Just submitted my passport last two weeks Friday. So I'm waiting the TRV by the grace of God.

Just go to the lag embassy with your passport and fees receipt then fill that form. Quote that you haven't been communicated with further instructions concerning your application and carry any proof that you have to show you have been called for medicals and have done it. Maybe by the next day they can tell you what to submit or maybe that day.

GboyegaD: 4th week seem a long time. Once you are done with your medicals, you can approach them to let them know that you never got any instruction on how to turn in your passport and they will surely advice you on what next.

Aduke02: In my own case, I didn't get any additional mail from the lagos embassy.

hayek: I have double check now, there is no further instruction regarding when to submit my passport and other documents in my medical instructions. I was simply asked to go for medical within 60 days and everything there related to the medical and nothting regarding when to submit other documents and passport.

dotman: Oga siga, i did my medicals on the25th of may and submitted my passport back on the 11th of June, and since den nothing oo. My chill pill don finish oo. Went to the embassy on monday, and they told me to chill. Do u think dere is any issue
