una no go hurry advise this one now oh. when he go start to dey cry, na sorry we go dey tell am. JOHN1982, hmmm, if na so BOM easy, nobody for they office oh. My 2cent. My beloved Wappy has spoilt me with 2mins strategies, after being used to betting 4hrs or a full day, now 15mins seems too long. SaintFaculty, lovely strategy you have there and I love its simplicity, I still dont know how it will be on my account balance though. I'd try it soon. Pls to the new traders (I didnt say Newbie oh, cus some of us a old and we are still newbies), money management isnt preached because someone doesnt want you to hammer quickly. Infact, the reason i use MM and i tell my friends to, is that it gives you room to settle in. With a new strategy, even if u re successful in ur Demo, using ur main account on the strategy might not be so easy initially, but if u use 5% you wont feel like someone stabbed you when you lose a trade. One other lesson is that MM gives you the strength to compound your gains. your 100dolls turns into 115 in one day, den 140 d next day. it is soo much better than, 100, 150, 80, 20, 70, 105. trust me I know what I'm talking about. |
Thanks. Just to be sure, u meant that 68percent and the 23percent lines, are good entry points especially for currencies that are volatile. Hope I got it. |
fxbomovi: Fibo is powerful and fairly accurate if drawn well. I do nt use it because its subjectiue. Thanks |
Good morning everybody. Over the weekend, I was doing a little research and I found out that Pivot lines any of the 4 methods (floor, woodie, camarilla etc) acted as better supprot and resistance than Fib Lines. Infact Fib lines only held properly when it was in the same position a pivot line. Please the question is, am I correct in my deduction and if I am, if Fib lines are such useless Support and Resistance, why are dey respected so much? |
Please people should stop this Amaechi is David and GEJ is Goliath story. Amaechi is playing the hapless victim and saint now because things are not going well for him. Where we not all in this country when he was seriously canvasing for the President so they can remove subsidy? When he was running everywhere trying to convince us that the removal of subsidy will give the States more revenue for capital projects...then a couple of months after that he bought a big-boys toy for N7billion as if private jet is now capital project. To me in this matter the only victims are the tax payers whose sweat is being mismanaged by the day. |
A non-forex book I want to recommend for the Professional traders and the Amateur trader: THE OUTLIERS by Malcolm Gladwell. It looks at success not by the crude way we tend to judge it, but by how it really is. My Fav Quote is "People ascribe Bill Gates 60billion dollars to his being very intelligent, I know a lot of very intelligent people who don't have 60billion and who may never get it. The secret is to put a lot of time into a particular task for the shortest possible time. That rule is the 10,000hr rule." The practicality in that rule is that if 10hours a day is spent study the forex market and reading forex materials, by the 3rd year, you will be a genuis in Forex. Genuises are made not born. Ciao |
Wow...see the amount of viewers and guests!!! PS...people should stop quoting nonsense, I'm hearing that only 5% of traders win, but Oanda (one of the biggest brokers) said 46% of their customers ended last year profitable. |
Rozayx5 and Ayox2003 you guys are in today's Punch page 14 |
Ignorance, ego and a whole lot of crap. This is a minor thing. Why get angry?
that dance has been their only export for years now . i cant blame them for getting angry |
caesaraba: Go to that start of this thread (page Zero) , there you'll find the links to previous seasons where u could learn a lot. But if u are just looking for strategies, you can read thru this season alone and find concrete ones. Which ever you choose, wish u good luck. This advice is exactly my thought, but if the guy has some knowledge already and just needs a strategy that works, I think getting one from this current tread will do. |
teeboy4x: FINAL FULL STOP...U CAN AS WELL REDUCE THE BARRIER TO INCREASE THE RETURNyes boss. But seriously, have you tried reducing the time frame? if I'm correct, the strategy is 5mins tf, when the signal comes, you will place a 15mins bet? |
Tolo2: This is a sure win strategy. I used it when the market's volatility was low yesterday and didn't lose a trade. The best part is that you wont be under any pressureI thought it was +or-30 barrier you guys were using oh! And that is what i have been using on my demo. Surprisingly, the success rate is alarming and since naturally I'm a touch better, this is what i have been looking for; especially for short times frame. But i think this strategy is best during low volatility period. What do you think? |
See as Bovi dey rock gold chain! |
To all the Guru's in the house: pls when is the best time to trade BETMARKET in nigerian time ( morning & evening)? Its not easy sitting with computer looking at indicators all day.
I'm not a guru but let me try and answer. It depends on the strategy you are using and how many minutes bets you place. If you place 2mins rise and fall bet, you can bet all day. If you are into long bets like 4hrs or even a day, I personally prefer Morning or evening like around now. |
I've been seeing all this argument and I've been trying to avoid saying anything. I got to know of this strategy (I got it free) and I was vigorously taught how to use it. But my people, I wasn't half as successful at it as I was in my normal strategy, I left this 2mins strategy after 1 week. My point exactly is that, its not like the strategy isn't good, but it depends on you. What i use is the best for me and I like my steady returns and progress. This 2mins strategy isn't the holy grail, the best way to be successful in BOM is to study and study and then do what suits you best. Ask anybody except wappy, that has used that strategy for a week if it is easy, and you will hear the truth. Sometimes you will look at ur chart for a full hour and you won't see a good entry to place a bet. Have a great week. Dag8 we have talk oh. |
naijababe: Wish I could say the same, all my positions have closed at BE this week. Nothing has enteredHenry Lui CSM has helped me 50percent of the time though. It gave me the confidence to enter set ups my chart is showing me. |
naijababe: If 127 is exceeded this week, 134 is the next target on my chart . I'm having my best week so far and its only Tuesday! |
naijababe: Una wan to turn me to old woman by force, abeg drop the ma jo.fanks! |
naijababe: @Meshpips, nice one. Noted this is on 15mins chart, your entries must be really precise.Madam, I'm with you on the EJ. Targeting 127, but since I'm into spread betting, I also need to know when it will reach 127. I'm imagining, within 10 days, but what do you think Ma? |

naijababe: Check out the daily tf chart that I posted on the previous page. Unless the lower trendline is broken again, I am longing gold. It gapped up at +40 pips at the open. I am looking to buy around 1578.*salute* Thanks ma. |
naijababe: No shakes babe. We are good. Check out the crudes, na dem and gold be the object of my affection this weekOn the 1hr Chart gold seems ready to rise but higher time frame still says down. I'm on the fence till 4hr and 1hr agree to point in the same direction. What do you mine by Oranges? (I'm referring to older posts) |
Nice, Very nice indeed. The boy's shoe at the conference is what picked my attention though. |
The part that he refused to dump it because he considered it still worthy of living touched me. Here is a man keeping a deformed pig yet some people will abandon Albino babies. |
naijababe: Everybody is manipulating their currency, na wa!!!Its a crazy world. All the analysis my brothers on the tread have been doing since morning, has been thrown away just by a coin toss. |
naijababe: Nothing and Draghi is supposed to be talking at 3.30pmno actually the G7 said they were not comfortable with the Yen's low. Those Mofo's are more dangerous than Draghi |
is he originally from nigeria? maybe he's ok sha.
He is a full Nigerian <both mum and dad>. But he grew up in Ghana. He said it in an interview |
