We are all aware that the major clog in the wheel of our progress as a country is corruption in high places. Buhari s emergence as president was borne out of the erroneous believe that he would fight corruption. No doubt, Buhari anti corruption drives has been feeble and selective as well. It was more politicized than practical. Though not covicted of currupt charges, Tinubu who is aiming at succeeding him has not answered many of our questions such as how he amass so much wealth without any viable business other than being a politician. He has do much money to throw about and nursing the conceited belief that he would get his way. How can this kind of man fight corruption? Atiku is not even a better option. He too is fantastically corrupt.

Stop deceiving yourself. If you are not taking it seriously you wouldn't be commenting on it. You could have just ignored it. |

" Not everybody saying to me "Lord Lord" will enter into the kingdom, but the one doing the will of my Father. Many will come to me on that day and say, 'Lord, Lord, did we not cast demons in your name and perform many powerful works in your bame?' And I will confess to them, 'I know you not. Get away from me you workers of iniquity'" (Matthew 7:19 - 23) The above scripture clearly illustrates the fact that not all 'ministers' of God will inherit eternal life. The reason is obvious: they have deviated from The Gospel of Christ and we're teaching the doctrines of men. One easy lure today is the case of materialistic pursuits. One might argue that ministers are also human being who also have human desires. Agreed. But succumbing to those desires is their major undoing. They are not super humans. Agreed. But the role they define for themselves places an enormous task on them to fear God. As leaders, their main role is to lead people to God, and not Satan. Through their undisguised love for money and their desires for Ministerial expansion, many have dabbled into a lot of things. Some have even begun to advocate that it is the end that justifies the means. Such generalisations are not only destructive but harmful as well. Today, most churches are silent on the issue of the so-called Yahoo Yahoo scam business. As long as these miscreants pay their tithes and submit offering, their sins are forgiven. Some pastors even accept car presents from these scammers. I've personally seen pastors conducting house opening ceremonies for these scammers. I am not of the opinion that they be sent from the church. Rather, the church should be vocal in condemnation of these inhumane acts instead of silently condoning them. Holiness is mine, says the Lord |

Hmm Securing loans in this APC era is now an achievement. Loans they will not personally ensure its repayment. |
Mino1000:What's your dating history like? Your explanation above is a clear indication you don't clearly know the rules and how to apply them. I really don't know about your dating history l suspect something that happened previously between you and your former date may have a contributing factor. Just give her some space for now. What I think here is you have in your hand a girl who enjoys pressing your mumu button and cherishes the entire drama. If you got a second chance at being together, you must respect her privacy. If she decides to let you into her privacy, stop taking advantage of it to carelessly stalk her. And stop acting desperate. Be calm and give time some more time. She is probably enjoying the drama and having a good laugh each time you send your messages or attempt a call. If she gets the impression that you are not interested in her drama, she'd get apprehensive and call you back. If she doesn't call back, ignore her too and move on. It takes 2 people to make a relationship work. |

Peter Obi is a phenomenon |
Positive Takes from Tinubu Chatam House Address I have said it severally that politicians are like internet fraudsters. Very myopic and would recycle the same gimmick severally until it's becomes a cliche. Recalling how a grossly ineffective Buhari was foisted on Nigerians by these same handlers, it is amusing to observe they have nothing new to bring to the table. The timeline of events so far has witnessed a replication of the series of events that led to the emergence of Buhari as president. The Chatam House Address which was expected to be a global event currently has no significant bearing as the conveners only succeeded in reinforcing what we always fear in Tinubu's incapability of handling critical issues of state. Perhaps he lacks knowledge of the importance of electioneering campaigns. It's just another jamboree to him. It was like a job applicant asking another person to answer questions for him before the interviewer. Questions which are at the very core of the job you desperately seek. He said he did it in the spirit of "teamship", whatever that means. The Positives? The only positive to all these is that it is sending a clear message to Nigerians that electing Tinubu as president would be our greatest mistake in our modern history. We still have time to examine this character and his bitter taste of unsuitability on our palate. Let us collectively say no to these badly refurbished commodities. Be it Atiku or Tinubu, they have both past their peak of performance and have grossly depreciated. Of the current contenders only Peter Obi can clearly and eloquently enunciate his programmes and objectives. Tinubu and Atiku are degenerative relics of the old order.
