developmental thoughts.. Buh just as a means of political prowness... It would be interesting to watch who stands up against him.. Yet again we hope to get a better contest.. It shouldn't be Tinubu against Atiku.. Else it would be a very bitter experience.. As both men are in this for same purpose... |
