Juve, PSG, City, United, Arsenal, Barca, Ajax, and so many other clubs have been trying for years to touch the European silverware. Some have spent billions, and still can't get close. Others have bottled every chance they had.
Then, there's Jose Mourinho who took charge of a humble AS Roma in one of their darkest periods in recent history, a club that has never won a European title. Now, Mourinho is on the verge of winning them their second European title, back to back, and he did so in his first couple of seasons as a manager of the club.
Mourinho winning UECL and Europa League with AS Roma will be a bigger achievement than any other coach winning a UCL with clubs like City or PSG (I don't think those clubs will be anywhere near European glory anytime soon).
The special one.

arsenal96: I don't understand why people are so pain about the outcome, as Nigerian we are all disappointed, but the team is not bad as most people portrayed them to be. Under 17 competition is for talent discovery, not necessarily win. Now, we have discovered some raw amazing players in this tournament. Next step is to move the talents here to under 20, and probably Ogor,Mbata, Ozor and Okeke(the guys dropped because of MRI) will be added to the squad. Our under 20 might be lovely to watch if these talented squad are properly managed. I'm not overly disappointed because I saw raw talents that when polish will definitely flourish. Gone are those days that we paraded grandpa's as under 17 and few years later after winning the under 17 world cup, they are no where to be found. None of the players from little messi set, Stanley Okoro made it to the lime light. So, we should take this under 17 as it should be, developmental and talents discovery program.
Ugbade should not be totally discarded, he is good for talent hunting, he can still help at this level. Stanley okoro’s team produced omeruo and Onazi |

Amedino99: winning the trophy is fine but the players getting reasonable clubs will be better. I pray God makes the way easy for them person wey I sure go move to europe soon na the teams left back If others make it to decent European leagues in the next 2-3 years they should thank their stars |

codemaniacs: Remove Linus...
That guy will never make it as a footballer if he continues to shoot long shots and the worse part is that he is a midfielder and the good Nigerian midfielders are not given enough chances in Europe not to talk of a player who likes blasting the ball and plays with the mentality of "I am the hero of the team"..
Nwakali is a good midfielder but he is playing division 2 football and Linus that hasn't done anything is very wasteful so he won't even be considered...
If you know him then you better warn him about his long shots. Linus wey man city don Dey eye already He is the natural heir to nwakali in the super eagles 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |

Kwashiman: Look at how Senegal and Mali play football, and you wonder what went wrong with Nigerian football? Mali and Senegal combined don't even have the population of Lagos alone, yet they consistently produce very intelligent and sublime footballers...honestly Nigerian football makes me want to vomit, APC have seriously destroyed our football and Sunday Dare (our worst sports minister ever) needs to answer questions.
I don't expect the U20 team to do anu better, no U23 Olympic football as well...the SW and the North have finished this country with mediocrity. u20 go worst 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |

wayodude: Cletus is a good player. It is nice to win youth tournaments but what is more important is finding rough gems.
As a team, in the final third they were rubbish. This is why it was pointless rushing play to get to the final third at the expense of making uncharacteristic mistakes. The coach did not change that hoofball tactics until it was too late and so the buck rests firmly with Nduka Ugbade. Cletus is miles better than those 2 fido dido wey nduka dey play ahead of the kid The few minutes he played he impressed me with he’s agility and direct passes |

Pidginwhisper: You’re wrong, they’re actually one of the best we’ve had since we last won the WC. They’re just not clinical and composed, they tend to be under pressure when they conceeds thereby losing concentration and conceding more. If they continue like till till U20, they’ll turn out to be one of the best U20 set we can boast. ana ako 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |
