Yes, a lot of banks Stanbic inclusive will allow 100k. You can fill a form or just write a letter to the bank that you have account in and tell them you want to buy 365 days T bills.

The last page, someone has said when the next auction will be. You can also check online for cbn tbills calendar for the quarter.

I'm not competing with them. Most are unnecessarily arrogant, expecting you to jump at their every wimp. That one is for fresh grad to be doing cus anyway na way.

I'm just glad that I'm not the only one that finds their behaviour irritating.

I want to use this post to call out HR guys that recruit for companies. You announce a job, people send you their CVs and you do your selection. Now you invite people for the interview and even call to confirm they will attend. But when candidates asked which company you are you recruiting for, you won't answer.

I find this attitude really irritating. Why do I have to go there before knowing the name of the company? What am I expected to say when asked the regular interview questions like "what can you offer us" and "why are you here". I find this very unprofessional because this HR guys will expect you to start lying and offering things on the spot.

Now I'm talking from a experienced position and not a graduate trainee position. This is because our career outlook is different, one seeks to grow and is mindful of what the next company should be, the other seeks to put a foot at the door, any door for that matter.

Another thing I've noticed is people looking for accountant with 5 - 8 yrs experience and yet want to pay 150k. This is just a pet peeve of mine but really lets use the salary to judge the experience level. No sound accountant with 5 - 8 yrs experience is looking for 150k. I'm sure this also goes for virtually all jobs.

Shout out to Debbie and the crew for doing a wonderful job. NL job section has been truly blessed by your involvement.

Most people even leave full time jobs after 2 years for fast promotion elsewhere. From the pay, there is an indication that you are an experienced staff and would most likely be able to get another job after 2 years. Try and also consider if relocating your family would be ideal at this time due to spouse commitments and kids school.

This is a big mistake that a lot of people make with certain government parastatals. The banks will pay back with fines and penalty. The key word being penalty. A certain bank has paid 2 billion as penalty to CBN in the past.

2 % is over 3 million people. Not such a low number in actual terms.

What is even the percentage of Nigerians that own bank accounts in the first place. 70 million accounts in a country where most account holders have 3 bank accounts should tell you that 70 percent of the population don't even operate a bank account in the first place.

Sorry to intrude, but as a concerned follower of yours I'd rather you be careful. Think about the time value of money and how you can monitor your investment. If you read the business plan kindly think of ALL scenarios that might not have been written down. Personal experience here speaking.

The kind of bleaching they sell these days don't give you anything dark. I'm not talking of any cheap lotion. If you look at his knuckles you won't see any tell tale signs of bleaching. Over make up is the guy's major problem, his face is too bright.

What I did was to draw up a T table of my current pros and cons and then that of my expectation.
You can compare
Pay, nature of job,flexibility, leave time, study leave options, promotions, work place relationship, distance to and fro work etc

If you do the pros and cons of your current place, then try and do one for DB and then weigh it. For instance, say pay: DB might pay more but the uncertainty of your final department might be a major con for you and might disuade you from taking the job.

What happens when you set a 20 pip stop loss on one of the 5 most volatile pairs and you don't monitor the movement of the pair all day? You will most definitely be stopped out.

It has nothing to do with gender. To me its more about human control. Let's imagine this is Hepatitis B or C or some other virus that doesn't have a quick test. Isn't the man expected to walk away when the lady refused to get tested.
