I've been discussing with a guy that wants to start his own delivery service. Can those who are running a service give their opinions and advice on this thread? I'll start. Starting small is not a crime. However, a single delivery guy will make things difficult. I suggest a minimum of 2 delivery persons. This doesn't necessarily mean you get two bikes. Heck I know a delivery service that started without bikes at all! Their guys use public transport to move around. For a starter, you can try something similar. Also find other delivery services around you that are willing to work with you. You can outsource some of your deliveries to them for a slightly reduced price. This ensures that you can meet your customer's needs even when you personally don't have the capacity to. For a starting delivery service, it is frigging vital that you don't turn down customers if you can help it. This is because you are just building your clientele and reputation. You need every positive response you can get |
brendaduruaku:I checked you profile. How is delivering in Abuja? Especially between different suburbs? |
pclever1:This is interesting. Why you? |
sawdi:Sure. Send an email to |
sawdi:Yes you can. Sorry, lost my login. Just got it back. |

I don't drink I don't smoke I don't womanise And I don't watch football. But I bet the Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra I bought for my wife that if that lady meets one of the many men that are the same, she will brush him off in favour of the thug that will take her to parties, drink with her, smoke shisha at the club she so wants to go to, and also cheat on her. |
ijege84:Do you mean you area former gokada rider now into delivery? |
I'm writting a paper on effects of government policies and I want to look into the bike hailing services. Since the ban on opay and gokada for large parts of Lagos, what has happened to their riders? If you used to ride for one of these or similar companies, what have you been doing since then? |
Something like this http://www.phonearena.com/news/Turn-your-smartphone-into-a-desktop-PC-with-these-6-MHL-compatible-docks_id67861
|
I need an MHL smartphone dock preferably a samsung compatible one. Anyone got one? Lagos area please. |
@Dealfinder Took your advice and have started a delivery service attached to my business. Thanks for the tip |
Running a COURIER company without a NIPOST licence is illegal. Having a delivery service attached to your business doesn't need NIPOST. You get that when you register the motorcycles through Lagos State. At least for Lagos based businesses 1stCitizen: |
Seeing as Demmzy15 created this post to show the difference (or similarities) between the spread of Islam and Christianity in Nigeria, one would have expected him to have started with his own points and not wait to for Annunaki. That is poor debating. It's been over 19hours since he created this thread and he is yet to raise his points. |
Dude, why use the Bible for anything when it so obviously isn't a book given by God? Why seek validation from a book so obviously corrupted? Why are you determined to find justification in something you do not believe in? |
I get a car from the carshop. I remove the windows and windshields. I remove the upholstery. I remove the doors. I remove the headlamps, indicators, brake lights and all other lights. I remove the hub caps. I remove the rear and passanger seats I remove the body. I leave only the chasis, engines, wheels, driver seat and vehicle controls. And you tell me that I synthesised a new car? Duh! |
ododo42:2 things. First We are COMMANDED to judge "The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment." (Psa. 37:30) A righteous person will talk of judgment. He will not REFUSE to judge. He will talk judgment. "Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph." (Amos 5:14-15) How can you hate the evil and love the good if you refuse to judge? You can't. You are SINNING when you refuse to judge. Our generation is well described in Isaiah 59:8: "The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace." People have refused to judge, so there is no peace. Paul said in I Corinthians 1:10 to ". . . be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment." Why would Paul make such a statement if judging is wrong? In I Corinthians 2:15 Paul says, "But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man." Judging is not a sin; judging is a characteristic of being a spiritual person! Satan has been lying to us, hoping that we will NOT judge, because he knows that the right kind of judgment PLEASES God and betters our lives and Christian service. Someone says, "But should we judge PEOPLE?" Yes, we certainly should. Paul actually REBUKES the Corinthians for NOT judging: "Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?" (I Cor. 6:1-5) If judging is wrong, then Paul needs to confess and repent for misleading these Christians! He clearly told them to JUDGE PEOPLE. If judging people is wrong, how can we obey Romans 16:17-18? II Corinthians 6:17? II Timothy 3:5-6? I John 4:1? Friend, if judging is wrong, then God has contradicted Himself and His words cannot be trusted!. 2nd, why glory in a prophesy where you were to pray to avert it 5 days a week for 2 months? Is the prophesy more important than answer to prayer? |
