*Just In:* *SOUTH EAST APC YOUNG PROGRESSIVES FORUM COMMENDS APC FOR ITS ZONING ARRANGEMENTS.* *… commends The Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) for release of Sub-committees for the Convention.* .*… Urges APC National to disregard the purported statement from one faceless Group called Coalition of South East APC.* *… Praises Senator Ken Nnamani for his Role in resolving some salient issues in the Party.* 2nd March, 2022. Abakiliki- South East APC Young Progressives Forum has commended President Muhammadu Buhari, the Progressives Governors and The Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) for reassuring the Party that APC National Convention will hold as scheduled on 26th March, 2022. This was contained a message released to the Newsmen by the National Cordinator of the Forum, Comrade Paschal Candle in Awka Anambra State. Comrade Paschal Candle thanked Mr President and The Governors for their sincerity of purpose in making sure that this Convention takes place by March 26, 2022. Comrade Paschal Candle maintained that the Party will now have time to look at issues as it concerns post-Convention differences and the best possible way to resolve them on time before Presidential Primary and 2023 Elections. Reacting to APC Zonal Arrangements in the Party, The Group commended the Party Leadership at the National for giving South East very sensitive Positions in the Party like Deputy National Chairman (South), National Treasurer, Deputy National organising Secretary, National Welfare Secretary amongst others. This is a good offer for the Zone considering the fact that South East is laying serious claim to Nigerian President of Igbo extractions. These Positions allocated to South East in the National Working Committee has shown that APC really want to integrate Ndi Igbo into Nigeria Politics. We are grateful to Mr President, Progressives Governors and Senator Ken Nnamani for standing up for South East interest. Reacting to The rejection of The Offices Zoned to South East by some Persons and groups. The National Cordinator, Comrade Paschal Candle Described those behind the rejections as not Members of APC in any State. They are just busy bodies and Meddlesome interlopers. One of the Groups, Coalition of South East APC, he maintained that no such group exist either at APC National or South East APC Zonal Office for they are unknown to the Party. He described the Spokesman of the group, One Iyke Oliobi as Ex- Member of APC in Anambra State, who has been expelled from the Party Long time in his State Anambra State. For avoidance of doubt, this is the records of his disciplinary action by the Party during the Tenure of Chief Basil Ejidike and it is on record till date that he has not been recalled to the Party. So, how can he be speaking for The Members of the Party he is not a member in the first place. *see attached the documents of his expulsion from the Party two years ago.* We urge the Progressives Governors and CECPC to disregard the group for they are being sponsored by one PDP Member who claimed to be contesting for National Secretary when the Party has not made its Position on Zoning public. How can somebody be contesting for a Position, when it has not been officially zoned to any zone. We stand with the decisions of the Party Leadership and we, as a Progressive Forum, stand with the Party for Party is supreme over any individual ambition. We challenged the faceless group to make public where South East Leaders sat and took a decision about National Secretary. We We also commend Senator Ken Nnamani for his Leadership as South East APC Representative in CECPC. He has done well and has used his wealth of Experience as Former Senate President to bring Sanity in the Party. As a Forum, we will support him if he intends to go for the National Deputy Chairman (South), which is zoned to South East now for we believe he will do well and represent us well at the National Working Committee of the Party. Comrade Paschal Candle called on the Progressives Governors not to be disturbed by those noise making, for the group is incapable of doing APC any harm. They do not belong in the Progressive family. We believe Our Convention will hold as scheduled and we will come out of the convention more United, stronger and love, the Statement ended.

