lasignor: I disagree. I don't see why they should restrict you from spending your own money.
Dollar cards work with a dollar account so you are literally spending the dollar you have. If the card isn't funded with USD, you can't use the card. My brother, so I thought... Until I sourced dollars from a BDC agent, paid into a Sterling dollar account and was told the the limit was $1000 when I tried to make payment. So it's better to be safe than sorry. |

lasignor: The only way out is to get a dollar card. Almost all banks have placed restrictions/limit on the naira card. Even some dollar cards have restrictions of $1000 so be sure to make adequate enquiries before using them. |

Please I need clarifications on the conversion rate used in calculating POF as I couldnt get a direct rate from the IRCC website.
Do they use the bank rate for the bank which one is keeping the money or do they use the normal rate found on google? |

Are you in Lagos or Abuja? If Abuja, IOM clinic is the only option you have. The online booking did not work when I tried it so I called the number on their website to make an appointment. Some forms will be sent to your mail for you to print, fill and bring along on your appointment date in addition to your international passport. ZaraD: Please can someone kindly guide me on the process of upfront medicals. Thank you |

Hello people. Pls, in uploading documents after ITA, does LOE for POF and gift deed go under proof of funds or optional documents? Can LOE for spouse's visa refusal go under the optional documents of the PA since the optional documents section for spouse isn't activated? Thank you in advance |

Hi everyone, Pls in the use of gift deed for POF, do you need to provide statement of account of the giver?
Secondly, if the wife is the PA and majority of POF is from hubby's account into a joint account, do you still need to provide hubby's statement of account?
Thank you in advance |

Favourphilic: Please oo I have been having issue with pebc payment since last week.
Napra was successful tho This might be because the payment exceeds $500 which is the benchmark for most banks. Maybe you should try a card with higher limits. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend you send them a mail. |

BlestHanneSSG: PEBC will always send you a mail to let you know they have received and accepted all your documents (just as specified) and in hubby's case, he was informed his ECA report would be ready 8weeks from that date. He got this report about 35-37 days after that mail actually. Some of his colleagues who had done in the past said that was really fast. Just put your mind to that 8weeks once you get the same mail. If anything has changed concerning the date of completion, you'll always get to know through that mail. All the best. Hi. Did your husband receive his ECA report in Nigeria? |

"The estimated completion date of your evaluation is 4/1/2020" does this mean I'm receiving it on the 1st of April so I can go ahead n write my IELTS or will it still take sometimes so I can shift my test to April? If you're prepared for the exam, you can go ahead and write it so that you can have an idea of your CRS score and how to increase it if you have to. |

Bugzymallone: It took a while...but if you submit your application with everything they ask of it will take less time avoid discrepancies....provide everything give or take 8 weeks from confirmation of receipt. Thank you very much. All my documents have been submitted for almost a month but I'm yet to get a "confirmation of receipt" mail. How do you suggest I proceed? |
