Politics › Re: Even Atiku Knows Who Won In 2023 by Parachoko: 2:02pm On May 03 |
AMINDA: Here we go again with the self-righteous politics. "If he loses, Nigeria loses indeed." He is beginning to earn a reputation as someone who cannot keep his own word. No matter how you try to sell his candidacy as sainthood, he has now left two political parties at the brink after pledging loyalty, all just to run from primaries. That alone shows desperation but go on. Shey b I told you Atiku Abubakar Will Never Become The President Of Nigeria |

Originalsly: Always nice to have a good road. The scenery is beautiful. About the road itself.... it looks great for cars and light vehicles.... but doesn't seem to have a foundation to bear heavy vehicles. I'm worried about drainage ...flooding...erosion ...and landslides. From the video ... at the beginning ... there's a wall of soil right next to the road ....no drainage ...no retaining wall to prevent a landslide in case of heavy rains. What happens when the water runs off?...carrying soil with it? Farther down...the road is lower than the land level...what will happen when it rains?....I can see the road being flooded and after the rains ...the sediments settling on it . I don't want to believe heavy equipment is not used in the road construction.... that's just pretty much common local concrete laying guys using same method and tools to make the road. How far more to go? ....and more importantly...when is it scheduled to be completed? ...when did construction begin?...how much has been completed so far?...just curious Are you sure you watch the video at all? A lot of you just love complaining over nothing Show me one mountainous road anywhere in the World with drainage systems The way some of you reason is shocking |

The ADC was clear to him from the get-go. He chose to join notwithstanding and is now free to leave. It's a political party, not a cult. Politics › Re: Now I Know Tinubu's Policies Aren't The Problem - Farooq Kperogi by Parachoko: 10:49am On May 03 |
AMINDA: You can continue to quarrel with the numbers but facts are stubborn. Tinubu won only 4 Yoruba states out of 17 Southern states. Was it his votes from those 4 states that made him president? Buhari won his region in a landslide but needed that push from the Southwest to meet the constitutional spread. Tinubu lost Lagos and Osun and had over two times more votes in the North than he did in the South. The North did that because the North remembers. He won and immediately betrayed his helpers like Elrufai, locking him up and posturing like he's out to teach the North a lesson. Well, good or bad, Northerners always pay their debts. Asgard, Northerners didn't make Asiwaju the President Of Nigeria. If it's possible for Northern votes to make someone the President, Buhari would have ruled Nigeria in 2011 Nigerians made him the President and Nigerians will make him the President Of Nigeria again in 2027. |
Politics › Re: Now I Know Tinubu's Policies Aren't The Problem - Farooq Kperogi by Parachoko: 9:48am On May 03 |
AMINDA: The North made him President with 5.6m votes. Northerners are the biggest stakeholders in his government. It was the South that didn't vote for him.. I don't know why you keep on spreading this falsehood The north didn't make Asiwaju the President. Only the North can't make someone the president, if it's possible, Buhari would have win in 2007 or 2011 |