*TRENDING NEWS:* *Anambra APC Primary 2021: Court of Appeal Throws out Senator Andy Uba’s Appeal.* *…Upholds the Judgement of Federal High Courts that disqualifies Senator Andy Uba as APC Governorship Candidate for Anambra Election.* By Paschal Candle February 24, 2022 Abuja- The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Wednesday upheld the judgment of the Federal High Court which set aside the candidacy of Senator Andy Uba as the Governorship flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the recent concluded governorship election in Anambra State which produced Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo as Governor. In a unanimous Judgement delivered by Justice Danlami Zenchi, the appellate court dismissed the appeals brought by Senator Andy Uba and the All Progressives Congress (APC) against the judgment of the trial court for lack of merit. Justice Zenchi held that the panel considered all the issues raised by the appellants in the two appeals and resolved all the issues against them and in favour of Chief Dr George Moghalu, the Plaintiff. The court agreed with the submissions of the counsel to Moghalu, Chris Uche SAN, dismissed the appeals, and affirmed the decision of Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court delivered on December 20, 2021. Justice Inyang Ekwo, of the Abuja division of the Federal High Court, had in his judgment that was been challenged at the Court of Appeal, held that Uba was never a candidate in the poll having emerged from an illegally conducted primary election by the APC. Ekwo held that the plaintiff, George Moghalu, succeeded in proving that the APC did not conduct a valid primary election which Mr Uba claimed to have won as the party’s flag bearer in the November 6, 2021 election. Consequently, he ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to delete Uba’s name from its record as a candidate in the election. Justice Ekwo equally ordered the APC to refund to the plaintiff N22.5 million he paid for expression of interest and nomination forms since the party failed to conduct a valid primary. Andy Uba had emerged as the candidate as the APC’s candidate at the primary election held on June 26, 2021. But in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/648/2021, Moghalu, an aspirant in the APC primary election, challenged the process and the outcome of the primary election. Moghalu contended that the APC did not comply with the relevant provisions of the Electoral Act 2010 and the APC’s regulations and guidelines in the conduct of its governorship primary in Anambra State. Meanwhile, the November 6 election has since been won by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Charles Soludo, who was inaugurated in March. In the suit, Moghalu urged the court to determine whether a political party that fails to comply with the provisions of the Electoral Act (2010), the party’s constitution, and its guideline, can validly field a candidate for the election. The plaintiff’s lawyer, Chris Uche, who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), informed the court that his client’s grouse was that the “so-called primary election”, which produced Mr Uba as APC’s candidate for the Anambra governorship poll, breached the Electoral Act and the APC guidelines for the conduct of the exercise. In his arguments, Uche referenced a report by officials of the INEC which allegedly declared that the primary election did not take place up till 5.30 p.m. when its officials left the primary election venue. This report, according to the plaintiff’s lawyer, corroborates his client’s claim that the APC did not hold a valid primary in Anambra State. He prayed the court to declare that, by virtue of the APC’s alleged non-compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act 2010 and the party’s regulations and guidelines in the conduct of its primary in Anambra State, Uba “is not a candidate at the said 6th November 2021 gubernatorial election or at any subsequent postponement”. The plaintiff equally asked the court to declare that the APC was bound to comply with all the relevant legal provisions in the conduct of its primary election after having demanded and received N22.5 million from him and 13 other aspirants. He also asked the court to, among others, declare that having allegedly failed to comply with the relevant applicable laws, the APC had no candidate for the governorship election. He, therefore, urged the court to order the party to refund the N22.5 million he paid for the expression of interest and nomination forms. Furthermore, he asked the court to grant a perpetual injunction to restrain Mr Uba from parading himself as the candidate of the APC in the (then) forthcoming election. Court Nullifies APC Congresses In Anambra States February 23, 2022 Awka- The Anambra State High Court sitting in Awka on Wednesday declared as a nullity, wards, local government and state congresses held by the All Progressives Congress, APC, in January 2022 in Anambra. The party had conducted congresses which produced Mr Basil Ejidike as the state chairman. But Justice Ike Ogu of High Court four Awka, who delivered a judgment on the matter, ruled that the exercise contravened initial Interlocutory injunction earlier issued by his court. Mr Ogu, whose judgment on the suit filed by one Lawrence Emegini and others ruled that the plaintiff’s case succeeded. The court said that the tenure of wards, local government and states executives elected during the 2018 congresses in Anambra subsisted. He noted that whatever congress conducted by APC and its representatives in the state while the tenure of the 2018 elected executives were still running, contravened the order of the court. He stated that Emeka Ibe-led executives should be allowed to complete their tenure which was illegally terminated. Chukwuma Agufugo, secretary of APC in the faction loyal to Ibe described the judgment as victory for the rule of law. Mr Agufugo said that some people had wanted to disorganise the party by attempting to hijack its leadership through the back door, but thanked God that the court had liberated the party. Chief P.I. Ikwueto (SAN), counsel to the plaintiff said that his clients had been vindicated by the decision of the court. Chinonso Chinwuba, the counsel of the faction of APC dissolved by the judgment, said they would study the judgment and know the next line of action to take. “We will file notice of appeal and stay of execution. The judge erred in law and it will be set aside at the appeal,” he said.