Give me a link from a credible news service. Not some silly blog and maybe I'll take y'all seriously. |
Deen77:Nigerians voted for change. Stop using 16 years of misrule to justify an inability to lead. Although when you consider that more than half of the present government were fully active participants in that 16 years, why should we be surprised? |
Typical lazy Nigerian journalism - "Report whatever they give you". No attempt to further confirm if there was a fire or not. Nonsense. |
Bevista:True he was asked a question about the forex situation The only way out is what the government is doing, which is strengthening the economy, diversifying it, plugging all the loopholes and making sure that only the essential things are imported. It will be extremely difficult, no doubt, but we are also in a state of emergency economically. You see, take for instance, your earnings reduced from N100 to N30 per month, something will have to give way…like relocating to a smaller house and I mean this is a reality. But in his response, he moved into an analysis of the economic situation. That was the situation he meant control had been lost. Who is being mischievous now? No matter how you try to spin this for the APC government, 2 facts have been made clear here. 1, the current government is completely clueless on how to turn this situation around. They are only reacting to events trying to keep head above water. 2, Lai Muhammed has no control of his utterances |
DeathStroke007:I should say the same about you. Believe whatever you want that is your problem. However all scholars including atheist agree that the gospel of barnabas is a fake. Only muslins, who will accept anything that justifies their desires, promote the gosoel as fact. 1st line of the so-called gospel calls him Jesus Christ while the rest of the book tries to claim Jesus is not the messiah. Anyobe who lived at the time of Jesus, who spoke Greek and Hebrew, knows that Messiah in Hebrew means Christ in Greek. Believe what you want. It doesn't change the facts |

Since the last givernment was hopelessly inept and fulfilled absolutely none of their promises, we shouldnot expect this administration to fulfil any of their own promises. No be so? Afterall, if we tolerated a failure for 6 years, wehould wait for the next 4 years before we blame the new set of failures. No be so? Change? It has nothing to do with this. |
enigma2007:What hard data do you need to know that N3b for the State House clinic is reprehensibleand immoral? |
See females trying to get a bit of Ese Walter's grace. This is an embarrassment to the body of Christ. Seriously |
hamingra:I see. This truly is a lie. Fashola has over 400b budgeted for his ministry But did YOU see these bits? ewosk:Boxer in Animal Farm would always say "Napoleon is always right". He kept saying that right until he was worked to death and Napoleon sold his carcass to the glue makers for a crate of whiskey |
Image123:Seriously. We need to stop spreading lies. But em please point out the lies in the article so we can stop spreading them. |
Eizy, even the Bible MANDATES that we judge but judge righteously. See John 7:24. So making a judgemental statement isn't illegal. You need not worry about that. In addition, I admire your attempt to be as objective as possible in this. As Christians, it is our responsibility to point out wrongs that are done in the name of the One we follow. It is our responsibility to try to help thers not to be swayed by sin, false doctine and outright deception. So with regards to all this, 3 gbosa for you .I agree with all the points you raise. These men should be embarassed with themselves not because what they do is wrong (which in many cases it os) but because the Bible admonishes us to flee every appearance of evil. This is especially important to leaders of congregations who are role models to their flock. Even Paul said and I rephrase "since you didn't see Jesus, look at me and follow me" When our religious leaders now do things that seem wrong and then justify ot because they have a measure of grace that they want to teach us, they should not be surprised when their flock see these sins as normall and acceptable. AND it is up to the rest of the body of Christ to JUDGE these things so that the elect are not decieved. |
