Billions of naira must have been involved for the appeal court judges to have ignored the Supreme Court.
Mimiko paid for the hearing of the case and the judges listened to the hearing at least to justify the pay.
Unfortunately the Judges knew the case would end this way.
Money meant for payment of backlogs of salary owed Ondo state workers is being expended in Abuja to probably buy justice.

Aketi has federal might + Northern money bags on his side
Oke has disenfranchised APC + some grassroot + Tinubus money on his side
Jegede has "state might" + some grassroot + Mimiko's money on his side

You will agree with me that in some places votes that would have

The last house of assembly election was won by PDP by inducing voters with money. If it's going to be based on money this time around, u give it to akeredolu bc of the moneybags in Abuja.
If the election will be won based on popularity and political wherewithal, give it to Oke.
PDP may benefit from their division not to a large extent. Once Abraham and Borrofice eventually pit their tents with Oke, people of akokoland may choose to go with him.
As the election approaches, if APC discovers its popularity is at lowest ebb and that of AD soars, the election will be left for Mimiko to use his power of incumbency to win the election. And PDP will emerge victorious just to deride Tinubu.

The fact that eyitayo hails from akure doesn't guarantee that he is going to win massively in the central. Akure is hugely populated by non indigenes of the town and the fact that Mimiko’s Popularity has grossly waned will count against PDP. As it is, nobody can predict who will win this election.
A lot of factors will determine, federal might may play a role as orchestrated in Edo state.
APC may want to do spite their supporters who are moving enmass to AD by throwing its weight behind the PDP Candidate. 'Kaka ki Eku maje sese, a o fi sewa danu'.
As you have said, Aketi is not popular among the electorates in Ondo, he is only popular in Owo and probably among his APC followers.

Relax & take a fresh breath... The delegate list that was used;did it not originate from their party HQ? I also want you to truthfully ask yourself if it were possible for Tinubu to sit back and watch his candidate taken out so cheaply...

What I strongly believe happened was that the delegates they had all sown up were somehow turned with "rewards" they found hard to resist...

As for conscience, there is nothing out of order there, most times when people come up short, they usually find sentiments to attach to it... it's just human nature.

So the endorsement given to akeredolu by the the presidency is good for the party. Akeredolu cried foul when Tinubu endorsed Abraham, he granted interviews in the dailies vehemently condemning the action. Now powerful APC chieftains close to the presidency have doctored the delegates list to favor him, he now thinks he's smarter.

Once it's established that the delegates list was doctored, for transparency sake, the primary election ought to be canceled.
Why do people always mention Tinubu's name? His purported endorsed candidate initially congratulated Akeredolu before he found out the process was fraudulent.

Olusola Oke is the only person that should be saying this. The delegate list was doctored for Abraham and Akeredolu.
I see Tinubu trying to rubbish Akeredolu and not supporting Oke because He jst decamped to APC.

The state executives headed by Kekemeke seemed to be working for Abraham initially but wen other aspirants protested that the chairman had doctored the delegates list, the National leadership denounced the accusations. The aspirants were presented with the authentic delegates list that would be used for the election and the state executives were eventually not involved in the primary.
The authentic delegates list handed over to the committee saddled with the responsibility to conduct the was said to have been altered overnight with some names removed and replaced with strange names.
Could Abraham have had the influence to doctor the list after the state executives have been barred from the primary election? The truth will be known to all in the coming days.

This is not a surprise.
The race for the 2019 presidential election has begun.
Olusola Oke seemed to have been sponsored by Abubakar Atiku and other Political bigwigs who defected from PDP to APC. He gave each of the delegates a sum of #150k.
If Olusola Oke should win the primary, i see all old PDP members following Mimiko defect enmass to APC to support their own. Invariably, Olusola Oke and his supporters may hijack the party from the old ACN members.
If ultimatum given by INEC to submit the name of the aspirants has not expired,it will not be a surprise if Olusola Oke moves to one these fledgling political parties to actualize his ambition.
