You've asked a very good question. How they came about the figures is what i may not know. But rather than throw insult (typical of a Nigerian youth), i will rather engage the discussion.

I believe this conclusion was drafted particularly from beneficiaries in the rural areas. They did set up businesses like buying Okada to give out for hire-purchase or setting up other sme businesses.

Good information. Please i hope you have put adequate measures in place to stop OL holders, corpers, undergraduates, civil servants and even exiting beneficiaries from applying again this time around?.

Your last recruitment was a desaster. You recruited so many ineligible people. The real jobless graduates should please be allowed to get this thing. Nigerians are wicked. They will rather keep their jobs somewhere and deny the jobless ones spaces from getting this little help from government.

The story is not complete. That of Nigeria Police Academy is actually understandable.
They advertised that, second choice candidates could actually apply through their form last year. And alot of them got admission on the school portal as second choice.

This came very late as alot of them had already accepted admission offered on CAPS in other institutions thinking they would not get POLAC. And once you accept, you can't effect change of institution back except you go for Change of admission letter as a student of POLAC which means JAMB regularisation.

JAMB is also at fault. 2nd to 4th choices of institution are deceptive and confusing. Why not leave only one choice for the candidates so they can know where they are heading to?
