AMINDA: mrvitalis:🤣🤣🤣 I still tell people that you can't tell me the politicians in PDP and APC were not shocked by Obi getting 6m votes within 1 year of contesting election under a new party. Someone that even his PDP told him he is wasting his time. They still try to downplay his impressive campaign by making it a tribal issue and intimidating the youth that they don't have experience, join the winning team. They said the guy has supporters who are 8 tweeting in a room. I think the last minute shock is a good thing to have and it is good everything is happening the way they are going on now. Those ones who are only there to take advantage of the wave are now falling into line. They are defecting, they are leaving. Their true colors are showing. This is a good way to know the moles and the holes. A lot of people in politics are hungry people. They can't survive without politics. Professional jobbers ![]()

Trump will be happy. Those tarrif was to get at Trudeau to get out of office. Elon Musk is the attack dog of Trump who puts his mouth in every matter across the world, thinking that the way they influenced American voters will be the same way it will be everywhere in the world. That is why you see them influencing Europe, South America and Africa with their ideas without considering contexts. Anywhere they have interest in and they don't like the people in power, they tweet on X and Truth Social. Or they go to Europe like JD Vance and tell them they are weak. They will soon realize everything is not gra gra. Trump looks like he is on a revenge mission. When he announced the tariff last week without notice, you can see from his tweets that he was surprised Trudeau was still their prime minister after he resigned in January. Trump had initially announced the tariff for April 1 and then changed it all of a sudden last week. Trump does not understand the difference between presidential elections and parliamentary elections. When Trudeau resigned, they thought they had won but this Trudeau still de office in March 🤣 Demo CRAZY! Some people think Trump is jealous of his wife's admiration for Trudeau, aside from that issue, the party Trudeau was is like the Democrats of USA, so Trump is on a revenge mission for those who thought he will never come back to power. Trump's flip flop and aggressiveness will make people very careful of right wing parties all over the world. The plot will boomerang. He has to be careful with his rhetorics. Elon Musk too will suffer for mixing business with politics. You can't know it all. Where people de get experience for years, he thinks DOGE boys can simplify everything. Welcome to adulthood, you will now know why adulthood na scam😂

lailo:Marriage has its own merits and demerits. I'm not about to argue who has done it better. I am just saying, in this matter, I prefer him to take another wife than be hiding in hotels to enjoy escapades. Look at our young girls now, everyone is telling them to provide updates on their whereabouts. If they were with their husbands, at least we know who killed them. |

These ones don't have shame anymore. You can see the children who were raised with family values on social media. 📷 You think it is me that you are doing? Na your family you de do. I saw one Jide Kosoko interview and the Baba did not have any regrets telling his daughter to remove a post from social media. I did not even know about the post until that day. That one na papa wey get sense and family name to protect. These ones don't have shame anymore. Dem think say dem de catch cruise where internet no de forget 🤡

Jman06:I know but they don't need to prove it on social media. It's not just about the man alone, it's about the dignity of the NIS. |
I thought this man said he was taking a break and going to Saudi when he was on Arise. Aren't they fasting ![]() I bn de happy say at least we go hear word for Ramadan Politicians sef |
lailo:I prefer polygamy than this wahala of side chick. Let's keep deceiving ourselves and make up 1000 excuses. It's better to be with your wives than a side chick. At least you know you died with your family |
ClearFlair:The only reasonable comment on the thread so far. What's the point of publishing the pictures? Whatever he does with his private life is his business. This mobile phone and social media are two things that should not have been given to us until proper orientation. I remember when AIT was fined for showing footage of a plane crash site some years back. People don't even understand discretion anymore. |
The surest sign of failure is campaigning less than 2 years in office. It's not a sign of confidence or planning as they want to make us think, it's a sign of fear. You have nothing to offer but winning/ruining/rigging elections ![]() I remember when Fashola told us to give them 6 months to fix electricity in Nigeria, then I saw a thread on Nairaland about people fasting in Gaza. From 2015 to 2025, what has changed after they won elections https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQcx398EHSk? People in Gaza have light

Penguin2:Strong men take tough decisions. It's tough love. She has not shown you a strong reason to go abroad. There are many many many stories of girls who are slaves abroad because they were deceived. These days social media pressure will make the girl think this is her own japa. She's not the one you should be speaking to, it's her parents. I'll also ask you, will you let your daughter go abroad like this? Show the parents videos of the other side of Egypt. She does not have any adult that can protect her. Don't go to any foreign country if you don't know someone there or you don't know their language. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWnkq2mlBQM? |
frankson1:Always read to understand not just to reply. |
People were surprised when UAE authorities told people not to take pictures of their flooded cities. I wish our politicians can fix the basics of life but that's a tall order. It's sad. It's the beautiful pictures of abroad that makes people want to japa. They fantasize on digital reality but when they get to the abroad, na real shock

It's common for western people to do this. It is part of their colonial legacy and the only people who can show their best pictures are Nigerians themselves. They too have bad pictures of themselves but they don't post it on Twitter and Nairaland to fight one tribe over the other. For Nigerians abroad, you must be familiar with the description of anything Africa. Thank God for social media, they still describe us with safari and wildlife. Anytime it's Africa, they like showing us the worst of us, hunger, death, famine and animals. I am not saying we need to sugarcoat the truth but they make sure that the image they show you is the worst so that you condition yourself to see yourself as the worst. If you also want to respect yourself, treat yourself like someone who should be respected. Don't be going to Chatham House to campaign for Nigerian elections. You are only making a fool at yourself. Oyinbo go chop your money if you want to look for their recognition. At your back, they will abuse you like David Cameron did when he didn't off his mic. Have some respect for yourself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ve-RdkxVemo?feature=shared Your national heroes fought for independence from the British. You carry your house matter go meet them. Tell me a slave without telling me. |
I hope the IKEDC office is not attacked again for this grid collapse. Didn't the Minister promise Light Up Nigeria for Ramadan last week ![]() |

Penguin2:Your younger female cousin is not giving you the contract details and you already know that this is a red flag. I don't mean to scare you but you are old enough to smell something that is wrong when you see one or when your old wise questions are asked and they don't give you reasonable answers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6V0NLA3CZA? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-h-v1eUmz0? |
Elusive001:Teacher no teach me nonsense generation ![]() Remijuice:This was how they 'schooled' me on rubbish in the last thread. Just leave them alone. Na dem know it all, no manners, just gbas gbos thinking internet points is what life is all about. They already have a problem with reading and writing so I am not surprised proper description of relationships is a tall order for them. That is why sarcasm died on the internet and proverbs needs Grok for interpretation. The future is bright ![]() |
Not another cousin brother and sister again ScamHunter:You are not alone. It was used on another topic and still did not make sense. One of them even said I was schooled on what cousin bro is. Let's accept it is sosha midya engleash papyjaypaul: |
kissdabride:Elon Musk was born to a Canadian mother and a South African-born father in Pretoria, South Africa on June 28, 1971. His parents divorced in 1981 and he mainly lived with his father in different places in South Africa. |
Until it is completed, they should not describe it as the tallest building. Let's wait. We saw how the Burj Khalifa was built, they said "will be the tallest". Complete the building first. Even First Bank is choosing the words carefully (upon completion, will be the) but media has confused us. Anything can happen so don't confuse the general public with exaggerated reporting.
