I'm a lawyer and I don't like replying naive children on this platform but let me educate you. No court has declared Buhari winner of the 2019 election. Atiku's case against Buhari was dismissed by both Court of Appeal and Supreme Court for lacking merit because Atiku based his case on INEC portal election results will INEC argued that it does not use portal for collation of results in 2019 election. So any presidential candidate of 2019 having a pending case can still claim victory.

This is the problem with delayed judicial process. If he and his party filled a case in the Supreme Court after 2019 presidential election which has not been determined, then he has a valid case.
I'm wondering if SUPREME COURT can deliver on his case before May 29.
