YBNSCEO:
Hello all the name is astro as everyone is dropping strategy me as a sport bet lord have to drop mine but I don't do group chats and emails......
Here is my strategy....its nothing new it require common sense, good capital minimum 10k,research and luck risk %10 is the safest bet you can get....loss is one out of 10...in shot anytime u lose no say u get bad head!!
So astro wats the damn strategy...........?
Ok its all in basket ball!!!......hold on I know u hate the game,we all do very unpredictable especially over/under.now basket ball is a 2 way sport meaning there must be a winner nothing like draw.if after 4 quarter points are the same we go to overtime, but in my years of experience overtime happens rarely in short 1 in every 10 games..now odd for no over time is usually low from 1.02 to 1.04,all I do is accumulate 4 games and put minimum of 10k eg Slip [Clear bet slip]
No
1.04 [Remove]
No
1.02 [Remove]
No
1.04 [Remove]
No
1.02 [Remove]
Accumulator
stake 10000 NGN
Odds: 1.12
Bonus: 5.50
Winning: 11050.50
I get about 11k....and if u losehuhlost must come I don't just select any game I know leagues that hardly play overtime eg china stay away from usa they sometimes play overtime and note this trick pick teams that there is no much difference btw them eg 1.60 vs 2.10 stay away from odds like 1.14 vs 4.2 also stay away from cup matches play only league matches and the most important don't accumulate marcopolo I normally play just 4 games and I have done this 15 times and lost twice.I played 50k once and won about 58k making 8k profit then I started using d profit to stake so in a day I make about 2k free without fear!!!osheeeeeee works 90% if na 100k u put just make sure u chose games from different leagues and good leagues too u can contact me for games if na 5k u pocket daily na sometin don't b greedy!!!I salute the hux lukesmith u r a goat #ASTRO
boss thanks for the tip.. can u tell us abt leagues that we can pick from.

lipsyliscious: Dey keep saying d other 3 reasons are nt weighty enough, bt ASUU is insisting, so they should just sign the damn new MOU! So we cn all move on
okupke said that most of the demands of the
Academic Staff Union of Nigerian Universities,
ASUU, have been agreed upon at the 13-hour
meeting they had with the President in
October.
“At the end of that meeting, the Government
proposed that everything that has been agreed
should be put in a memorandum of agreement
and that the two parties should sign, but the
leadership of ASUU declined and said instead
of that, they would rather have a letter of
comfort expressing everything that has been
resolved therein, and that will suffice for
them.”
According to him, the Government agreed to
their request and issued the said letter based
on the agreement that the strike would be
called off within 7 days. However, this did not
happen “in spite of the fact that the ASUU
leadership presented the letter of comfort to
its chapters nationwide and a clear majority of
them endorsed the resolutions reached and
actually were more inclined towards calling off
the strike.”

