I think the only fulani emirs in north are those of Adamawa, Gombe, muri in taraba state. Cos the other emirs can not be called fulani but hausa cos they cannot speak d fulani lang. N their culture is that of d hausas not the fulanis. So to be sincere even d sultan is a hausaman not a fulani man.

@ogrin is u thats should check ur facts right dpr is not under nnpc its is a regulatory body that regulate give licience to all oil n gas activities in nigeria. Let me tell it even regulate d activities of nnpc. Its d govt watch dog in regards to oil n gas activities.

The dpr director said so around september 2012. But they started calling last week.
Just google "dpr fcc minister petroleum" you see how those canditates have to contribute money and publish a plea begging dpr to release the latters.
