Since the end of the Cold War, the United States has been the world’s biggest weapons dealer, accounting for about 40 percent of all arms exports in a given year. In general, these exports are funded through grants or sales. There are two pathways for the latter category: foreign military sales and direct commercial sales.

The U.S. government acts as an intermediary for FMS acquisitions: It buys the materiel from a company first and then delivers the goods to the foreign recipient. DCS acquisitions are more straightforward: They’re the result of an agreement between a U.S. company and a foreign government. Both categories of sales require the government’s approval.

Foreign AffairsNakba Day, The Day Of Disaster When The Jews Stole Palestine by panafrican(op): 3:24am On May 16, 2023
The Day of Disaster, also the day of shame on mankind, when in daylight, a whole country was stolen from its people by invaders.

Palestinians have been mourning the loss of their homeland since 1948, but Nakba Day, an annual day of commemoration inaugurated by the Palestinian Authority, is a relatively new addition to the calendar.
"Nakba" is just the Arabic word for disaster. After 1948, with the definite article “al” (i.e., al-Nakba), it became the proper name for the displacement of hundreds of thousands of persons and the establishment of a Jewish state following the Israeli War of Independence.
Yet for decades, no day was singled out as a day of commemoration, though some Palestinian Israelis took advantage of the national holiday on Israeli Independence Day to visit their lost homes or deserted villages within Israel.
This would change in 1998. As Israelis were preparing an elaborate celebration for the nation's 50th anniversary, Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat decided that Palestinians should mark the 50th anniversary of the Nakba as well. He declared May 15, the day after Israeli independence in 1948, as Nakba Day.

Don't like Trump's racist nose , still it is not fair that liar woman got rewarded with $ 2+ million after she lied on the him. He did not rape her, period.
Talking about ,liable ? What liability ?
Did he rape her ? NO,
|Was she able to even come up with a year and a month when that "rape" happened ? NO !
She made up stories. It is her who should pay money to Trump. She should even go to jail for lying, that way, men would be protected from these types of women.

Foreign AffairsRe: EU And The Desperation For Footprints In Africa by panafrican(m): 12:00pm On Apr 27, 2023
The evolving of EU to single market and single currency, have been a trend most sub-regions like [...] AU, ECOWAS,
[...] are desiring to attain. They all owned European Union credit!
.
Not true. It is colonial powers such as France, UK, Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, to some extent West Germany and their European peers who prevented Africa from achieving regional blocs , since the 1950's to say the least. They just managed to assassinate many African leaders.
Have you heard about the RDA "Rassemblement Democratique Africain " ( African Democratic Rally ) that stretched from French West African through central Africa, Djbouti and Madagascar in the late 1940's through the
the late 1950's ? Guess who worked hard to kill many prominent members such as Felix Moumie' ; and Ernest Ouandie of Cameroon, who committed a genocide of the people of Madagascar ?
Even after ADR was destroyed, Europe worked hard to weaken the Organization of African Union that later became the African Union.
How did Europe manage after the 1960's ? Killing Patrice Lumumba, attacking and isolating Ahmed Sekou Toure' of Guinea, Overthrowing Nkrumah with the help from the CIA , blackmailing the leader of Cote d'Ivoire , Overthrowing Modibo Keita of Mali, just to name a few.

Not when 63% of the total population lives in poverty. We’re still consumers rather than producers. The big earners are foreign companies like Chinese phone makers flooding our market with cheap, unregulated devices.
Let's see it the other way: If there is poverty it means there are possibilities for growth.
If we are still consumers, it means there is less local competition in the manufacturing sector. This is an opportunity.

An asset to achieving what exactly? We've possessed a huge population since 1990, what good has it done us? 1990 was 33 years ago. Any forward-thinking entity would experience positive changes in 10 or a little more number of years.
Great market for business : cell phones & other electronic, electrical equipment, beauty supplies, real estate, food, not only that, there is better chance to groom high tech gurus, get more medical doctors, more civil engineers, .... you name it.