THE WORTHLESS VITUPERATIONS OF FAKE AMBASSADOR PASCAL OLUCHUKWU OF FACELESS ASSOCIATION OF EBONYI INDIGENES IN DIASPORA (AESID) 1. The attention of Ebonyi State Ministry of Information and State Orientation has been drawn to a vicious and malicious publication authored by a group of hireling of clannish prejudices, who have been on a dedicated mission to demonize the reputation of the Divine Mandate administration of the Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency Engr. Chief Dr George Moghalu is different from Kingsley Muoghalu. The two are two different persons |
Anambra APC Primary: What we did was not about an individual but about the system Says Dr Moghalu. January 9, 2022 Nnewi- Managing Director, National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Dr. George Moghalu on Sunday said he would have been a responsibility failure if he had not sought for justice over irregularities that characterised the primary election of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the recent governorship election in Anambra State. He said despite the party’s poor performance at the poll, he was satisfied that the right thing was done after all. Moghalu, a governorship candidate of the party had filled a petition in court, insisting there was no party primary, which the Federal high Court Abuja had ruled on his favour. Addressing a press conference in his Nnewi country home, Moghalu said though he had wished his party won, he had never been desperate for power. He stressed that what should preoccupy the minds of party members was rebuilding the party and winning back the confidence of the people. He said, “Its not a must that I will be governor because power belongs to God and he gives to those he pleases. It may be it’s not God’s time for me to be governor. There’s no iota of desperation. READ ALSO Moghalu commiserate with family of slain APC chieftain, promises scholarship for the son “At the same time, I would have failed in my responsibility if I didn’t seek redress and accepted the fraud. The judgement agreed with me and confirmed my position there was no primary. “What we did was not about an individual but about the system and stopping impunity as well as creating enabling environment for democracy to thrive. I insisted the party does what is right. “For every sincere APC member that loves the party, what should concern us is how to rebuild our party, resolve our differences and address our challenges. “We must win back the people’s confidence, rather than wasting our time struggling for leadership. You don’t elect or appoint a leader, it evolves from the people. “It may not surprise you that the other day, someone said they’re going to sack me from the party. I’m not surprised. But the truth remains it’s an anomaly for a tenant to sack a landlord. “I’m a critical stakeholder of the party. You may not like my face, but when APC was formed, I was a member secretary. I didn’t join APC, I was part of the formation. “So when someone who we were magnanimous to accommodate is boasting he wants to sack me, I laugh. I’m waiting for them.” The NIWA boss thanked his party, supporters as well as those who believe in democracy for their support and encouragement throughout the trying period. “I also thank Mr. President and other critical stakeholders who put one word of advice or the other because they know I was seeking for justice,” he added.

*NIWA MD PROFFERS SOLUTION TO MARITIME CHALLENGES* By John Akubo, Abuja The challenges in the maritime sector can only be addressed when inland waterways become fully functional, the Managing Director, National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Dr. George Moghalu, has said. Speaking in Abuja at the inauguration, by the Minister of Transportation, of NIWA, Abuja Liaison Office, at the weekend, the MD said only about 30 per cent of the 10,000 kilometres of the Nigerian waterways were navigable. His words: “All over the world, bulk cargo is either moved by water or by rail, but more by rail, and ours cannot be different. We have over 10,000km of waterways in this country. As we speak, it is slightly over 3,000km that is navigable, which, for me, is scandalous.” According to him, the under-utilisation of the inland waterways is the reason goods that come into the country or those that are export-bound overstay their shelf life at the Apapa Port, adding that the delay makes the goods, which are mostly perishable, to lose quality thereby making the transporter incur financial losses. The goods are rejected because they spend over three months before they are processed for shipping, he argued. “We are interested in getting goods to move. Exporters are lamenting that their goods sometimes spend three months at the export terminal in Apapa and another two months before it gets moved. “We don’t have exclusivity to these goods and that is why we get lots of rejection. They generally say products from Nigeria are not good not knowing that at the point where you took them, they were world-class quality, but by the time we suffer delays at the port, when it gets to its destination, it has gone bad.” On the essence of functional waterways, he expressed the belief not and until the country develops its inland waterways the way they should be, maritime challenges would not be solved. On the decongestion of Apapa port, the NIWA boss said: “We cannot have a world-class port in Onitsha while Apapa port is congested. Meanwhile, over 60 per cent of the cargoes are destined for Onitsha and Aba. So, why can’t we move these cargoes directly to Onitsha? I don’t expect the Maersk vessels to come to Onitsha, but badges can move from Apapa to Onitsha and offload the goods. We are going to save transporters lots of costs and at the same time, it is convenient for the operators".

