Christianity EtcRe: Do Muslims Truly Understand Islam Or Read Quran by patani(op): 11:50am On Oct 31, 2019
Agreed it also contain horror stories. However, Christ death and resurrection nullified all those stories and replaced it with new covenant and that where you missed it and that is where it is totally different from your so called Qoran and preaching of your prophet

It doesn't matter what we are discussing, you said my book contains violent verses but yours contains horrible graphical verses, thats why I told you to check yours first.

Will you decide the whole Muslim population coz of some Hausas in Nigeria, maybe the whole Christians should also be seen as KKK members and Tamil Tigers
I am not deciding the whole muslim population based in some Hausas, I am basing on on Quran verses..Thesame practice is done in Honor Killin in Pakistan and many muslim countries. Are those ones Hausas?

Christianity EtcDo Muslims Truly Understand Islam Or Read Quran by patani(op): 10:53am On Oct 30, 2019
I recently came across a post on Instablognaija where a PHD holder was forcefully imprisoned by his family for converting to Christianity.....

Link here - https://www.instagram.com/tv/B4Mn1F0no8m/?igshid=1cpc6susl7js3

What baffled me most was how Muslims and Islamic practitioners reacted to this incidence claiming that 'There is no compulsion in religion'

And then, this brings me to the question that 'Do Muslim truly understand Islam/Quran at all or they simply choose to downplay some of this controversial stance of Islam on certain matters in order to present the religion as a 'Religion of Peace'?

I will address the issue of apostasy in Islam with Quranic references...If any muslim on this forum want to deny any of my claims, please back it up with Quranic verse, not emotions

1. Quran 16:106 - He who disbelieves in Allah after his having believed, not he who is compelled while his heart is at rest on account of faith, but he who opens (his) breast to disbelief-- on these is the wrath of Allah, and they shall have a grievous chastisement.

In this verse, Quran expressly instructed Muslims to chastise those who abandon Islam...

Now lets look at what the word ' Chastise' means
From contemporary english, Chastise means to punish, especially by beating.
e.g "the General cruelly chastised them with a whip"

2. But those who reject Faith after they accepted it, and then go on adding to their defiance of Faith, – never will their repentance be accepted; for they are those who have (of set purpose) gone astray.

Quran 3:90

Make ye no excuses: ye have rejected Faith after ye had accepted it. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you, for that they are in sin.
 Quran 9:66

But those who reject Faith after they accepted it, and then go on adding to their defiance of Faith, – never will their repentance be accepted; for they are those who have (of set purpose) gone astray.

Quran 3:90

I will stop here without quoting many Hadith supporting my point

The 'No compulsion in religion' that muslims quote when issues like this are discussed actually talked about them not to force non-muslim to accept Islam
This was however was not demonstrated by Prophet Muhammad (SAW) during his life time (That is another topic entirely)

N.B -I have created this topic to understand why muslim try to downplay such matters in Islam.
And for your information, I was born a christian and once converted to Islam and went back to being a Christian (A convinced one in the Lordship of Jesus) after understanding many things in Islam

Yes, they can charge you under a lot of laws. From offenses like cyber stalking to cyber bullying to spreading false iinformation to obtaining money under false pretense. There are tons of laws and acts in Nigeria. Nigeria has laws governing the cyberspace.

Illiteracy is the cause of police brutality
There is no cyber law chief...When last did you read Nigerian Constitution though?
PoliticsRe: FG To Regulate Social Media - Lai Mohammed by patani(m): 2:33pm On Oct 29, 2019
Newboss:
No need for any regulation for that. Police can trace anyone who posts anything incriminating online. It's part of their work.

They should come clean on the regulation they are talking about
Yes, Police can chase you but can they charge you to law court? All evidences are inadmissible in a law court These incomplete laws and legislation is what encourages police brutality..

Up till now, there is no law giving appropriate sentencing for terrorism...is that how a country progress?
PoliticsRe: FG To Regulate Social Media - Lai Mohammed by patani(m): 1:37pm On Oct 29, 2019
Newboss:
Actually, regulation or no regulation, everyone is responsible for what they post on the web.

Always ask people to thoroughly define what they propose before you consider it. Scepticism or paranoia is always a good first approach to things.
Has anyone been prosecuted for wht they posted online? Can Twitter post or email be presented in a Nigerian court of law as an evidence? All these things need to be sorted out in my opinion... and that what the regulation should address...Even a country like Australia is currently reviewing online contents bill to curtail terrorism

Hellos,

I got married 3 weeks ago and since then, anytime I make love to my wife, I ejaculate in less than two minutes and I can't continue. What do I do? My wife, someone I disvirgined, is frustrated already just like me. Please help. This is my 1st relationship and b4 now we hardly had sex or just did quickie a few times, so it was not regular nor very noticeable. After marriage we must ve tried to have sex like 15 times and it is still same thing. Please advise me. NOTE that I always have an erection. The problem is quick ejaculation. Some1 told me it might be the mind, but that didn't work cos I tried to work on my mind. I tried to put my mind off the pleasure while we had sex.

