Normally in situations like this, 'a wise woman' will visit her husband's hometown at least once a year if she lives in the country.
It could be during a family event (wedding, burial, Christmas, etc).. doing this will only show that she still has some regard for her husband's people regardless of what she thinks/suspects about them.

But seeing that she refuses to step foot on it, there's nothing you or anyone can 'physically' do about it especially if her husband is okay with it.
However, staying away will only cause more problems for her and even if her suspicions are totally false, this single act of disregard on her part will make her the center of attacks from her husband's people...she will be seen as the bad wife and her gist will be on everyone's lips.
Like I said before, a wise woman would know how to handle this situation without giving 'your people' more reasons to gossip her

NB: I put 'physically' in bold for a reason, just in case there are members of your family who are indeed diabolical

Speaking of Sarah's death, I absolutely, completely hate Laurel. If I doubted my growing hatred for her before...........I don't need to anymore.


The writers killed off Tommy so she could have her own arc, now they kill off Sarah because they want her to be black canary?

What's next? They kill off Felicity so Laurel can be with Oliver? I'm not a huge fan of Sarah but Laurel will never be half the black canary Sarah was.
If they keep killing characters to prop up Laurel....... arrow will lose fans.

Haba what happened?

My family can't just wake up and start telling me my husband's family wants to kill me.

Something must have led to that. And if it is something genuine,then it's not surprising that she's reluctant to visit.

No one wants to play with their life even if the threat is very very minimal.

In fact if there's possibility of a quarrel or fight,someone like me won't even want to visit because I fear trouble pass anything. Not to talk of when I'm genuinely afraid for my life.

Finally why doesn't she trust her husband?
Even if I have issues with my in laws,as long as my husband dey my corner,I'll have no fear.
Something tells me she doesn't trust the man.

They need to sort out whatever is going on beneath before the visiting issue can be addressed.

why does she think there is a conspiracy? Besides, you telling us that her reasons are not good enough is unaccept unless you tell is what her reason is exactly. You are uncle's family and will definitely be on his side whether right or wrong.

You shouldnt conclude that her people are brainwashing her. That could lead to more feud between families. I feel she needs to open up more about what she saw or heard that made her conclude that they are conspiring against her. You can't make accusations like that without concrete proof. I hope she isnt the superstitious type that loves to point fingers.
