What kind of job is your partner into that requires a CRB check? Not all jobs in the UK require a CRB check. Has he used that to manipulate you into sitting your ass down in the UK and be subjected to a continuum of abuses? When did you get into the UK? Your partner seizing your International Passport implies that you are limited even if your stay in the UK is valid. You cannot open a separate bank account of your own, you cannot apply for a driving licence of yours. . . .That is outright wickedness. You should report him to the Police immediately. CRB or no CRB
