Trust me, when u calculate fuel price in USA currently, it come to about 550NGN per litter, South Africa 522NGN, Canada 580NGN... Trust me, the 97NGN is a political price, buhari himself knows that the actual cost of fuel can not be used for retail price at the moment due to purchasing power...