My wife is also threatening to go look for real sex outside. Please helllppppp!!! a brother.
Did you just say your wife threaten to go look outside.... ? Small pickin dem worry her... premature ejaculation is wat most newly married couple experience but will not come out to say it... you should try and exercise (road run in your street every Saturday morning should do)and think about something off sex during the act..over time you will be fine...some of us were terrible before we became pro evetually...excercise is what worked the magic...all these aphrodisiac are fake(maybe I avnt seen anyone that truly work sha) but workout is the best

CrimeSA Woman Arrested For ‘drugs In Vagina’ For Two Nigerians In Mauritius by patani(op):
The woman was reportedly promised R40K for a successful delivery. (about 1 million Naira)
A South African woman has been arrested after allegedly being caught with drugs with an estimated value of Rs 8 million (just over R3.3 million) at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Airport in Mauritius on September 17.

The Citizen confirmed the arrest with sources on the island.

Mauritius’ Anti-Drug and Smuggling Unit (ADSU) in collaboration with the officers of the Customs Anti-Narcotics Section of the MRA intercepted a South African woman coming from Reunion after being alerted of the “suspicious behaviour” of the woman.

The woman, 34-year-old Nokuphila Mtshali, reportedly introduced herself as a businesswoman who would be on the island for five days.

The officials searched her and found three plastic-wrapped bundles in her private parts containing 528 grams of heroin. The woman reportedly cooperated with the officials, who arranged a fake delivery with fake drugs in an attempt to find her accomplices, reports Mauritius’ lexpress.mu.

The fake delivery led to the arrest of two Nigerian men, Ndubuisi Samuel Ebielonwu, 33, and Eze Collins, 31, and police confiscated an iPhone and cash in rands, Mauritian rupees, US dollar and naira.

The woman was reportedly promised R40,000 for a successful delivery.

They reportedly appeared before the Bail and Remand Court on a charge of drug dealing with aggravating circumstances and importation of drugs with warning of trafficking.

Investigations continue.

I hope somebody has said this.. ultrasound scan is not very accurate.. usually in early pregnancy there is a allowance of + or - 2 weeks which is still not very accurate. it is also calculated from the last menstrual period, not from the day of sex..

I hope you have not destroyed your marriage with this accusation..
Even at that, 16th to 26 of next mnth should be 6 weeks...and its better the DNA is done and no one should be emotionally blackmailed into training another man's child...Its a life time commitment

The analogy I mentioned didn't talk about babies fending for themselves. Even if I use a teenager, it's still the same thing.
Tenager is not thesame..I should be careful while training my teenage son..Better for me to warn him not to try drugs or drive while drunk than restrict hi from goin out because I dnt want him to get hurt....So the same way, God warn us tru his words to run away from sins and evil act..Its left to us to listen to him and desist from such act or go our own way to do evil which brings bad incidence to others or upon us....So back to my point...God want you to exercise your will power and choose good over evil..He will nt prevent you from doing evil to youself or others..Just be ready to bear the consequences in the after life....

I'm using a baby as an analogy for humans imperfection and the father as God intelligence and care.
Use a teenger...Babies dont even know how to fend for themselves(which is a basic human instinct)..For instance, a baby can starve to death and not make attempt to eat...So use a human form with imperfection but some level of inteligence....
IslamRe: Evidence That Muhammad Was A Prophet by patani(m): 2:19pm On Sep 17, 2019
tintingz:
The problem you are yet to address is, God hate evil right? He doesn't want man to be evil right, why then did he gave human freewill knowing that evil will exist?

It's like you know your baby(which stands for man imperfections) will crawl and swallow the drug on the floor, why put the baby down and watch till he swallow the drug? As a good father won't you pick up the baby or better still take away the drug from the flow.
You cant use a little child scenario on this...A little child has no knowledge of good and evil..You can only compare it to my teenage child who I want to know the consequences of things (evil or good) rather than guiding him all the time and nt allowing him to use his brain
IslamRe: Evidence That Muhammad Was A Prophet by patani(m): 1:07pm On Sep 17, 2019

Why does God want man to create evil when he doesn't want man to be evil?

Can something exist without God causing it or be the prime source?
He doesn't want man to be evil but he gave him will to do anything.recall the garden of Aden story..He gave them different trees and asked them not to eat from a particular one..(Again, power of will given to man) but man went ahead to eat it using his free will and he had the knowledge of good and evil..Which made him to do evil...IMO
IslamRe: Evidence That Muhammad Was A Prophet by patani(m): 8:31am On Sep 17, 2019
tintingz:
This is one of the argument from Epicurus.

1. Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.

2. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.

3. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?

4. Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
To be honest my brother..I find it extreemly difficult to have a valid argument with atheist...However, give me a muslim...He will leave my presense with doubt in his religion..

To a certain extent ill answer ur question though...God can do anything but will not do everything based on his principle and vision..His vision is to make man dominate and thus he has decided to make man the creator of both evil and good...For instance, God did not create atomic bomb, man did...The same atomic element used by man to create such a huge destructive force is what is used to create electricity....So, occurrence of evil or good is based on Gods vision to make man be in control of his destiny IMO and based on my bible understanding

Why allow sin to exist if he doesn't want it?
He gave man the will to do anything he want to do...Power of choice...You have life and death, righteousness and sin..Choose wat u want

“Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!

Good roads

In terms of amenities it is as low as Ghana

If our foolish government could generate 247 power supply for her citizens.