Politics › Re: Nnamdi Kanu: Why Igbos Will Be The Biggest Fools Over 2027 Election by Parachoko: 11:21pm On May 02 |
truthera: Going forward, for igbos to be taken seriously in Nigeria, Nnamdi Kanu release must be vigorously pursued by all igbos. Many Nigerians especially those from other tribes often laugh at the igbos as too selfish, easily swayed by money and not united towards national interests. 2027 election will be a golden opportunity for all igbos to make national statement to prove the jesters wrong by unanimously demanding the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu as a precondition for election to old in any south east state. If Nigeria fails to yield to the demand, let the election day be a day of total shutdown so that the whole world may bear witness to the injustice against Kanu and marginalization of the igbos over "one Nigeria". For those igbos who may be against this due to their interest towards voting for Peter Obi.... Know this, that you will be a big fool in eyes of Nigeria for going against the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu to participate in a rigged election you know deep down Peter Obi will not be allowed to win. Nigeria is an unjust country that does not and will fight to ensure an igbo presidency does not emerge. Personally, I am disappointed in Peter Obi, IMO he is a false messiah, he is no different from other desperate selfish politicians because he knows deep down that Nigeria is an unworkable toxic contraption that only breeds injustice, he knows that the best way to liberate his people and all Nigerians is by pushing for an end to the contraption through a national referendum, yet he continues to peddle false hope to his gullble followers that Nigeria will somehow work and get better if he becomes president. Igbos shouldn't be deceived as nothing revolutionary that will benefit them will come out from an Obi presidency if he some how miraculously wins in 2027, even if it turns out that he genuinely wants to work for Nigerians, as long as he will be bound by 1999 constition, the same forces that fought against Jonathan will fight him and his own will be worse because he is an igbo man..... All igbos need to look beyond Peter Obi's fantasy political ambition which only reinforces the injustice of "One Nigeria", unite towards next year to demand for Nnamdi Kanu's uncomditional release and a referendum that will grant them total political/economy autonomy to develop their region.
No other major tribe in Nigeria will remain quiet for this long as igbos are doing in the face of brazen injustice against their own. This is why all igbos will be on trial in 2027, if they fail to unite over the call to free Nnamdi Kanu and allow elections to hold in their states then they will indeed deserve to be called fools to have betrayed Nnamdi Kanu whose only crime was fighting for their liberation....
For non-igbo Nigerians, you will be better off pushing for a revolution than participating in Tinubu's well grafted rigged election that won't make any difference to your situation, Tinubu can't be voted out in a election he controls. There is no salvation for the people unless a national referendum is done that will lead to a total decentralization or disintegration of the country..... I'm Glad you Obidients are now Accepting the fact that Peter Obi will Never Become The President Of Nigeria |

Christianity Etc › Re: RCCG Not APC Church; Why I Protested In Past – Adeboye by Parachoko: 5:07pm On May 02 |
Ironfaceman: The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Enoch Adeboye, has dismissed claims that the church is aligned with any political party, insisting that it remains a place of worship open to all Nigerians regardless of political affiliation.
Speaking during the May monthly Holy Ghost Service tagged “Excellent Counsel, Adeboye said suggestions that RCCG is linked to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) are unfounded, noting that members of different political parties freely worship together.
“Some people are saying RCCG is an APC church. I just smile. In RCCG, you will find a governor from the Peoples Democratic Party sitting down with a governor from the Labour Party, APC, and APGA. By the special help of God, we are representative of the whole nation, and that is what we will continue to be,” he said.
The cleric stressed that while politicians are welcome in the church, the altar is not a platform for political expression.
“If you saw one governor among us today dancing and you were expecting he would be called forward to say something, we don’t do that. But if you come to worship with us, you are welcome. Our duty is to pray for everybody,” he added.
On Nigeria’s political future, Adeboye offered a spiritual perspective on the 2027 presidential election, stating that the outcome is already determined by God.
“The one that will rule has been decided by God before we were born. He knows the end from the beginning,” he said, urging Nigerians to remain focused on prayer and their personal responsibilities.
Addressing his past involvement in public protests, Adeboye explained that his actions were in obedience to directives from the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).
“That was because the then chairman of CAN asked all Christians to go out for a peaceful protest. If he talks tomorrow and asks me to march, I will,” he said, adding that he operates under the authority of CAN on national Christian matters.
He also clarified that he does not see himself as a spiritual father to all Nigerian Christians, describing himself strictly as the leader of RCCG.
“I don’t want to be the father of all Christians in Nigeria. I am certified as being the father of RCCG, and that is enough assignment for me,” he said.
Adeboye further urged members of the church to avoid engaging in criticism or political disputes involving fellow believers, assuring them of his continued support and protection.
I will not allow any outsider to dictate to me how to deal with my own children. Even if you make a mistake, I will not allow an outsider to tell me what to do with my own children. I will defend you against anybody, any blogger or whatever who may say anything against you.
“If anybody is criticising any of us, don’t join them. Don’t allow them to use you for politics
https://www.vanguardngr.com/2026/05/rccg-not-apc-church-why-i-protested-in-past-adeboye/ Adeboye don't need to give the Bitter Ones an Answer The people calling Redeem Church an APC church are the same people who once called APC and Islamic Party |
