I think by now ppl outside d North can feel wat d Northerners are feeling.. the Fulani herdsmen have been in constant quarrel with their Northern host, most of them are not even Nigerians, they come from neighbouring countries, those are d troublesome ones, u hardly see other Fulani with homes ho about attacking ppl, but dis waka..about ones they are hard to fight... |
Now dis is getting outta hand, this what d Northerners have been battling with for years.. the worse thing is dat they don't hav a place call home, always roaming about, causing mayhem... |
OTDR:so many educated illiterate all over...to them every Northerner is an Hausa..... can't u see how they reffer to BH as an Hausa thing even when most if d BH guys don't understand Hausa language... |
wow! how many can identify the book on the table "MAGANA JARI CE" |

Mindfulness:I still maintain that we import any product we have comparative, and absolute disadvantage, be it toothpicks or any other products, while we concentrate on our area of advantage. it's not too late to go back to agriculture, we also have several mineral resources we can explore... |
Mindfulness:of course we have access to cheap labour, and technology, but d population of China, and advancement gv it an edge. on your second point, there are many other area, we hav comparative, and absolute advantage over China, so we can explore that, must bit be in toothpicks production only? |
kayfra:yes, we can keen importing toothpicks, simply because China hav a comparative advantage of producing toothpicks than Nigeria, wat I mean is dis, it's not that we don't hav bamboo or something, but importing toothpicks from China is a lot cheaper than producing it here, because China have access to cheap labour, and technology...so in dis case, will u advice we produce toothpicks at say #100, when we can import it at #30? on d issue of importing everything from China, we can blame ourself for that, because we so much rely on oil as our major source of export, hence neglecting other areas of investment, which reduce us to mono economy , but God willing if we can diversify, d whole economy, like Ebonyi state is doing in term of rice production, Sokoto in d area of Agriculture, and d likes, u can be sure we will have enough to export, and rely less on crude..... |
kayfra:if they devalue their Yuan, then our naira will be strengthen against d Yuan....abi I lie? |
yarimo:yes fuel queue, as the state Govt subsidise fuel to sell at 87 naira, and also station police men to ensure compliance... kudos abeg. |

The Anambra State Police Command on Thursday arrested a serving member of the National Youth Corps Scheme, NYSC, for alleged armed robbery and kidnapping. The State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Ali Okechukwu, made this disclosure to newsmen while parading the unnamed corps member, alongside nine other suspects at the Command’s headquarters. The PPRO said the arrest was made possible by information volunteered by the public to officers of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS. “The corps member is currently serving in Anambra State and has been involved in armed robbery and kidnapping in and around the state. “The corps member had on March 22, conspired with another suspect and broke into the Igwe’s Lodge at Abagana and robbed students of the National Open University of their handsets, laptops and cash of N92, 000. “On March 6 at about 2100hrs, four kidnappers, who hailed from Obosi in Idemili Local Government, lured their victim (a young lady), out of Onitsha Sports Club, via Facebook to Oguta Road in Onitsha, where she was kidnapped at an uncompleted building. “The victim was also kept for days until the ransom of N500, 000 was paid. “The victim was stripped naked and video-recorded after robbing her of a Samsung Galaxy phone, blue touch screen phone and wrist watch all valued at N90, 000. “One locally made short gun with live cartridge and an axe was recovered from them,” Okechukwu said. The PPRO noted that the suspects will be charged to court soon, adding that the corps member had confessed to the crime. http://dailypost.ng/2016/04/08/serving-corps-member-nabbed-for-robbery-kidnapping-in-anambra/?utm_source=dlvr.it_dp1&utm_medium=facebook |

A middle-aged man, Nonso Azubuike, who specializes in stealing tricycles, popularly known as keke NAPEP, on Tuesday gave gruesome details on how he murders his victims. The suspect, an indigene of Otolo in Nnewi, Anambra State, confessed that he relocated to Enugu from Abuja, alongside his accomplice, after they had killed five commercial motorcyclists. According to him, “we operated for so long in Abuja but had to relocate when the situation became difficult. Before we left, we killed five okada riders in Nasarawa. “Here in Enugu, we usually board a Keke, myself and my friend, Kennedy Ihunegbo, who is now dead; we will ask the Keke rider to take us to our building site at Ugwuaji; on getting there, we will ask him to help us load some items into the keke; once he bends down, one of us will use hammer and hit him on the head until he dies. “We will now bury him in a shallow grave, which we usually dug at a building foundation within the Enugu- Port Harcourt Express Way.” Earlier while parading him alongside other suspects at the Enugu State Police command’s headquarters, the commissioner of police, Nwodibo Ekechukwu, disclosed that Nonso and his accomplice, now late, escaped after committing similar act at keffi in Nasarawa State and relocated to Enugu early January, 2016. The commissioner stated that the two suspects, initially engaged in crimes of killing commercial motorcycle riders in Abuja, adding that in 2014, they spread their operations to Nasarawa state and had stolen so many motorcycles mainly in Ado area of the state. http://dailypost.ng/2016/04/05/i-have-killed-buried-7-tricycle-riders-man-confesses-in-enugu/?utm_source=dlvr.it_dp1&utm_medium=facebook |

halfricanadian:these remind me of d scenario btw ma sis and her husband, he love her so much dat he wouldn't allow her a 10 feet space alone, he always think we will take her back... despite d family disapproval, ma sis insist on marrying him. fast forward after 3 children, he marry 2 more wives, and couldn't care for her financially, d little we send to her, he will collect and spend, when she got tired, she let him leave the house, before she park her things, and move to stay with one of our cousin in a nearby state. when he arrive, and couldn't find ma sis anywhere, he send the other wives to their fathers house, dat how could they allow her leave. he called us in Lagos to seek her where about, we told him she is not with us, he travelled to our home state...the families their knowing him very well, threatened him to provide their daughter or he won't leave d village, he broke down, and cry like a baby.. he travel from village to village looking for her, to no avail, all dis while, ma elder bro knew where she was, but decide to teach him a lesson.. after the journey, he ran outta cash, and have to sell his phone to proceed back home, from home, he arrange another money, and set out again, down to Lagos, because ma elder bro told him she is with him, when he get to Lagos, and find out she his not there, he almost kill himself. I was full of pity for him, after so much pleading, he was told she is in Kebbi State, he set out again. before getting to Kebbi, he start making mouth, lashing out at ma brother, before he got there, ma brother have send a taxi to pick her from where she is, Ahahahha, it's like the guy knew, he chartered a bike, and block d taxi...and said hell will be let loose if he didn't take his wife with him. since then, he dare not maltreat her again. |