THE PERSISTENT RISE OF DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO, AAC GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE. When Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo declared his interest to contest 2021 Anambra State Gubernatorial election, some people where sceptical, some where not just sceptical but outrightly pessimistic. They wondered how one with no previous political background or any political structure would succeed in becoming the governor. They measured him in the eyes of men and not that of God. *DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO: THE MAN TO QUELL THE RAGING STORM IN ANAMBRA* It is no longer hidden that our dear state Anambra is undergoing an unprecedented upheaval as a result of so many factors with bad governance at the heart of it all. The people initially had to grapple with failed roads, potholes at every corner, poor healthcare delivery system, unemployment, multiple taxes in our markets, no public housing schemes, absence of pipe-borne water, rising cost of food, non-existent local government system etc. However, the situation took a turn for the worse with the total breakdown of security in the state. Our people are living on the edge daily, overlooking their shoulders to know when the heavy clouds around them will turn into storms. Our struggling economy has equally taken a hit because less people dream of coming near the state not to talk of investing in the state which has exacerbated the already gloomy outlook for our people. However, in times of total hopelessness and resignation to fate, nature always has a way of throwing up a revolutionary leader to lift up the people and rally them to transform their predicament into triumph. Dear Anambrarians, in this dark hour in our journey to liberation, nature has thrust forward Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo (Overdose) to quell the raging storm in Anambra State! Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, the governorship candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) is a rare breed of individual with stellar leadership credentials and the ability to transform a hopeless situation into a success story. He is a man with a peaceful demeanor and a capacity to restore sanity to our state. If elected as Governor, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo will move with lightening speed to ensure that every corner of this state is secured and rid of criminality and brigandage using a multiprong approach. With insecurity being systematically addressed, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo who is also the CEO of Wichtech Group will activate his New Anambra Economic Transformation plans which will see a phased implementation of the various plan to achieve sectoral targets. Immediate attention will be paid to road infrastructure so that Ndi Anambra could heave a sigh of relief as they go about their daily economic activities. In fact, Anambra State will be turned into a huge construction site with the attendant massive job creation. The Bible says, "when the righteous is on the throne, the people rejoice." Ndi Anambra, for this state to experience total healing and progress, we must elect a righteous leader. A leader who is not divisive, a leader with no baggages, a leader with proven competencies and integrity, a leader that is passionate about changing the lot of his people. That leader is *Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo!* Let's vote for Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo and the AAC to bring an end to the storm in Anambra State. *#Vote4AAC* *#VoteDrChidozieNwankwo* *#KaChiDozieAnambraState* *Chido Media Crew*

*THE CHOICE BEFORE NDI ANAMBRA VOTERS IS BETWEEN PERSONALITY PARTY PROFILE (PPP) AND POLITICAL PARTY POLITICS (PPP): DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO IN PERSPECTIVE* Politics is a game of numbers defined by various ideologies but subtly driven by individual and collective interests. They have rules for members that are interested to join them. Political party is a vehicle hired by politicians, paid by politicians and can be used, discarded and forgotten by politicians in all instances however, not on permanent basis. Political parties have persons behind it as it can't stand alone. It's a tool by which interested politicians aspire to offices. It does not define politicians but politicians define it. It's often manipulated by members and is motionless like a tree when being raped politically. *Personality profile politics is where voters look beyond the party and focus on the personality behind the party running for election. In this instance, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, the governorship candidate of African Action Congress (AAC) comes to mind.* It's on record that the known political parties have failed Anambra State in various elected capacities. The known parties have shortchanged us beyond imaginations and still eager to mortgage the good people of Anambra State. Voters must look beyond parties and focus on personalities than parties. The camouflage is party but the real deal is the persons running for election. *A quick check will reveal that Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo is the only candidate without the baggage of controversies, without the dehumanizing and demonic godfatherism, without moral scandals, without indebtedness to banks, without swearing before oracles and deities, without forgery issues, and without EFCC matters.* This is a man emotionally, mentally, physically and psychologically prepared for governance. He will not sit with mean men to devour our IGR but will maximize his contacts and connections to attract Direct Foreign Investments (DFI), create wealth, naturally eradicate insecurity by empowering youths and make Anambra State the envy of all States as a reference point. *Eschew known party affinity and vote for a brand new God gifted party and personality as Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, the CEO of Wichtech Industries. He is the big masquerade behind AAC with a logo of two raised hands symbolizing the hands of God* Yes, with Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, a new Anambra is possible. November 6 is around the corner. Take the AAC message to and beyond your environment maka na aka Chukwu di ya! #VoteDrChido #Vote4AAC #Vote4Overdose *#ChidoMediaTeam*

*DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO WILL UNLOCK THE AGRO POTENTIALS IN ANAMBRA STATE* Once in a cycle of generations, a people can be faced with an array of problems, catastrophes, unexpected emergencies, seeming hopelessness and a highly incompetent government, all at the same with no redemption or escape route in sight. This is exactly the kind of times we have found ourselves in Anambra State at the moment. To make matters worse, the state government’s drought of real economic ideas has increased the hardships faced by Ndi Anambra, an example of which is in agricultural sector where food prices are ballooning through the roof. One can hardly point to a couple of big commercial farms, plantations or processing centers in any part of the state, especially our food belt. The state government simply left farmers to their fate. Even the meagre cassava stems the Ministry of Agriculture is supposed to distribute to farmers during the planting seasons are always seen decaying at the premises of Local Government secretariat. This is the height of incompetence. The State government also clearly does not have plans to ensure we achieve self-sufficiency in livestock production so that our people won’t face any meat crisis in the event of any emergency like witnessed in the recent food blockade by some food dealers association in the North. It is therefore time for Anambrarians to rise up and save our state from the claws of food insecurity and high food prices brought about partly by a state government that is disinterested in leadership and who doesn’t treat food security as a priority. We need to turn to a leader with a clear agricultural policy direction who also has the political will to get things done. That man is *Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo (Overdose), the governorship candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC)* for the forthcoming November 6 governorship election. He is a man that is prepared more than ever before to tackle headlong the agricultural challenges facing our state. Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo has stated his desire to revolutionize agriculture in Anambra State by driving massive investments (including private capitals) into the sector. He has the capacity to attract the much needed private capitals into the agricultural sector in Anambra State. Top on his to-do list in the agro-allied industry in the state would be to bring thousands of fallow hectares of land into cultivation during the 2022 planting season, mostly on an industrial scale. This will be followed by a concerted effort to commence all-year-round farming across the state with mini-irrigation schemes established in many parts of the state in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Water Resources. Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo will also push for the establishment of a fertilizer blending plant as well as a livestock feed production factory in a public private partnership arrangement. This will be a game changer for our crop and livestock farmers especially in the light of rising cost of poultry and fish feeds, which has led to massive increase in the prices of birds and fishes. Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo has also revealed that once elected into office, he will prioritize the setting up of Commodity Boards that will serve as off-takers to mop up excess produce from farmers for storage and processing where necessary. According to him, this is the only way we can control post harvest losses as well as stabilize food prices during the off-season. As governor, that will definitely be one of his priorities. Dr. Chido also disclosed plans of embracing biotechnology in agriculture especially in the area of producing high yielding and disease resistant crop and livestock varieties. Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, who is the CEO of the Wichtech conglomerate, is equally determined to push Anambrarians into cattle ranching and milk production so that we can show our sister states in the South East that an Igbo man can venture into this lucrative but tasking business in a modern way. This is the sustainable thing to do to ensure guaranteed supply of protein for Ndi Anambra. From the foregoing, it is abundantly clear that no other person aspiring to lead our dear state has any revolutionary template in agriculture close to the vision of Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo. It is only him that can truly unlock the quantum of potential that has for long been locked away in our agricultural sector. He has proven his capacity to get things done in various sectors as a businessman and industrialist, he will surely implement these revolutionary plans as Governor. Let us therefore make a governor that will fast forward the realization of a New Anambra in our lifetime! *#Vote4AAC* *#Vote4DrChidozieNwankwo* *#KaChiDozieAnambraState* *© Chido Media Crew.*

*DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO'S AFRICAN ACTION CONGRESS (AAC) GOVERNMENT WILL BE GENDER SENSITIVE*. It will be a new dawn for the youths and women in Anambra State if they troop out en mass on November 6, 2021 to vote Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo as Governor of Anambra State. Here is a man that is well informed in all its ramifications that women are not only essential part of God's creation but catalysts for global development and advancement. He has equally demonstrated this practically in no small measure in his global organization, Wichtech Group. First, in immense recognition of women as partners in progress, his gubernatorial running mate is a woman of substance and tremendous capacity in the person of *Rt. Hon. Chinwe Nwaebili* . She will compliment the efforts of Dr. Nwankwo. In Wichtech Group, women are in Board and prime positions as decision makers. They have done creditably well in the growth profile of the organization. In same stead, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo fondly called Overdose expectedly have a place of pride for Women in his loaded Blueprint. First, having recognized the importance of education as an escalator to greatness, he has education package that will drive the girl child interest in acquiring knowledge. The package is complete and unrivalled. That will be the foundation for greatness for this and future generations with men also as part and parcel of the dividends. Furthermore, the Ministry of Women Affairs is going to be a well loaded, equipped, knowledge and capacity driven Ministry that will focus on Women towards resolving all issues concerning Women and Children by interfacing with relevant Departments, Ministries and Agencies. It will be a one-stop shop Ministry. Additionally, Women will witness increased appointments both in number and in key positions in line with Beijing Conference of 1999 as endorsed by 189 countries including Nigeria. Undoubtedly, Dr. Nwankwo's enhanced and robust policy on the girl child will see their emergence in the mould of Late Prof. Dora Akunyili, Late Mrs. Janet Mokwelu, Dr. Mrs. Oby Ezekwesili, Ms Chimamanda Adichie, Mrs. Chinyere Onwurah, Dr. Mrs. Stella Okoli, Dame Virgie Etiaba, *Given the above, Women are expected to lead and deliver bulk of the votes on 6th November, 2021 for Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo as Executive Governor of emerging and unparalleled Anambra State and Rt. Hon. Chinwe Nwaebili as Deputy Governor of Anambra State.* This is an indisputable winning and amazing combination that will redefine government and good governance in Anambra State. Yes, a new Anambra where Women will experience premium package; where Women will be respected and celebrated; and where Women will be visibly empowered as nation builders is possible. *Vote Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo & Rt. Hon. Chinwe Nwaebili as Governor and Deputy Governor.* *Vote AAC maka Odimma Ndi Anambra.* *Chido Media Crew*