Education › Fg Proves Payment Of 200 Billion Into Account by paragon40(op): 10:59pm On Dec 04, 2013
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, December 04,
(THEWILL) – The Senior Special Assistant to
the President on Public Affairs, Dr. Doyin
Okupe, on Wednesday, declared that there is
no victor, no vanquished in the current
struggle between the Federal Government and
members of the Academic Staff Union of
Universities (ASUU).
He therefore pleaded with the union to resume
duties, saying the Federal Government is
committed to fulfilling the agreement reached
with the lecturers.
Declaring this at a media briefing in Abuja,
Okupe said :‘’It has become necessary for us to
show proof to the Nigerian public confirming
our earlier statement that following the
Presidential intervention on the ongoing strike
by Nigerian University lecturers, President
Goodluck Jonathan gave the required
instructions to ensure the fulfillment of what
was agreed with the Academic Staff Union of
Universities.’’
According to Okupe, ‘’On the 13th of
November 2013, the office of the Accountant
General of the Federation authorised the
banking and payment system department of the
Central Bank of Nigeria via a letter with
reference number FD/OAGF/220/
ADC/1/4DF to open a “revitalisation of
Universities Infrastructural Account” with the
CBN.
‘’On the 29th of November, 2013, the CBN
confirmed in a letter reference BPSD/BSD/
CON VOL 17/088 to the Accountant General
of the Federation that the said account had
been opened and an account number was given.
‘’Prior to all these, the Director of Funds in
the Office of the Accountant General of the
Federation MK DIKWA, through a letter
reference FD/LP2008/37/C/I/DF dated 8th
of November communicated with the Executive
Secretary of the Nigeria Universities
Commission requesting for the list of Federal
Universities in Nigeria for the purpose of
opening a Special Account for them.
‘’On the 12th November, 2013, the NUC
through the office of the Executive Secretary,
Prof Julius Okojie in a letter reference NUC/
ES/444/VOL15/280 responded to the
request and gave the list of the Universities
with their various account numbers domiciled
with the CBN.
‘’Following this, the Accountant General has
communicated with the Executive Secretary
requesting for the details of amount payable to
each of the listed universities which is
currently being processed by the NUC.
‘’I state categorically that I have personally seen
the balance in the account as of today and
confirm that it contains the requisite amount
and disbursement will commence as soon as on
going administrative processes are sorted out.’’
Okupe stated further: ‘’ We want to re affirm
that the President and this administration have
no credibility issues whatsoever. Mr. President
has always honored his words and obligations
to the Nigerian people as and at when due.
‘’Finally, given due considerations to the four
items mentioned by ASUU as preconditions to
their calling off the strike, we state
categorically that none of them remain
substantially pending or weighty enough to
justify the continuation of the strike.
Therefore there are no further legitimate
reasons for the strike by University teachers to
continue a day any longer.
‘’We therefore call on Dr. Nasir Fagge, his
distinguished colleagues in the ASUU
leadership as well as other patriotic members
of their union to put all else aside and call off
this strike in the interest of our young men
and women who have been kept out of school
for five months and who have no recourse to
any form of compensation whatsoever.
‘’Having come this far, we believe it is time
that we all come together once again as major
stakeholders in the affairs of the country and
the educational sector in particular to move on
and begin to chart a new course for advancing
the sector and improving the standard of our
institutions for higher learning. There is no
victor or vanquished in this protracted
disagreement.’’

Sequel to the Vice Chancellor's directive that
FUTO students should resume as directed by
FG.
I wish to condemned a section of online media
information on sack of All lecturers in FUTO
wish
I describe as utterly irresponsible, deplorable,
highly unprofessional and unethical antics of
certain fringe elements operating in the
nebulous
sphere of cyberspace who would do nothing
less
than to persist in seizing every opportunity to
unjustifiably malign, impugn, misinform and
mislead the general public by cooking and
spreading malicious lies and fallacy. FG
directed
lecturers to sign registers in schools to show
that they have resumed. To the best of my
knowledge FUTO has not sacked any lecturer.
Nonetheless, All Students are expected to
return
to school. The school management maintains
exam must hold this year though the exam
may
not start on 9th of December, 2013 as
scheduled
earlier. A new date will be communicated upon
students return. Aluta Continua...!

The Committee of Pro-Chancellors of Federal
Universities on Tuesday called for the
immediate re-opening of all shut down
universities across the country.
This is contained in a communiqué signed by
the committee’s Chairman, Prof. Kimse
Okoko, released in Abuja on Tuesday.
The communiqué was issued at the end of the
committee’s meeting to discuss the lingering
strike by the Academic Staff Union of
Universities (ASUU) and other issues affecting
the Nigerian University System.
It stated that the call for the re-opening of the
universities was unanimously agreed by all
Pro-chancellors in the interest of the country.
The communique directed all the Vice-
Chancellors to comply with the decision.
Bayero University kano: Pro-chancellors order
all universities to reopen
It commended the efforts by the Federal
Government to address the major issues that
led to the strike and lauded the personal
intervention of President Goodluck Jonathan in
the resolution of the dispute.
It also expressed satisfaction with the outcome
of the referendum conducted in all the
branches of ASUU nationwide, which voted
60-40 in favour of the suspension of the
ongoing strike.
The communique explained that the
committee’s decision was based on the negative
impact the strike had had on the university
system, students and the parents.
It, however, appealed for the understanding
from the leadership and members of ASUU to
ensure speedy restoration of academic activities
on campuses.