*ANAMBRA 2021: IN DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO, AAC, GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE, WE HAVE A HOME GROWN GOVERNOR.* Anambra State is blessed with Human and Material Resources. Since the creation of the State, we have heard Governors who have governed the State. The only two best so far who have distinguished themselves in governance of the State are Senator Dr. Chris Ngige and Mr. Peter Obi. The sole reason for their wonderful performances and prudent management of resources is very simple. They were homegrown. They lived with us, eat our food, travel on our roads and understand our Predicaments. In fact, they have the local sense needed to place Anambra State where it rightly belonged. Today, Ndi Anambra can see the difference between Dr. Chirs Ngige, Mr. Peter Obi and Governor Willie Obiano. It is very obvious an "Importee" cannot do much because he does not understand the terrain. As November 6 Anambra Gubernatorial poll approaches, Dr. Wilson Chidozie Nwankwo is stepping forward with a practical home-grown solution to the challenges bedeviling the State. It is an understatement to say that Ndi-Anambra are tired and want to reduce and shun the vulnerability attached to re-electing another governor without the knowledge of the state. Unlike others jostling for Agu-Awka top job, the diadem fits Dr. Wilson Chidozie Nwankwo, the CEO of Wichtech Group, because of his extensive wide understanding of the grassroot. A man from a humble beginning, who has lived all his life in the ancient city of Onitsha. As a student of the prestigious Government Technical College (GTC), Onitsha and living with his parents at Ozomagana Street in the ancient city of Onitsha, Dr. Nwankwo is an eminent "son of the soil" as said in the local parlance who understands the difficult terrains, nooks and crannies of the State. He is a homegrown man, like Mr. Peter Obi who was equally born and bred in Onitsha. Also, being a successful and accomplished Industrialist who started his trade in Onitsha, he understands the thorns and turn of businessmen in the most populous market in West Africa which shares adjacent areas with Iweka, Odoakpu, Woliwo, Awada, Ochanja, Sokoto road, Bida Road etc. He will not let the business men and the commercial city of Onitsha down which is in dire need of motorable roads, constant power supply, and government financial aid among other things because he understands that these will harness the socio-economic opportunities with great impact such as: development of tourism, influx of foreign investments, regional development, etc. The cap fits Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, a very simple and an unassuming man because his name rings a bell across the landscape of Anambra State with vast knowledge of the area. He is not the type to be tutored about a place he supposed to govern because he belongs to the grassroot; from Nnewi to Onitsha and back to Awka. Many may have never met him face to face but his strings of achievements anchored on his managerial acumen which has seen his company Wichtech Group of Companies soar as one of the best brand in the world, his simplicity, fear of God and industriousness have made him a household name in the country, drawing ceaseless applause for him. Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo will lead from the front as he knows the road since he lives with us, eats with us, hence; his projects as a governor will be many and widespread across the length and breadth of the State nicknamed 'Light of the Nation'. He is coming as a Governor for all. For a man who grew and started his business in the state, he knows certainly how to bring together the business clusters of Nnewi, Ekwulobia, Awka and Onitsha, develop the agrarian-based communities of Anambra North comprising the riverine areas of Ogbaru, Omambala, Anambra West, Ayamelum, Orumba South and so on with a bid of earning higher revenues for the state and using them for the common good and enhancing standard of living of our people. As a leader who shows compassion and understands the plights of his people, he will address the flexibility and mobility of the workforce now affected by incessant traffic congestion in major cities such as Nnewi, Onitsha, Awka and Ekwulobia by the provision of workable access roads if possible Flyovers that will be beneficial to Ndi Anambra. Since he has transverse the State unlike others, one of his prioritized agenda is to decongest heavy vehicular traffic congestion in major roads such as Onitsha – Nsugbe Road with the provision of a durable brigdes at Nkisi River to provide easier alternatives. In the area of health care delivery, he will leave no stone unturned at ensuring indelible mark within the shortest time with the provision of new primary healthcare centres in rural areas from Nzam to Aguata, remodel existing ones in the process, establish and fund a Contributory Healthcare Scheme to increase access to quality and affordable healthcare services by Ndi-Anambra. Same feat will be maintained in the areas of housing and adequate water supply, a key component of development in his blueprint. Indeed, with Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo the palm frond will flourish and luxuriate amidst thorns because he knows us and we know him. He is local man with the Local sense needed to transform Anambra State. One thing Ndi Anambra should know that Academic brilliance cannot translate to good Governance. we need a homegrown Governor who can easily interact with our people and in Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, we have seen the Governor. Ndi Anambra, come let us go and make a Govenor of our dream. A NEW ANAMBRA IS POSSIBE WITH DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO (OVERDOSE) AAC, GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE. KA CHIDOZIE ANAMBRA.

DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO CELEBRATES THE GIRL CHILD. ... promises quality education and healthcare for every Anambra girl child. "A girl child is a pride and future of the nation. Empowering your girl child means empowering your future." International Girl Child Day is a United Nations observance which is celebrated every year on 11th October. This day promotes the rights of a girl child and also throws light on gender inequalities that exist in our world. The occasion of International Girl Child Day reminds each one of us that girl child still needs our attention and extra care. Inequalities faced by girls in areas such as education, professional work, legal rights, medical care, protection also need to be addressed. Once more, I wish to reaffirm my commitment to creating a society that will prioritize the future of our girl child. This has been one of my motivating factor in offering myself to public service. My promise to every girl child today and their parents is: as your Governor, I will provide the educational infrastructure that will permit the growth of whatever talents or skills you have to grow. I will provide greater access to healthcare and ensure at all times that you are protected from molestations. Daughters are the precious gifts. Let's create an atmosphere of love, peace and equality for them. Happy International Girl Child Day! *Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo* _CEO, Wichtech Group & AAC, Governorship Candidate_

*A NEW INDUSTRIALIZED ANAMBRA STATE IS POSSIBLE WITH DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO, AAC GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE.* As Governor Obiano led administration winds down; the priority interest and key aspects of Industrialization becomes the talking point round the State especially as the abandoned promise on industrial revolution by the outgoing government remained unkempt, recording no growth. Ndi Anambra are on the look for a helmsman with the requisite experience, and political will to raise the tempo on industrialization to correlate with the GDP development of the State, nicknamed “Light of the Nation”. This is particularly imperative because it will increase the influx of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and impact on the economic growth of the state. Dr. Wilson Chidozie Nwankwo, AAC Gubernatorial Candidate is the man with the much needed blueprint on industrialization and diversification of the State’s economy. He is not a man of endless theorizing, of much talks, but one who believes in vision, strategy and actions. He is resolutely committed to the actualization of an industrial revolution and prosperous future for Ndi-Anambra. *ANAMBRA 2021: DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO’S MASTERPLAN FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN ANAMBRA STATE* Nigeria of today is sitting on a huge keg of unemployment gunpowder that may explode with dire consequences. Already, the effects of this unemployment crisis is manifesting in the form of increased insecurity across the land. Anambra State seems to be at the epicenter currently. This is a huge problem that is of utmost concern to Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo (Wichtech), the Governorship Candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State. As a foremost entrepreneur and industrialist sitting on top of a conglomerate called Wichtech, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo fully understands that continuous emphasis on white collar employment will not bridge the huge unemployment gap in Anambra State because there’s simply no enough new white collar vacancies to absorb the thousands of new graduates from tertiary institutions that flood the labour market yearly in Anambra State alone. The solution is therefore nestled in vocational education. That is why Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo is rolling out an ambitious vocational education master plan that would tap into the enormous amount of hidden skills and talents in our young population to drive an economic miracle similar to what the Asian Tigers achieved within a shortest while. AAC and Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo’s Vocational Education Plan involves two facets namely: a. *Incorporation of Vocational Training in our regular school curriculum from the primary to secondary school level.* This will not just be about adding vocational training for adding sake but every public school will have a fully kitted Vocational Training Center manned by skilled personnel who are well established in various skills and have their own ventures. Practical is the priority here and it is hoped that by the time a child spends twelve years (from Primary 1 to Senior Secondary 3) learning and perfecting so many skills, upon graduation from secondary school, he/she is ready to survive without a white collar job or be under pressure to acquire tertiary education. He can go on from here. My Government will provide the enabling environment and capital for start-ups for people like this to excel. b. The second facet of the Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo Vocational education plan is the *establishment of mega vocational training institutes across the 21 Local Government Areas of Anambra State*. These centers which will begin to come on stream within the first 12 months of the Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo administration, will be centers of excellence equipped with modern facilities and tools needed to teach various skills ranging from fabrications, production of fast moving consumer goods (soap, disinfectants, toothpicks, light chemicals etc), fashion and design, aluminum works, hair making, bakery, decorations, tiling, painting, carpentry, etc. These centers will churn out graduates ready to add value to the economy and increase the gross domestic product of the state tremendously. However, the plan does not stop at training, it goes all the way to provision of seed funding to start-ups through a dedicated agency of government known as the Vocational Education Development Agency (VEDA). VEDA will give outstanding graduands free kits and tools to commence their vocational trade with a seed funding. The agency will also assist its graduates who require additional funding to expand by facilitating low interest loans from Bank of Industry and other MSME lending windows established by the Central Bank of Nigeria. My Government will also buy from them and even engage them in doing various forms of work for the Government and get paid. This is the Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo Vocational Education Master Plan. To make this a reality, Dear Anambrarians, we all need to vote massively for this uncommon transformer of our generation, *Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo* and his party, the *African Action Congress (AAC)* on November 6, 2021. A New Anambra is Possible with Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo and AAC! *#VOTE4AAC* *#Vote4DrChidozieNwankwo* *#KaChiDozieAnambraState* *Chido Media Crew*

He made this pledge while addressing select journalists in Awka, Anambra State. According to the frontline Governorship Candidate, "democracy cannot succeed unless those who express their choice are prepared to choose wisely. Every eligible voter has a right to choose a candidate of his/her choice in every free and fair electoral process without any undue coercion. "However, the state at the moment needs a leader that the people can trust, someone that understands the terrain and feels the pains of the masses. Anambra State needs the best hand to pilot its affairs and meet the yearnings and expectations of Ndi Anambra. "Without sounding immodest, I am the perfect candidate to rescue this state from its present downward spiral. *NIGERIA @ 61: LET'S NOT DESPAIR - DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO, GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE OF AAC.*_ I congratulate all Nigerians as we celebrate our 61st Independence Anniversary. Today is another unique day in our nation's history. It marks six decades and one year since we took that giant leap into self-rule. It is an occasion that commemorates our political freedom. Sixty one years ago, we made a procession of victory, as we bade farewell to colonialism and emancipated our lands from the clutches of servitude. It was a day of hope, promises and great expectations amplified by the reality of freedom and the vista of vast opportunities. Like many other great nations, our journey has been that of mixed fortunes. Our nation has been through periods of progress and times of setbacks. We have experienced eras of strength, unity and faith as well as seasons of weakness, trials and despair. Despite these challenges, we have remained as one, and nurtured our democracy to 21 unbroken years. Nation building is a journey and everyone has a role to play for us to arrive safely to our desired destination. Today, we are confronted with numerous challenges associated with nationhood and we require the commitment of all citizens to stabilize this nation. As a democrat, I believe that democracy remains the best platform for nation building, as it affords every citizen the opportunity to have a say on how our country should be governed. Every great nation is built on the patriotic sacrifices of its citizens. We should show love, unity and understanding in times of trials and never lose hope in the presence of despair. This is the spirit that is required to build our nation, to enable us live in the land of our collective dreams. Sixty one years after our independence, the Nigeria our founding fathers dreamt of is still a distant reality. We are still staggering through the wilderness hoping to get to the land of our dreams where peace, justice and prosperity abound. Everywhere you look, disillusionment is the order of the day; our unity as a nation has become fragile and conflict entrepreneurs are feasting on our differences and not the mutual love for commerce, the entrepreneurial spirit, the love for laughter, the hospitality and the passion to excel which bound us together and make us all Nigerians. We must never give up, no matter the challenges we face today. We should not live in despair of opportunities lost or dreams deferred. We will emerge from these doldrums stronger and invincible! I condemned in strongest terms the incessant killings particularly in the South East and Anambra our dear state. The situation in Anambra State is precarious and it requires critical stakeholders to work together to restore lasting peace and order in the region and state. My people, It's our collective responsibility to protect our communities and respect the sanctity of life. We should not allow external forces to turn our state into a place of chaos. I wish to pay a special tribute to our patriots who will continue to be our heroes and to those that lost their lives as a result of security challenges bedeviling this nation. May the Almighty God grant these souls eternal repose and give us fortitude to bear the irreparable losses. Anambra State will rise in our lifetime to become the little giant that we are destined to be. Ndi Anambra let us keep the faith, be our brother’s keeper and let love lead us! Happy Independence Day Anniversary!
